Found what I was looking for here at a decent price as well!

The store manager is a wonderful person. Because I had a broken femur he found the shoes I needed brought them to my car and collected payment. This man went above and beyond to help me.

Good spot to get work out and children's shoes. Always good pricing.

They have a huge selection of shoes, and great prices!

Lots of selection! Just a bit frustrating that the size we need are usually out for the ones we love! I know you can order them so that's awesome! My girls are to excited to wait!

They need to learn how to use there speaker system. They were talking the entire time I was In the store, it wa to loud and over modulated.

Very well stocked with a large variety of shoes to choose from. It was very clean and organized.

Unless you want athletic shoes, STAY away. My husband is retired Military and they had NOTHING suitable. That is a shame. If you aren't going to the gym, out for a run or just looking for casual, Shoe Carnival is not for you.

A good place for great footwear - especially for girls!!! I looke for some winter boots, and although it took me a few hours I finally found what I liked and wanted at a reasonable price.

My wife and I were at shoe carnival on Sunday. Looking for shoes with our autistic son. While we were looking he had a meltdown, and throwing stuff in the store screaming. Instead of catching judgemental glances like we are used to, Haven came along and was a complete angel to help us through. We will definitely be back as her one simple act of kindness.

Unbelievable service. I was checked out by the most lovely girl today, I believe her name was Maddy. She was kind, fast, and even helped me find a better deal on a pair of shoes I was wanting but couldn t afford. Shoe carnival is lucky to have her. What a beautiful soul and face to have in a wonderful store.

It used to be the place to go to save money - not any more. Too many other stores have the same shoes for a lot less. The only way to save at Shoe Carnival is to buy 2 pairs- which I don't do.

This is a good place to find shoes if you're looking for hard to find shoes, they have a variety of Styles available in every size imaginable. Their prices are on the high side sometimes you can get a deal if you "spin the wheel", but don't hold your breath.

We scanned the barcode and found the same pair of shoes for $15 less at Kohl's and Macy's. Shoe Carnival matched the price.

Don't always have the size you need and may have to wait a while to get it. Other than that, never had a bad experience.

If you can't find a pair of shoes here,you don't need new shoes. Was there on a Monday evening. And it was not crowded. Perfect time to go. Always well stocked and plenty of workers.

They have great deals and I actually like the dude on the microphone. However. The fact they have 4 different prices for the same shoe based on color is the most unlogicalbthing I have experienced and it can be different prices at different locations on the same basis which makes finding what you exactly want tough. I got a 180.00 running shoe for 60.00 based strickly on color. Nutz

Buyer Beware!!!! When ordering online...they charge you twice claiming one is just pending...well its been pending for 2 weeks now!! So unless you have the extra money to let them borrow!! Dont buy online

Let me be clear. I hate shoe shopping, and pretty much any shopping of any kind for that matter. That being said, I didn't mind this place. It was easy to find what I was looking for. Staff was very friendly. I got in and got out.

Crazy prices for shoes. Cheap and deals for high priced shoes. They help guide you in the right directions.

Cashiers acted like we were a burden. We spent 300 dollars acted like they didnt want to check us out.

The store always has a wide selection of shoes and boots, usually at good prices. My boyfriend found a pair of shoes he liked pretty quickly, and I found an adorable pair of boots that were on sale. We also benefited from a special promotion going on at the time. The staff was friendly, too. We will definitely be back for future shoe needs.

It was very busy with few registers open on a Saturday during a BOGO half off sale. There was a large selection of footwear. I try to avoid going here unless necessary as it can be hit and miss with shoes sizes and people tend to be all over the place in the narrow aisles.

Always have a great selection. I'm just disappointed they don't have any carts! It's hard lugging a baby carrier around w a 20+ pound baby in it!
