Aaron William did an outstanding job taking care of me. He was patient enough to tell me the pros and con's of each car we looked threw. Also the way he carried himself made you feel very comfortable. I will really highly recommend family, friends and others to go to him.

They were very friendly and helpful. They posted an online price and honored it, unlike other Dodge dealers in the area. We talked prices and what we needed in a car. They made it happen at a fair price and in a timely fashion. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would DEFINITELY return to this dealer to purchase a car.

Kenny the Greek was a great help and was able to work with my husband to get him what he wanted. He seemed to always be there day and night to answer any questions and make the car buying process seamless. Thanks kenny!!

The music was extremely loud and we couldn't even here each other. The salesman smelled like terrible BO and wasn't very professional. He didn't present any of the features of the car we were looking at and was barely friendly.

We did not come here to buy the car today but we certainly won't go back. Not even for a test drive.

The excellent customer service I received was well worth the drive. ( I drove from the south suburbs) I found Jorge Matos to be a superior salesperson he was knowledgeable patient and polite something I didn't experience at other dealerships. I was in need of a car and the staff at Ziegler came through . I am a very sastified customer

Zeigler replied to my original post to call the General Manager. I have reached out to him once (1) a week for 4 weeks. He has not called me back. I will update again if he calls me back. I will not be recommending them to my family or friends.

All the people who we worked with were great. Very nice. However, I had one problem-BE VERY AWARE OF THIS. When the website says Zeigler Advertised Price that is NOT the price. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL PAY. That is the price of you qualify for ALL available rebates (The website does not give ANY detail on the rebates). We were not a veterans of 20 years, we were not a Realtor, we were not current Lease customers, and one more I can t remember. So we lost out on $5000 worth of rebates, so the lowest we could get the car was actually $5000 more than the Zeigler Advertised Price . There is a disclaimer (click on the very tiny i by details and read the very fine print that is ambiguous at best but does NOT list the rebates). Borderline false advertising.

Just purchased a new Grand Cherokee from Zeigler in Schaumburg. Our salesperson Sebastian Piworowicz was great. We didn't plan to buy today but left with a terrific new car.

I highly recommend Zeigler Chrysler Dodge because customer satisfaction is a priority. They make sure customers get what they want and make them happy. Theo was phenomenal. The Finance manager was helpful. Good experience. The sound of the bell was Fantastic. Fun environment. Good to go!

The finance dept. have bad attitude, I just wanted to solve simple issues. and dept. had attitude voice, not wanted to help me or anything. Never again recommend my friend to go there.

The salesman David was very kind and very helpful. He definetly helped me learn about the car and pointed out all aspects. Really kind salesman and knows how to connect with customers. Definetly the person you want to go see if you are interested in a car. He will help you understand all aspects and make sure you go home fully informed and with everything you need.

Nino, was nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Made the often dreaded process, very quick, simplified and easy. Once he had a sense of what I was looking for he had several different options and when I was ready to go he had all paperwork ready to be signed off on. I was in and out within 2 hours. Overall 10/10 experience. Will by many more vehicles from Nino.

First time at this dealership and my first impression was fun atmosphere with very friendly people. We were greeted by James King (sales) fairly quickly. He introduced himself, gave us a run down on all the specials going on and was kind enough to just let us look around. He was very enthusiastic, friendly and informative. I was upside down in my current auto situation and he worked pretty hard to get our business!

Buying a vehicle is always stressful. However, the stress was minimal when I purchased my Wrangler. Adrian was always positive and very helpful. From test drive to leaving with my new vehicle took 3 hours, maybe 3.5. Adrian kept working for a fair deal and was attentive to my needs. This is the second Jeep I have purchased at Zeigler.

Had an excellent experience with Mr. Dan Macaluso! He helped my husband and I find a new Jeep Wrangler that fit our needs and our budget. Paper work was quick and painless, as far as that goes when buying a car. Everyone was friendly and helpful, no one tried to give us the hard sell, which is a breath of fresh air when doing something as stressful as car buying. I will be recommend Zeigler to my friends and coworkers, and will tell them to ask for Dan!

I had an awesome experience at Zeigler. It was my first time buying a car, and they made me feel comfortable. No pressure at all. They didn't rush me, they took me on a test drive, and they let ME make the decision. Chris White was awesome. I definitely recommend asking for him by name. He was calm, chill, and he answered all my questions. He'll even sing for you while you go on your test drive if you ask him to. He wants you to feel like that is the car you and your friends can jam out to. I will definitely be back because of him.

