Not a good experience in Roswell. We usually go to the Skyzone in Kennesaw. In Roswell it was very crowded, and the kids were rude and aggressive. My daughter complained about being pushed several times by kids fighting to get to various areas. I had to tell some kids to calm down the horseplay around me and my 4 year old. We will not go to that particular location anymore.

Fun place for younger children but always weary of injuries here. We had 1 incident with our son and so every time we get an invite to go to this place it is a tough choice.
As much as we can we avoid this place.

amazing!, My second time to this location and the upgrades are fantastic. Once I walked in they have a check in kiosk to fast track the check in process, once you have your socks and time sticker, they have free lockers or digital ones that you can pay a $5.00 for the entire day with built in phone chargers!. The bathrooms are clean. The staff kept a watchful yet helpful eye on all customers. Granted when I went on a Sunday afternoon most of the clientel was younger kids, I still had a lot of fun... Iam in my late 20's. Check out the videos below! The ninja obstical course was my favorite!!!!

This place is great if you are 10 and under. My husband and I went for an hour, knowing good and well that the place would mainly cater to children, however we actually found it super challenging to access any trampoline without a 40lb tot running onto it while we were mid jump. The whole time we were so paranoid that we would bounce a kid up into space. The areas are supposed to be designated by age (0-4, 5-10, 11-15, 16+ or something like that). The areas for small children were carefully guarded however the 16+ area was not. That was very frustrating. In fact, the little kids would run over to the area, and the sky zone employee that was monitoring that area would instead correct my husband and I. Furthermore, we asked a supervisor if they would be opening up one of the two areas that were closed for jumping (we were there from 11-12 on a Saturday and the place was at max capacity). He assured us they would be. They never did. We were so tempted to go under the rope and jump. We only go on one date day a month and this one left us feeling robbed of what should have been a great day. Sky Zone should just mandate that no one above the age of 14 is allowed to jump.

Tbh.. Lousy hosts, looking like they want to not be there. No skills untrained and seriously a waste of space. It took forever to get anything done, they were asking us for a lighter to light candles on a cake??. Where they get the staff from is beyond me. Will go with a group next time buy some pizzas and drinks and find a spot. Such a let down for soo muchmoney. These kids they hire are bottom barrel finds.

Took my niece and nephew there this past weekend and it was great. I jumped as well and it is really a workout. Everyone was very friendly and since it was our first experience that was very welcoming. Definitely going back.

My son had a small birthday celebration here this past Saturday and he and his friends had a blast. The reason for the 3 stars is I ordered 4 large pizzas and 2 pitchers of drinks at approximately 6:22 pm. I was told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. I returned in 20 minutes, waited for nearly 10 for someone to acknowledge me, only to be told to wait at the end of the counter and the order would be right out. I waited another 15 minutes before flagging someone down and was told again that the order was in the oven and was coming out. It took a little over an hour after placing the order for it to come out and be brought up to our table. There was no apology or anything offered for the inconvenience.

I had a good time, but the foam pit staff was terrible. I suppose that the staff member working the foam pit was friends with these two teenagers, because while everybody was waiting for the employee to call the lane numbers, he'd let these teenagers go ahead and do gainers and other twisty flips that were clearly not allowed into the foam pit, as stated on the big board in front. In addition to this, the two teenagers were clearly just playing around and pushing each other into the foam pit while everyone else was waiting for their turn.

Brought my son here at 4pm when they first opened. He had a blast and since we got there right when they opened it was not crowded at all. Definitely a place to let your kid jump around and wear themselves out.

Fun Fun Fun. Had a groupon that needed to be used so we made our way to the Skyzone. 1 recommendation: don't go on a federal holiday like we did not thinking because it will be wall to wall children on a day off.Other than that so much fun with obstacle courses, foam pits, a jousting area, dodge ball, and then just plain trampoline areas. And be careful if you have any shoulder issues doing flippy stuff into the foam pit, the foam cubes tend to escalate the farther back you go and it's pretty easy to catch a pile the wrong way when your body is going the other (hyper extension hurts lol)

The check-in process is terrible! Takes way too long. We came in with pre-purchased tickets and it still took forever. They need a better system or more people working up front to check in customers. A more helpful attitude from their employees would also be a plus.

This place is a lot of fun for all ages. While me and my family clearly were having a great time, I could see all others were as well. This place is big and can easily handle the kind of crowd it gets. Money spent here is totally worth it.

Great location for a kid b-day party. It is a load of fun, and offers all kinds of options for all ages, from super young to big kids. They even have a ninja wall, which some of the adults in our group attempted to tackle as well. They will definitely get you on the upsell of paparazzi-esque pictures on a CD. Not really worth the $40. Our hostess was great. She helped set up the room, cut and serve the cake, guide the party-goers through activities and was a great point of communication to keep coming back to. The overall experience is a blast.

Overall, I think that this place is pretty good. The trampolines at extremely fun, and the food is ok, but the service isn't all that good. It took a while to get in (I was at a friend's birthday party), and the employees aren't all that nice. They are inconsiderate and they are not nice. You will either get yelled at, get hurt, or both at least once while you are there. It is not very family-friendly, as they separate parties based by height, and they let little kids play dodgeball with teenagers. But overall, it is a fun experience!

The place itself was great. Great place for the kids to burn off energy but I had my son and 7 of his friends and we ordered pizza for them at 4:20 pm and only received one pizza at 5: 45 pm. The staff kept telling us it's coming and it never did. I was highly dissapointed because some kids had nothing to eat.

I purchased a monthly sky fit membership, used it for a few months and had to cancel. I called and spoke with the front desk they informed me I had to email them with my name and last four of the credit card to cancel. I emailed them that day with the requested info. I got a response two days later saying they needed more information. I sent them a reply back right away( this was last Friday). I called on Wednesday to follow up as to why my credit card was charged again and I still have yet to receive a response. This company is unprofessional and will be reported to the better business bureau.

GREAT PLACE but be aware of the snot, slobber, sweat, blood, boogers, and everything else all the virus's and bacteria (diseases) associated with it. You signed the Waiver so you can get beheaded and it'll be your fault regardless. So catching a massive skin infection, flu, virus, or are assaulted by someone else's kids as they jump on your kid and try to break their neck.. Staff there is not very active as during Toddler Time they allow infants to crawl about (EVEN THOUGH THE CHILD MUST BE ABLE TO STAND AND WALK) and allowing Adults to do flips during Toddle Time.. People walk on the mats after being in the bathroom. Employees wear street shoes on the mats as well.. Pic is of the SkeeBall table.. That booger blob has been there for many many months as well as many other spills, dried up snot, and debris. HAVE FUN !!!

The facility is unprofessional! The staff is rude and not very helpful. They seem to expect you to know the rules even if you've never been there before. Also, I booked a party online after speaking with the staff by phone, but was never told that I couldn't hang anything from the walls or ceilings. When they called to confirm the party and I asked about bring my own decor, that's when they told me. I cancelled the party, but still haven't been refunded my money.I called this a.m. to be told that it may take another 5 or so business days to go back to my bank, but my bank says that that isn't true because they should have never processed it if I cancelled before they reconciled with the bank. The point is they don't give clear instructions online or by phone and still take your money. I'm sharing with all of my friends that are mom's because word of mouth is everything!

The kids love it, but the process to get in is so painful. I filled out a waiver previously, and when I went to ticketing, they told me it was expired (after 1 year). That would be useful information to have BEFORE getting in line and waiting 30 minutes (because there was 1.5 people working the counter).
