They have all this talk on their site as to helping in matters of harassment in the workplace but are absolutely no help in even listening to your employment problem in having a senior citizen employee intimidated and having to leave a place of employment for simply reporting on an incident that took it own life and the said employee who was under doctors treatment put in after incident in a toxic and unhealthy envirnoment where he had to either leave or perhaps fall out sick on the property..but this involved Sugarhouse casino and it seems every lawyer firm seem to not want to go up against them or in their back pocket. I called about a case before I can finished I was brushed off, and refer to someone else, no thank you, very unprofessional team, they said they didn't handled my case, lady said it was negligence I need to have a lawyer to sued them for negligence, Jeez's I terminated accused of abused a resident, but I worked by myself, job was unable to provided me with a date, time, no eyewitnesses, no reports of abused refused to give a copy of termination letter, when I applied for benefits they then changed their story by saying I had a altercation with a staff, and they showed proved of the 'altercation' but the staff i supposedly had the 'altercation' with provided me with a letter saying she never wrote any statement, before I was brushed off I tried to explained to the rude person that I was constantly asking for helped I worked by myself with 7 residents, 2 in wheelchair, I made copies of the reports each time I asked for helped, but she couldn't be bother, I guess I have to find someone else who cares enough to listen before they cut me off.

I would not recommend this firm to anyone especially people of minority. I had the unfortunate pleasure to have JAIMIE FORD represent me. It was the worst experience ever imagined. Mrs ford set my file on her desk for 2years before she even filed amy claim with the hrc this is after she told me in the consultation that if the hrc don't render a decision within a year she will file suit with the courts.mrs ford is never in the office when you call I was told repeatedly that she's either on vacation or out of the office for the day. I finally got a call 2years later from Mrs fords secretary stating that mrs ford wants you to give her a call two weeks from now to discuss your case. I'm thinking why call me two weeks ahead of time to tell me she wants to talk later in the month?? Ooookay. When I called mrs ford placed me on hold for roughly ten minutes in the meantime I'm discussing with my wife why am I paying this firm 45% if there not doing there job,mrs ford inadvertently heard my conversation an interjected stating I'm not paying her anything.she then went on to say I have a snarly attitude based on me and my wife's conversation.she then placed me on hold again claiming to be looking for my file. Needless to say she couldn't find it and suggested she give me a call the next day the following morning I received a call from Mrs fords receptionist. Asking for my email address. One hour later I received a email from Mrs ford stating that she was recusing herself from the claim because it does not generate enough income. Thank you Mrs ford because of your unprofessionalism I'm now without an attorney on a claim that's three years old. Also mrs ford told me that the employer wanted to settle out of court for a low amount after she recused herself and I couldn't engage another attorney to take this three year old case, I called hrc and spoke with the person investigating my claim I explained what happened with mrs for and even she was dismayed I asked her can she reach out to the employers attorney to ascertain if the settlement offer was on the table and they stated they never made mrs ford a offer.i let her listen to the recorded conversation with mrs ford telling me of the offer raised by the opposing attorneys.after going through some of the reviews on this law firm I tend to agree with a lot of the critical reviews I read especially the ones authored by people of minority and most against JAIMIE FORD. One person suggested mrs ford doesn't believe in Black lives/woman lives don't matter. I suggest Mr gold get a grasp of what's taking place in the office and deal with it accordingly.
