Purchased a Jeep Patriot from Luis. LOVED it! Treated me with like family and exampled every thing clearly, even after asking him like three times after each paragraph. Honestly, if you're looking to buy a car and completely understand and fee safe which your investment, ask for Luis!

I had a great first car buying experience at Zeigler in Schaumburg.

Not only is the facility fantastic, but so are the people who work there. I especially have to thank Nick T. in Sales and Al in Finance.

Nick was very personable and was interested in getting to know my wife and I a bit before "talking business". Also, he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He was able to quickly pair us with a vehicle that fit all of our needs and wants and answered all of our questions during a test drive. He was very patient with my wife and I as we made our decision. As a first time car buyer, I appreciated Nick's "no pressure" approach and look forward to doing business with him again in the future.

Al is another person who made our experience memorable. I appreciated Al's thoroughness and patience as we asked questions and discussed our financing options. He was also very personable and had some great stories, which helped break up all of the finance talk.

I would definitely recommend Zeigler in Schaumburg.

I originally wrote a positive review from back in 2012 when I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sometimes it takes time to figure out you were scammed. In my case it was the extended warranty purchased from them and run through Zurich warranty. I purchased the suv in jan 2012 with 33k miles. I was told that I could purchase an extended warranty for 6 years or 100k miles. I was told it was from my time purchase which is logical....why would I pay for a warranty before I owned the car? Nope......it was from the in service date of 2009. So effectively I bought a 6 year service plan that was only a 3 year plan. I was completely lied to. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. DO NOT BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THEM. VERY VERY UPSET AND CONGRATS TO YOUR DEALERSHIP FOR NOT GETTING ANY NEW BUSINESS FROM ME. I am in process of buying another Jeep and it wont be from these guys. Dishonest practice.

Oday the Sales Rep was AMAZING from beginning to end! He was super patient with my husband & I and really did an outstanding job! Kelly the manager, Brianna, Tina all from same department were SO BEYOND AMAZING from before we went in shopping for our new vehicle. They were so informative and answered all my questions over the phone and relieved all my anxiety..when we arrived they actually took the time to come downstairs to salute my husband & I and congratulate us and Joe the finance Manager went above and beyond to do everything in his power together with Kelly to help us and make sure we walked out of there happy! I am beyond pleased with the experience and it was totally worth the drive...

The salesman Theo did everything that was promised. He was very knowledgable about all the products including the Ram 1500 which I purchased. The rest of the team, Steve, the sales manager, Derek in financing and Bob, who explained all the nuances of the vehicle were all professional and excellent in doing their respective jobs. 5 stars. I highly recommend Zeigler and would return for further business.

My 20 year old son drove out to Zeigler last Monday March 3rd to test drive a 2011 Jeep Patriot that they have listed for sale with an automatic transmission, both on their web site and on Car Gurus and other web sites. As it turned out IT WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED it was a manual stick shift not an automatic. Well, It didn't matter to much to my son because he can drive either. However I was surprised when we mentioned it to them that their advertisement was incorrect that they were already aware of it and stated others had come in to drive it thinking it was an automatic and were disappointed to find out otherwise. So why haven't they changed their advertisement? (Are they using it as bait?) Well my son was very interested in the Jeep and I made arrangements to come in with check in hand to see it and very possibly buy it on Friday March 7th. I called before we were going to leave our house as I promised and was told by John (a salesman) that someone was test driving it as we were speaking and that he would call me back in 25 to 30 minutes to let me know whether or not they made an offer on it and wether it was still available.
We waited 1 1/2 hours he never called back, we headed out to Car Max and Toyota instead. I didn't get home till 11:pm at which time I checked my caller ID and voice mail, no call from Zeigler's sale rep John or Mark the first salesman we dealt with on Monday. The next day I called to see if the jeep was still available and was told yes. Well that really is a shame because we ended up purchasing a vehicle from Toyota in Westmont instead, their Salesmanship was much more professional. I wold not recommend Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Schaumburg. I don't feel they care about their customers and I certainly feel like they are baiting people to come in with false advertising.

