First of all, I wanted to say thank you! Thank you for taking on my case in February 2016. Thank you for listening to me, for believing me, talking to me and explaining me what happened, without it I would not be writing this.

I will be praising two people in this email but I know your whole office staff deserves a thank you for their work from me, so please, make sure every person in your office knows how thankful I am for their work. I have always received only professional treatment from every single one of your employees!

Now, I will start with Jamie! What a gem you have in her! She is nothing short of amazing and definitely a keeper! Thru out the 3 years I have worked with her she was listening to my concerns and addressing them in a highly professional manner. She was always prepared and on top of things. She answered my emails and phone calls fast and to the point. She explained every single process we went thru and made sure I understand. Working with her always is and was a pleasure without any hidden surprises. Which leads me to the trial! I was observing her the whole time and let me tell you, she was born to be the best attorney a person can find! During her short career she was nothing but perfect at my trial! Again, professional, compassionate and so prepared! She knew every word in every deposition she took, she knew everything that was said, she was dedicated and on point! She was tough and would not give up! Watching her court performance for the three days was extraordinary and unforgettable! Her knowledge of law, process and eagerness to fight is highly commendable! I can continue for days bragging about her and I just wanted to make sure you hear this from me, because she left a huge impression not on me only, but judge, jury and everyone in that courtroom! I can t express how grateful I am for all the work, effort and time she has put in my case!

And Bill. I have met Bill for the first time last Monday. Was I skeptical? Yes! A guy I have never seen, heard of, was going to take on my case in court! I was shaking in my bones, but I trusted Jamie. I was afraid of how much he knows about my case. Boy did he prove me wrong! Bill is smart, caring yet an aggressive attorney! Him and Jamie worked in sync together, it was insane how prepared both of them were. Bill would not let anything to pass by, he was so prepared that I felt he knew more than I did about my case! Nothing and no one would intimidate his performance! He took into the case so seriously he was unbeatable! He is a fighter that won t give up. He was a gem to work with! I will never forget his court performance.

I was able to see Jamie and Bill and the other party s attorney who had way more experience than those two together but let me tell you, they were on top of their game the whole time! They crushed him in a big, fair and unforgettable way! They crushed the victims by facts, by standing my side, by defending my rights! A man who is a scam was shaking when he saw Bill to stand up and cross examine him! A woman that was dedicated to her boss was afraid to answer a question because she knew she was caught lying! I believe the other party s attorney was impressed by their work, knowledge, dedication and performance!

And I can not forget Tamika (and I apologize if I got her name wrong). She was compassionate, on hand, helpful and very supportive the whole trial. I want to praise her and her skills and personality too!

I know we did not come to the end of my case yet but the 3 days I spent with them made me extremely happy to make that phone call to your office 3 years ago! I do not doubt that Jaime and Bill will take this to the end that everyone will be satisfied with, but whatever the outcome is I want you to know that you and your staff have made me feel safe, protected and fought for. For that I will be forever thankful!

And not to forget: We Won!!! We won the trial!!!
