Signature Mazda Review

Got my first car from Signature Mazda. Different to other car dealers, its staffs were really friendly. Davis helped me to get a great deal, and he provided exceptional service. He was friendly, and he even helped me sort out stuff for my car on his day off! If you need a car, go to Davis at Signature Mazda. You wont regret it!

We went in to check out the CX-3 which has really nice styling and good reviews. Unfortunately, our whole family is over 6' tall and the little CX just wasn't cutting it and the CX-5 was a bit out of our price range. While the cars didn't quite fit our needs, the one thing that stood out for us in our experience with Signature Mazda was the salesperson. Nikki Siu was amazing. We went to no fewer than 8 dealers of different car brands all across Metro Vancouver and Nikki was by far the most knowledgeable and understanding salesperson we came across. She knew exactly what we were looking for and took the time to listen. She made suggestions based on OUR needs, not what a typical salesperson would prefer to sell us. Even though we didn't end up buying a Mazda, I can't thank and recommend this person enough. If you're in the market for Mazda (some of the best cars on the market today BTW) you owe it to yourself to see Nikki at Signature Mazda. And NO, she didn't pay us to write this. :-)

So I'm a long-term Signature Mazda customer, we bought our Mazda3 in 2005 and drove it for over 240K KM. For it's whole lifetime the Signature Mazda service team has been honest, clear and helpful at every service interval. On my last service visit (in a bit of an emergency) Corinne was amazing - she was creative and helpful - I don't know what we'd have done without her help.

But it was time to replace our Mazda3, and Signature Mazda made it really easy to remain a loyal customer. Simon Kruk did a great job at finding us a new bright red CX3 and a really good deal.

If you are interested in getting a Mazda (and I think you should) I strongly recommend you talk to the team at Signature Mazda. And ask for Simon

As a previous owner of a used Mazda 3 bought from Signature Mazda my experience with the car and the establishment is great.
The salesperson, Kevin was knowledgeable and helpful with my car selection. Taking a test drive with the CX-5 he explained the technology and what was difference between the GT, GT turbo, the Signature models. Also helped with explaining what the numbers would be in purchasing the car. Never felt pressured into buying the vehicle.
I was then introduced to Debbie which she was keeping me up to date with the vehicle delivery. She was nice and pleasant to talk with. After financing and insurance, she did a final check over and explained where some of functions are in the vehicle. She was helpful with some questions I asked.
Overall I 'm happy with Kevin and Debbie and the financing staff for a very pleasant experience on my Mazda CX-5 purchase

I liked that they respected that i didn't want any high pressure sales or endless back and forth negotiations. This is what i have, this is what i need, you can either do it or not dont waste my time. They didnt waste my time. They would have got a 5 but for some last minute sneaky financial manipulations that almost cost me a little more than it should have. Fortunately i caught it, no harm done so 4 stars good sales team.

Went to Signature Mazda recently to trade in my vehicle and purchase a new Mazda 3 GT AWD. Justin Kim in sales and Elaine Tsu in finance were both very personable and knowledgeable; even the GM Marko helped out with my situation. I ended up not buying but they still worked with me with me and followed up which I appreciated.

Just purchased the new 2019 CX-5 Signature edition from Donald Li. I have to say it was a terrific experience from start to finish. I've been researching this car for the past 10 months, and was excited to find out that Signature Mazda got them in stock a few weeks ago. I met Donald on my first visit to the dealership, and he spent a good amount of time with me, even though at the time, I wasn't planning to purchase the car yet, and thought I would buy it in April 2019. Donald was able to create an amazing deal for me with the help of his co-worker Victoria, who went above and beyond her role, in tailoring the VIP package and MAP for my specific needs. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a car to give Donald and Victoria a call at signature Mazda, they clearly know how to treat their customers, like clients.
P.S. this new CX-5 is a replacement for my 2013 CX-5 GT which was an amazing car.

Pro: One salesman provided me the lowest price possible in GVRD. I called other Mazda dealerships and they said I must be lying.

