I'm a little hesitant to leave a review, because I want to keep this company as my secret little gem, but they truly deserve a nice review! The only bad thing I can say is that I didn't meet them sooner.
First met them in January 15' when they started doing TI's for my tenant. I was just overseeing their work making sure it was all within terms of the lease, they were a pleasure to work with and did a beautiful professional job.
They were working across the street on the above TI's and asked them to come quote a kitchen remodel for me across the street March 15'. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with their quote, again they did a beautiful job, on time, and my tenants in that building all told me how much they liked all the workers. I was out of town for the second part of the kitchen remodel and they took care of it all, kept me updated and I got to enjoy my vacation and come back to beautiful kitchen!
My favorite part, is Bay Area Builders also has Bay Area Builders Facilities Group, which is exactly what I needed. They told me about it, I was happy with their other previous work so I set up a meeting and wanted to hear what they had to offer. I was very happy with everything I heard and am very happy with the facilities maintenance for the past 1.5 months. They're saving my tenants money, me time, doing a way better job than my last facilities guy, and a way better job than me. I was in charge of facilities since our last guy left, I would call plumbers, HVAC, electricians, etc, now I just call or fill out their website form and they take care of it that day or the next depending on level of priority. .
The three main guys I worked with are amazing, Jim was superintendent of the TI's, Will got me set up with facilities, so far I've only met Ethan (really nice having one guy as a main point of contact) on the repair side and he's great too!
