I update this review to 3 stars (was 2 stars) for the timely support from the service manager Arash at Signature Mazda. He is a good service manager by all means.

Being honest I'm still not happy about the complimentary car wash they provided. Also, I can feel the communication gap between the service and me. A service coordinator suggested me to replace my rear brake pads and rotors at 40,000km for over $500. He said they were less than 20% left but when I got home I found they are 40% and 30% left in the health check report. So I complained. Alright, they start to say they were not sure if I would come back after 3 month so it could be a safety issue. Well, if the service represented the information correctly, I will definitely come back for my safety instead of losing trust to this place. Hope they could do better.

My 2014 Mazda 3 GT is about 3 year old. The rear brake premature happened very strange. This is not my first car, usually rear brake won't go this fast. I found a recall, which is about parking brake system( the shaft is vey easy to corrode, then brake pads and rotors consume fast. Remember Vancouver rains a lot?) but it only for cars in USA. Canadian customer may have to take care of this risk by ourselves.

I will see how they do in the next time.
