After my "not so exciting" experience with a sales associate at Honda, I went into Mazda dealership with not much expectation. I have to say that my experience with Justin Kim was fantastic. He was calm, far from pushy (which is what I expected), listened to our needs, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect car that we are so happy with. His service was top-notch from the beginning to the end and we are very grateful! I thought shopping with our two young kids would be a nightmare but everyone at this dealership was incredibly sweet and friendly to them. And the best part....was having a big bow on my car when I went to pick it up.