Pro: Reasonable warranty program.

Con: During the car wash phase of your maintenance program (view Yelp reviews), they scratched my car.
-Pro: Service manager gave a free paint touch up...
--Con: but then gave the car another wash and scratched the car more than the original time.

Con: After the paint scratch incident, they don't provide any more tune-up reminders.

Alice was very helpful and proactive in every way. It was a great experience renewing our lease with her. We look forward to getting another phone call from her in the future to renew another lease.

I've had an amazing experience with Mazda. 5 years ago I bought my 1st mazda3/sportsgt with them & you know why? Because i can see, that they deal most on client-first. I never had a bad experienced with their polite sales agent. Then I met William Li, who's.so compassion, energetic in convincing me to upgrade. He's equipped with all the informations that I need to know & makes it easier for me. His salesmanship & service in dealing with my choice of car was quick, comfortable & hassle-free. And I get to drive my new CX5gt on same day. Isn't that just amazing

Just bought Mazda 2019 CX5 GT Turbo from Tyler at Signature Mazda. Car is fantastic - all the bells and whistles & so fun and responsive to drive! Tyler was excellent to deal with. Gave me much better deal than offered by a competing Mazda dealership and very responsive throughout (and continues to be still). Highly recommend!

Prompt, seamless, no pressure, and no nonsense. William assisted me in finding a car that fit my lifestyle, and made it clear that my needs were top priority. When the car I requested for was not immediately available, he provided me with constant updates in regards to its availability, and when the car would be able to get picked up.

On the day my car was picked up, William and his associate, Sarah, ensured that every feature of my new car was thoroughly explained, and that all of my questions, needs, and concerns were addressed.

Signature Mazda is a fantastic dealership. Very friendly with highly knowledgeable staff. Dealership is also well located and has a massive selection of cars both Mazda and other. Would highly recommend William if you are in the market for a new or used car.

Comfortable, sincere, dedicated, low stress, friendly, value, competent, willing to listen, energetic, no pressure, up front / no gimmicks, respectful + committed - all elements of the great experience with Justin Kim and my recent purchase of a CX9 at Signature Mazda. I narrowed my list down to 4 different manufacturers cars - all had pros and cons with no clear favorite - but the "experience" with Justin sold me on the Mazda. Signature always has better prices than the others, and has a huge stock (so can see options in reality instead of online guessing, and take quick delivery) + are willing to offer deals (and explain) as opposed to having to haggle for them - all part of Justin's promise to "amaze me" - which was fulfilled. Justin even offered to loan me a car overnight to test drive it and show my family. Another plus is Signature has dedicated demo vehicles (not actual sales vehicles to drive) - so when you purchase, you get a "fresh" car, not one that others have driven. Upon purchase, Justin then spent "as much time as I want" to help me understand all the bells and whistles of my new car, and suggested I call any time or re-visit if I needed more help. I can only vouch for Justin, but while I was there, my observation of other purchasers body language and smiles is the whole Signature team is friendly and competent, and instill confidence. Signature is also an owner / operator company - not part of a mega group where sales margins are more important than a long term relationship. Signature has mastered price and commitment - to foster a life time of dedicated purchasers. I am reluctant to post it, but my only minor advice would be to have the Sales Manager more visible in the showroom, checking in on deals in person, saying hello to purchasers and offering assistance if required - that would really ice the cake. However, Justin and Signature has my highest recommendation - they excel over other Mazda dealers, and the 6 other manufacturers I visited. Thank you and good work.

My friends give me a hard time for going to a dealership for service, but I ve gone here ever since I bought my car here 10 years ago and haven t ever thought twice. They have customer satisfaction as a top priority and you really do feel that is true when you visit. They sometimes give you deals when bundling many jobs which is nice.

Good experience. Only improvement suggested would be to tell customers that the free shuttle is for only Richmond destinations before they arrive. I would have made other arrangements if I knew it was limited to Richmond. Thanks