Checked my caller ID and voice mail the next day, no response. Called to see if the vehicle was still available, yes it is. Well, too bad because we decided to go with a different Dealership.

Overall a positive experience with sales rep. He was accommodating and patient as we had specifications that we wanted to achieve. Rene Quinones was amiable and professional and worth the time at Ziegler. I would recommend one adjustment: financial personnel should never question why a customer chooses or refuses a product. Whether a customer accepts or declines is completely to the discretion of the customer, no reasons, excuses or apologies needed. Our interaction with the financial personnel left little to rave about at Ziegler. Had our experience been better, I would be able to give 5 stars. I recommend retraining financial staff to also be accommodation, professional and less snippy. Standard business practice.

My car broke down and I was so frustrated. That same day I decided to go to Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep and purchase a new vehicle. Still very much frustrated but my sales person Rene Quinones did a great job of finding a car that was right for me and my budget.
Thanks Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep

The single best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Mario that runs service called, text and emailed me to insure that was I was getting done he kept me informed daily. Mario runs a very tight ship and I could not be happier with how Zeigler CDJR of Schaumburg does business. Amazing people and they mean what they say.

I highly recommended Zeigler Dodge of Schaumberg and Lawrence Mendez, who made sure I got the Ram truck of my dreams. The procedure was painless and straight forward, and no gimmicks or hassles. Thank you Lawrence Mendez! I love my new truck!

I had gone in to different dealerships before, but this one stood out. Im a first time buyer who was looking for an affordable car. Everyone had an opinion and no one listened to what i wanted. Not at this place, I was actually listened to here and not ignored like in the other dealerships. I highly recommend Miguel Pagan. If you are looking for an honest, and good listener consultant. He listened to what i had to say and worked on the numbers right there with me. He asked what my limit was, and we worked out the budget and limit. He was honest and straight to the point. Showed me my options and clearly stated what was at my budget, below, or above it. Not trying to sell me on anything higher like the other dealers had. Absolutely will come back if i decide to buy or trade in a car. Recommend it for first time buyers or anyone who needs a car.

Had the most awesome experience today here at Ziegler Jeep with Gabriel Jimenez! Purchased my jeep 5 months ago, finally so excited to take off the hard top and have summer fun only to realize I had absolutely no clue how to put this thing together. Gabriel took the time to teach me step by step how to put on brackets, top and windows so that I would know how to do it next time alone. Cannot be a more helpful and kind service team to have done something that thoughtful. Hats off to Gab, his team, and Jeep Ziegler. Thank you so much!!

Service with a smile but they honestly are out for your money. Oil changes take longer than they should 45+ minutes. The one oil change they broke the bolts holding my tire and asked me to pay. Earlier this year they did not tighten my front wheel enough and my wheel fell off later. The incident was two weeks after an oiled change and tire rotation, and they claimed it was tampering. Considering I could have died because of that, you are better off going some where else.

Zeigler only received 1 star because there's not an option to leave 0 stars!

I purchased a new car from Zeigler last night. Ultimately, I got pretty close to where I wanted to be with the car and pricing which, I guess, is the bottom line. But why do they have to be such scum bags about it?

First, I called and spoke with Bonnie from their internet sales team. Long story short, she told me anything to get me in the door! Thanks for making me have to argue with 2 people to get what you promised, Bonnie! Now let's see if they'll honor what they told me is written into the paperwork - 1 free year of oil changes for being a repeat customer. Stay tuned for that one!

Our sales person was Chris White. He was a nice guy from beginning to end. I'm not the easiest consumer to deal with because I do my research, know what I want and there's not a lot of negotiating that needs to happen. Like I said, he was nice, but it was obvious he couldn't wait to get rid of us towards the end.

