I would not recommend this firm to anyone especial...

I would not recommend this firm to anyone especially people of minority. I had the unfortunate pleasure to have JAIMIE FORD represent me. It was the worst experience ever imagined. Mrs ford set my file on her desk for 2years before she even filed amy claim with the hrc this is after she told me in the consultation that if the hrc don't render a decision within a year she will file suit with the courts.mrs ford is never in the office when you call I was told repeatedly that she's either on vacation or out of the office for the day. I finally got a call 2years later from Mrs fords secretary stating that mrs ford wants you to give her a call two weeks from now to discuss your case. I'm thinking why call me two weeks ahead of time to tell me she wants to talk later in the month?? Ooookay. When I called mrs ford placed me on hold for roughly ten minutes in the meantime I'm discussing with my wife why am I paying this firm 45% if there not doing there job,mrs ford inadvertently heard my conversation an interjected stating I'm not paying her anything.she then went on to say I have a snarly attitude based on me and my wife's conversation.she then placed me on hold again claiming to be looking for my file. Needless to say she couldn't find it and suggested she give me a call the next day the following morning I received a call from Mrs fords receptionist. Asking for my email address. One hour later I received a email from Mrs ford stating that she was recusing herself from the claim because it does not generate enough income. Thank you Mrs ford because of your unprofessionalism I'm now without an attorney on a claim that's three years old. Also mrs ford told me that the employer wanted to settle out of court for a low amount after she recused herself and I couldn't engage another attorney to take this three year old case, I called hrc and spoke with the person investigating my claim I explained what happened with mrs for and even she was dismayed I asked her can she reach out to the employers attorney to ascertain if the settlement offer was on the table and they stated they never made mrs ford a offer.i let her listen to the recorded conversation with mrs ford telling me of the offer raised by the opposing attorneys.after going through some of the reviews on this law firm I tend to agree with a lot of the critical reviews I read especially the ones authored by people of minority and most against JAIMIE FORD. One person suggested mrs ford doesn't believe in Black lives/woman lives don't matter. I suggest Mr gold get a grasp of what's taking place in the office and deal with it accordingly. As for me is there any person who's not a laymen to the law help me???UPDATE: I appreciate Mr gold looking into the claims brought by myself however I feel Mr gold failed to conduct a thrill investigation. If he had he would of contacted me about the aforementioned phone conversation held by mrs ford and myself. Furthermore I personally never made a accusation about racial profiling I did however mention that I tend to agree with several of the critical reviews on your website in which majority of the critical reviews are from people of minority. Far as mrs ford contacting me about a settlement is false and misleading mrs ford never mentioned a settlement untill 2years later,and that's after hearing my concerns about her representation then and only then did she say a settlement was offered.my claims are based on facts and matter of public record. To this day I still have the recording of mrs ford's unprofessionalism at its fullest. Also Mr gold feel free to call the investigator on my case as well as opposing attorneys who stated they never offered me or mrs ford a settlement.and finally all you have to do is go back to your reviews and you will see clearly that most of the critical reviews are from people of minority and there claims are all similar in detail. So I suggest that you look a little further into your investigation.you can start by getting in contact with me and I can provide you with the recording of mrs ford that contradicts yo
