The law firm of Sidney L. Gold & Associates P.C. is simply incredible. They are superheroes who wear suits and will fight for your rights as they have fought for mine. I worked with Mr. Gold, Ms. Coyle, and Mr. Rieser. I am a resident physician who was terminated from my position after disclosing to my employer that I had a chronic medical illness. Working with their experts, we were able to pre-emptively launch a defense that allowed me to preserve my career. Further, they identified the illegal actions my employer took in terminating my employment regarding state law, federal law, state medical board, and the laws/regulations imposed by the American Council on Graduate Medical Education.