Mike Spooner (I think that's his name) is unbelievably unprofessional. The 10 minutes we had to work with him to sign papers was the time I most wanted to walk out (mind you - I did originally walk out on the deal and they literally chased me down outside to get me to come back in!) I had to ask him MULTIPLE times what the price of the car was because it ABSOLUTELY was not the price I negotiated for the car. In the end, the price of the car was higher than I negotiated but they came up on the trade-in, so it didn't really matter. But, DUDE! Just answer the question! Why does it have to be like pulling teeth to get you to tell me the price of the car?! Mike was fine until we didn't want to buy gap insurance. I've never seen a grown man get such a smug look on his face, literally pouting like a little girl. When we declined gap insurance, he turned back to his computer with this half-smile on his face. So I said to my husband, "that's a smug look." Mike said, "Excuse me?" So I said, "You don't seem too happy with us that we declined the insurance is all." That's when he kind of yelled at us and said, "Well, you just don't understand new technology!" It was pretty humorous to see a grown man act like that. Super unattractive, Mike.

No one spoke with us after that. There were no clear directions as to what was next. Mike walked out of his office not saying a word and we sat for a minute before deciding to get up and walk back out onto the sales floor. Mike wouldn't even make eye contact! Grow up! We didn't get to ring the bell (which is what they do when they sell new cars), we didn't get a copy of the free year of oil changes which is "supposedly" in the system already, and we didn't get a spare key! They said they're "holding it" until the paperwork is done being processed.

JUST DON'T GO HERE!!! They're so rude and unfriendly and just overall shady to work with. When you're buying a big ticket item like this, you deserve to be treated with red carpet service and that's NOT what you get here.

Nick is a very friendly and professional salesperson. He showed us available cars on the lot and gave us a test drive of the vehicle we eventually bought. He understands the vehicle very well, went to the very details of the car and was very patient.

This is my second purchase from this location! Extra Thanks to our sales rep Damian who helped us out. We made him aware of what we wanted. He listened and got us a more than fair offer on our trade. I recommend DAMIAN for a FAST and QUALITY EXPERIENCE. To the point.... Happy to come back again!!!!!!! (2012 Jeep Cherokee)

My experience was similar to another post. The sticker price of the vehicle on the website was not the actual price of the car. After the test drive, we discovered there was a list of mechanical things done to the car that brought the price to thousands of dollars more than advertised. I quickly texted a relative who is a GM at a dealership in another state. He told me all those incidentals would in reality cost about $300 and that its just normal procedure when a dealer purchases a used car to run diagnostics. The salesman was very nice but tried to explain all dealerships add these upticks, which is not true. After asking for these incidentals to be removed, we were offered a reduction of a few hundred dollars. So we walked. Days later they texted my son (buying the car) asking him if still interested and giving him a price closer to the advertised sticker price. After getting his hopes up, they then raised the price even higher! When he questioned them, the response was they had incorrectly priced the car below its value. And yet today, I see the car on the site at the same sticker price. I honestly believe they put lower sticker prices on the cars to lure you in, then add a ton of hidden fees. I imagine unsuspecting buyers fall for it. Probably legal, but unethical and poor business practice in my opinion. This is why used car salespeople are looked at negatively. Definitely buyer beware when shopping for a car here.

I have always used Zeigler for routine maintenance...

I have always used Zeigler for routine maintenance that requires more than an oil change as well as major repairs. During routine maintenance in April, they noticed that I had a bad fan relay and they replaced it and did a radiator flush. After a couple of months, I noticed that my coolant level was low. This happened a couple of times and I saw that there is a plug under the radiator cap that was leaking. I could not find an allen wrench big enough to tighten the plug, so I made a note to have Zeigler look at it the next time I went in for service. When I took the car in for maintenance in October, I pointed out the problem.
Many shops would have tried to charge me for fixing the problem because I waited so long. The guys at Zeigler didn't even consider it. They fixed the problem, performed the service and did a comprehensive inspection on the vehicle. They found a potential problem that we need to keep an eye on, but did not try to push me into getting fixed now. The service department is honest, straightforward and competent. I am glad to know that if I go to them, I will not have to think about whether or not I can trust what they are telling me.
My service adviser, Ed Woods, had been there since I started going to them in 1995. That is the case with a couple of their people and I like knowing that the people there will remember me and that they know me and my Jeep.
I highly recommend Zeigler for service to anyone.

