I called about a case before I can finished I was brushed off, and refer to someone else, no thank you, very unprofessional team, they said they didn't handled my case, lady said it was negligence I need to have a lawyer to sued them for negligence, Jeez's I terminated accused of abused a resident, but I worked by myself, job was unable to provided me with a date, time, no eyewitnesses, no reports of abused refused to give a copy of termination letter, when I applied for benefits they then changed their story by saying I had a altercation with a staff, and they showed proved of the 'altercation' but the staff i supposedly had the 'altercation' with provided me with a letter saying she never wrote any statement, before I was brushed off I tried to explained to the rude person that I was constantly asking for helped I worked by myself with 7 residents, 2 in wheelchair, I made copies of the reports each time I asked for helped, but she couldn't be bother, I guess I have to find someone else who cares enough to listen before they cut me off.
