I will gladly explain my rating! You have posted your working hours online and they are absolutely never correct. There are often people there just for the coffee and your so-called board is seemingly always in a meeting. This has not happened once or twice, but 80% or 90% of the times I have wanted to buy a textbook. The sign stays in front saying the store is closed and people are drinking coffee behind the glass door in the back. You require people to buy your subscriptions only to get a summary (which of course is also paid besides the subscription). Those are my two main reasons not to want to buy books from you any longer.