I came in with a desperate, tight situation for a new car. Frank Villalobos was the greatest salesman I have worked with. He worked so hard to get me into a car that I liked and more importantly that I could afford! Nothing but a good experience here. Thanks Frank!

I have been doing research for a car for a couple ...

I have been doing research for a car for a couple of weeks and decided I wanted to get the Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Limited edition was a little over my budget. Today when I went online to check the inventory at Zeigler of Schaumburg I saw they had a 2015 Laredo closer to my price point and with the features that I was looking for. My sales consultant, Mark Newman, was very friendly and helpful! We worked out a deal my husband and I were pleased with.
I am concerned about the service department after reading all the negative reviews. Hopefully, management will look into the dissatisfaction and high number of complaints and make the necessary improvements! But, as far as my experience I highly recommend Mark as a quality sales representative.

I'm not really one to leave feedback, but find it absolutely necessary to give high-praises to this dealership (I wish there was a better way to give more praises to Kerry, too). I had my doubts about this place at first, but my goodness, I will go back here a million times over! As of April, I am the proud owner of a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited, all thanks to Kerry (sales) and Charlie (finance). I first went to a dealer in Crystal Lake (because it was close to home), and I was jerked-around for over two weeks... all I wanted to do was buy my first, brand-spankin'-new vehicle. Frustrated, I looked online and found my perfect match (and even an entire model trim higher!) - I made my appointment with Bonnie, took care of all the paperwork online beforehand, and then met with Kerry later that evening. I walked in, test drove my vehicle, had my trade appraised while paperwork was signed, met with Charlie, and then was handed all of my paperwork right before I rang the bell. Even being well-after 10:30PM, Kerry walked me through the basics of my vehicle - connected my phone, vehicle settings, etc. My parents were with me, and said, "This is the way car-buying used to be!" My mom was very impressed, and has been looking on Zeigler Schaumburg's site for her retirement vehicle. I also have to mention that I did purchase the paint protection, and Zeigler paid for me to have a rental so I could still go to work - honestly, the entire experience has been flawless!

Walking out of Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Schaumburg today EXTREMELY happy. Eric Foret has made this such an easy, amazing experience. Eric Foret (4-A) is such an honorable, funny, genuine person and I would never buy a car from anyone other than him. SUCH a great experience, thank you so much Eric 4-A!!

I dropped my car off at Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep of schamberg at 9 this morning with 14452 miles (I wrote this down), had 3/4 tank of gas, was averaging 34.6 mpg and had 85% oil life left on it for a recall they said would take 6 hours tops. 8 hours later I gave them a call to see what was up and they couldn't find my car. They put me on hold for a few minutes before saying they had just started working on it and that they would give me a call when it was done. Finally at 6:39 they called me and said something along the lines of "Mark, your car is ready." well for starters my name isn't mark but I moved past that I just wanted my car back after the 6 hour fix that took 10. I got there and they couldn't find my car again and after about 30 minutes of searching they finally pulled it up. I was a little disappointed at first, every other car dealership I had taken my car to always washed it and all the other cars they were pulling up had also been washed... Except mine. I walked around just to make sure everything was good on the outside and it appeared to be. I hopped in, put in the key, looked at the mileage and saw they had put 40 miles on the car. I flipped through and saw gas mileage had dropped from 34.6 to 28.2, oil life had dropped to 82% from 85% and the gas was at half. I then flipped back to 14490 from 14452. I looked at the papers they gave me and noticed there was an "in" and an "out" mileage. They showed 14489 for in and 14492 for out. Neither of which was right. We talked to the manager about all of it and he said that it was unacceptable and he would figure out what happened and give us a call tomorrow. So I guess we'll see what happens but I guess long story short, always check your gas mileage.

On Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013 I brought our Chrysler 3000 to the service department. My dog, in his haste to get out of the car knocked a vanilla milkshake out of my hand and it spilled on to the passanger seat and console.
Bill Woollard, the Service Consultant said he would take care of getting taken care of my a worker named Noah.
After Noah pulled the car into the service bay I asked Bill what would a cleanup like that cost. He said,"Don't worry about it. You are our customer"
I really did not expect that type of service.
The car came back like it was brand new plus they washed the exterior. What do you think the chances are for me to bring our car back there for any other service?
This is not the first time I have had contact with Mr. Woollard. He is gracious gentlemen who takes care of the customers that come into the dealership.
My wife Linda had brought the car in for a lube, oil and filter the previous Saturday and the work was done quickley.
When I am ready for my new car, I will be sure to give Zeigler the first opportunity to sell me a vehicle.

My husband and I went to Zeigler of Schaumburg for a recall on our 2015 Chrysler 200C. We were greeted by Tom who was very helpful and attentive. He took great care in assisting us and explained the procedure in detail. He let us know of the progress being made and included extras we hadn't expected. The experience was most pleasant and satisfactory.

One of the worst dealership I've ever been to. When I bought the car, I told them specifically that I live in Wisconsin and since the registration has to be done in Wisconsin I was told I would be given a temporary permit for a month and I will receive my WI license plates in 2 weeks. It's been close to a month and I don't have my plate, my permit is expiring and when I called the dealership I was told my sales person has quite the dealership after a week so I have no one to hold responsible now. After calling and calling, I finally got hold of manager named Jennifer who said she will call the WI DMV and find out what's going on and after 48 hours I did not receive a call. When I called her back, not only did she act like she was doing me a favor by answering the phone (racist maybe?), she pretty much told me that whatever the salesperson and the finance manager told me at the time of buying my car was a lie (I was told if my current permit expires, they will be able to email me another permit till my plates come in) but now I've been told I'm SOL and they will not do anything for me and she hung up on me.

DO NOT go to this dealer, they will lie to you through their teeth to get you to buy a car but once you drive off the lot they will not stand by their words, people or their products. People there work there are some of the worst people and you're better off paying a little more and going somewhere else.

I have been looking for a jeep for months and have visited every dealership in the area, Out of all the dealerships Ziegler was by far the best.Theo did a great job and I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything very well. we came in there knowing what we wanted and he took care of us. They beat the other dealerships price without any issues and we brought the car that day. I am very impressed with this dealership and am extremely happy with my purchase. If your in the market for a new or pre owned car the selection here is fantastic and I highly recommend Ziegler.

I talked to and visited other Chrysler dealerships looking for a Pacifica Hybrid. My experience with Zeigler was by far the best. I couldn t be happier with the new van or the way I was treated from beginning to end. They have since checked in to make sure we were happy with the experience and the van. I would buy again from Zeigler and would request the same sales person.

Found a car online and called and made an appointment for the next day. I was running a little late the next morning, but Jackie from the dealership called me and confirmed our appointment to view the car. They knew we were traveling from out of state to view this car and I was told the car was still available and even received a phone call making sure we were coming to see the car. When we got there about an hour later they pulled the car around and then told us that someone had put a deposit on the car the night before. If the car was sold the night before why was I receiving a call the morning of our appointment making sure we were still coming to view the car. We traveled 2 1/2 hrs to see the car to be told once we got there that it has been sold the night before. Really unorganized and not professional.

I didn't like that the price in the website is not the one they want to sell it for, and I am not including the taxes and government fees. For "handling" $3500??? Are the other dealers doing the same???
The milage was 2000 higher than stated in the website.
The sales representative spent more time in meetings and going around than showing me the car, but he spent time trying to sell me what I don't need .
Since I am not familiar with the Jeep Compass, later I found a warning light in the dashboard about the Stop/Start system that is defective. It is under warranty, I hope. It is a 2020 Jeep Compass with 4700 miles.
I tested drive another Jeep Compass, that I liked, but it was used for another sales associate to come to work, with coffee stains, scratches in the rims, and different parts of the body. I didn't like it then.
But it was my fault. I should have walked away. I got a price reduction though, from $20500 in the website, to $24000("Dealer fees"), to $22000, final price, plus government fees of course.

