East side has a decent selection of steel toes for women and seems to have a lot of mens steel toes wish they would carry the pumas in steel toe

Alright lots of shoes lots of deals never my size though

They are a good place to shop. However it is so loud in there that sometimes you can not look very good.

Love the selections and a lot of varieties of shoes. Was able to get 5 different pairs of namebrand shoes for each of my 5 children and spent under 200$.

Awful customer service. The girl in the men's section was so concerned in getting her section straight that not only did she NOT once ask if we needed help but continued to get in our way.

The guy we tried to stop and ask help from was annoyed by us. As he kept walking he said, "I'm the only worker in mens shoes and I'm trying to run the register, too".
I can understand trying to do two jobs at once can be unfair and frustrating. But what about customer service??? Plus, there was ONE register open!...Shoe Carnival is turning into Walmart

Older style shoes at discount prices. Carnival is a fitting name. It crowded and loud. Wish they at least offered some of the new, first run shoes.

I told the shoe carnival employee what I was looking for and was told they had nothing like that and was offered no assistance to look for anything else so I left the store.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Best deals on shoes I've seen in a long time.

Got 3 pairs of shoes for $ 154.00. Work shoes and everyday shoes. Name brand and they marked half off and because I bought 3 pairs I also spun a wheel and got an extra $ 3.00 off of that. Good place to go when you can catch a deal.

Selection was good no line at checkout. Got tired of hearing cov19 announcements the entire time I was there

Shoe Carnival has a huge stock of popular and in demand shoes and shoe brands as well as other foot-ware and accessories. The staff are helpful and courteous. There are coupons and discounts offered by the manager if you ask to spin the Shoe Carnival Wheel of Savings and earn them. The store's atmosphere is upbeat and fun. The aisles are wide with benches on every other end cap for trying on your new shoes for the perfect fit.

I found a couple pairs of Nike's that I was wanting which was my fav colors but didn't have any my size so that was a BIG let down!

Went into buy some Sandals for my wife and Tennis Shoes for both of us. My wife wanted a certain brand and style that we had bought before. She wore them so she could show them. We looked around and could not find any, so we went to customer service who seemed like we were interrupting them. They told us a to go to a cashier, which we waited in line for, only to be told to go see someone else. Who then proceeded to take us back to the isle where we had just looked and then said nope we don't have those. Never even asked for the brand or style or anything. We were hoping he could at least look at a computer and see if they hand them in another store or could be ordered etc, but it became obvious he not going to put any further effort into it than we already had. We ended up going to a close by sporting good store and found everything we needed.

The store seemed very crowded with displays everywhere. A little overwhelming and no one offered to help the 30 min I was there.

The young lady who helped us was great. She goes to Bossee high school. It was a little warm in there but it was great.

We went on 7/15/18 about 1 pm to buy shoes for School for our dtr. Apparently they think it will suffice to try shoes on small children in which you only get to try on one shoe from the pair. I had to ask 2 people to get the other shoe. When I finally got the other shoe the guy literally stood less than 3 feet away from us the entire time. It was completely degrading. I won t buy another pair of shoes here. Glad DSW has kids shoes now!

I have a big foot and sometimes style choices are limited in store, but I have found many of them online.

Everything went well. Although I wasn't able to get exactly wat I wanted I am still happy with what I got.

The only thing about Shoe Carnival is that they have such a huge selection of shoes.

Their staff are really friendly and courteous and also well informed about their products.

Something else that I didn't know about is Shoe Carnival sells purses. Wow! Who knew?

Wonderful! I had to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit and the clerk was funny, nice and knew his job when it came to a return with discounts. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name.

It's all in the name. It's got shoes on carnival form. If you want cheap shoes and don't mind the atmosphere its got great prices.

Shoe Carnival is one of my favorite places to shop for shoes. The selection is really great. I've noticed at some other places the selection can be a bit one sided toward one gender or another but there is a big enough selection here for the whole family without having to go someplace else to look. The only thing I would say in the negative is that the staff didn't really seem to concerned with helping find certain things. This may have just been a case of them being busy so I didn't factor that in for my overall experience.

Large variety of shoes. Any thing over a size 12 men's can be scarse.

It's clean and I believe that they really try hard to sell those shoes. But, sometimes I don't think that some of the sales are much of a sale, They could do a lot better

We get kicks here. Usually get deals on said kicks. Good place to get shoes on multiple kids. They have name brands, but usually don't have the newest LeBron's. Not your place if your a conisure of high dollar basketball shoes, or top shelf work boots. However, they have your kids covered, and they have good socks. I'm sure we will be here again.

Prices are outrageous compared to local jcpenney and tjmaxx Ross marshalls and please have at least 5 of each size and reorder my husband wears a 13 and cant ever find the size in the shoes he wants. Step up ur game show carnival