Went in for an oil change and was told 1.5 to 2 hour wait. When I inquired on my vehicle I found out they hadn't even started on my vehicle. But all the Male customers that arrived after me for oil changes had their vehicles completed and on their way. I was granted a discount for my wait but it doesn't excuse how I was treated. My trip to the service center lasted 3 hours total before I pulled off. Totally unacceptable!

I have to say I was very impressed with this dealership and my Salesman Aaron. I can in on 7/10/17 to purchase a new Charger Scat Pack after test driving a Daytona with the 5.7 Hemi the previous Saturday. Being young and well African American my experience with dealerships is always typically the same, they assume I can't afford the car, or they talk down to me. This actually happened that saturday which is why I never went back to the other dealership even though it was 5 mins from where I live in Naperville. Anyway Aaron didn't waste any time getting the keys and letting me test drive the car I eventually pulled off the lot in. He was respectful and knowledgeable. Most importantly he treated me like a serious buyer, after a little back and forward over the price we settled on a deal I could live with and I absolutely love the car! It was pretty much the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had! Thanks Aaron i will be coming back with my wife to buy a Jeep soon ; ) if you're still there I will look you up!!!

I'm not sure what it is with trying to buy a car from Illinois. This place and napeltons can't get any worse. They call and call so I call back. I tell Kelsey at Zeigler this is what I have and this is what I want, give me a ballpark out the door price. Let me talk to my manager from these people is im not getting back to you. Excuse from both dealerships was were so busy. Im talking days go by and nothing. Decide to read some reviews and it all starts making sense. Stay away people. Wheres the zero star option on here i couldn't find it.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Bait and switch going on here. Bought car here and was promised one payment term and given another. Probably my fault for being trusting. Watch out for credit manager Rick. Faster than a street corner 3 card monte game. If you come here to buy a car please keep your guard up. I don't know how these guys can sleep at night.

Purchasing our jeep at Zeigler's exceeded beyond our expectations. From the moment Chris Weglarz greeted us at the door to the very end made the experience hassle free and to the point. He listened to our needs and worked with us to make it happen. Awesome service, friendly people, made car buying a pleasant experience.

Stopped in here to look at a couple of Jeeps I liked online. I dealt with Jorge and he was more than accommodating. When I had made the decision to continue my Jeep search at other dealerships, I wasn't pressured into a deal for another Jeep I didn't want on that visit. Instead, I was politely informed that they'd be willing to work with me when I would be ready. Fast forward a couple of weeks and that held true. Fair market value, no sneaky dealer fees, and stayed late to help setup Bluetooth and make sure the Jeep was cleaned to my standards.

Buying a car is an experience that I personally don't like. But at Zeigler, Jorge did his very best and worked very hard to make the experience as good as possible. I am impressed by how he went out of his way to make the experience as good as possible. Thank you Zeigler, Thank you Jorge!

I had stopped into Zigler just to look at a jeep. This was going to be my 60th birthday present to myself. All I wanted to do was just to look at something and did not want to spend a lot of time there. Matt came up to us was a very pleasant person to talk with showed me quite a few different deals, And we ended up staying there signing paperwork and driving off in somethingthat I've wanted. Matt was a very professional person to work with and made this experience a pleasurable one. we all have horror stories at trying to buy a car at a dealership. I would like to say what a great experience I had with Zeigler Jeep and Chrysler in Schaumburg and, in particular, with my sales rep Mike Rodriguez. Mike made the process smooth, easy and fair. I had realistic numbers in mind for my trade in and the Chrysler I was buying for my wife. Mike met my numbers without a problem. He was energetic, nice and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Walked in to look at a car. Car was rusted and beat up and the sales manager, Gabriel, was extremely unprofessional and condescending, using foul language because I questioned the integrity of the car and deal. Blatantly told me that I couldn t afford the car, even though I was ready to make the purchase with cash in hand if the car was as advertised. Ended up getting a better deal somewhere else. Thanks guys!

Had a great experience buying the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 75th anniversary SUV with Frank. He is very knowledgeable about the Jeeps and very helpful in finding me the exact SUV I was looking for. I would highly recommend Frank and Ziegler to anyone looking for a Jeep.