Great in and out Service! Customer Service is great!

The service guy was trying to upsell me a $490 service while I was getting an oil change on my jeep grand cherokee that was not in the service manual...and this is the reason why I won't ever be back to this dealer....it is unacceptable to try to rip off people this way.

When I first considered purchasing a new vehicle from Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Schaumburg, I was a little apprehensive. I read some of the negative reviews and was concerned about making the 80 minute drive from Machesney Park. However, my experience was excellent. I called Zeigler on Friday asking about a particular Dodge Grand Caravan that was listed on the website. I was put in contact with John G. who confirmed the availability. He was prompt in returning my calls and responding to my emails. They honored the TRUECar guaranteed savings without any gimmicks or hidden fees. The pricing was significantly less than what my local dealerships were quoting me and their warranty pricing was $700 less. Charlie in financing was very straightforward and answered all my questions. I never felt like I was being forced into purchasing anything I didn t want. John was able to get the paperwork ready for me and secure the vehicle. When my wife and I arrived the next morning John was available right away to begin finalizing the paperwork and had the vehicle ready. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and courteous. John took the time to show us the different features in the vehicle and was kind enough to answer additional questions when we returned 2 hours later to pick up our car to return home. My wife and I were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend considering them for your next vehicle purchase.

Out of state purchase and they provided exceptional service beyond my expectation. Peter and Steve were very pleasant to work with and made the whole process seamless!

My mother is retired bought her second new vehicle from these folks..40,000 miles on her Dodge journey cross country...awd light comes on they should if backed their product... But she said$100 deductible for them to fix it.... Wonder why folks buy foreign cars.

I had a fantastic car buying experience at Zeigler. I purchased new 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited and our salesman Nick Todorov was just awesome. He was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable about the cars he was showing me. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I couldn't be happier with the his service. If I decide to buy another vehicle in the future I'll definitely go back to Ziegler and ask for Nick!!! And also Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Schaumburg is the best dealership I have ever been to.

While the selection was large, the finance department left something to be desired as they did not spell out options and made it seem more there was only one way to do things, and the vehicles are packed 3 deep it makes test driving very difficult.

Very bad dealership....the sales guys are the worst ...if it was not the sales manager James King who took it up on himself to make things right i would have given zero stars and would have taken legal action ....the AC stopped working after 3 days and tried to reach back to them and the dealership won't even responds back to my calls and messages

Dealer was fair in price and the vehicle was spotless at delivery. I have never seen a new car so clean and prepped as this was for delivery.

I bought a Wrangler here and the dealer Nick was very passionate and devoting. I recommend other people to buy their cars from Nick too!

Tried to buy a lancer evolution that was listed on their site. I was buying from out of state. Applied for financing, was called back and told that they were making a deal with someone else who tried to get the car after me. Total bait and switch. Would not recommend doing business with a dealership like this. People seemed nice enough on the phone, but will pull the deal right out from under you and try to sell you something else. Avoid shady dealership practices.

They give great customer services. I went to a different place the day before going to this one and they told me no and that i couldnt get the car . Here they tried many times until it worked. One of their sales rep was very nice and helpful. If you happen to go here ask for Rene. Very nice and helpul! They have a great dealership and its nice and clean. Hope to go their again soon.

After searching for weeks for my next car purchase I stumbled across Ziegler Jeep in Schaumburg and was very impressed by their huge selections of cars. Erin Realmo helped me with my search and ultimately my purchase of my new jeep. He was very attentive and patient with me and my million questions. I appreciate him staying much later then when the dealership closed to work with me to get a deal I felt comfortable with and making the process painless. If you are looking for a new car I highly recommend Erin and Zieglers!

James King is the best sales person I've ever met in life. He was so friendly and very professional at the same time. He blew my kind with his level of customer service. He was all about me and I felt so special because of that. King James is the best. Lawrence, the finance Manager was helpful too.

I was not happy with my experience here. We went in to buy a 2014 Dodge Caravan, I was told the car was there via email and when we arrived, suddenly it was gone. Nobody greeted us at the door when we came in, I had to flag someone down to tell them I who I was looking for. Then the salesman I finally did work with sat us down while he worked with another customer, who left mad because the car they came to look at was suspiciously gone also. Then he proceeds to tell us, just buy the 2015 without asking our price range or buy the Town & Country, again like money was no concern, as he sat leaned back in his seat. I really wanted a car so we said fine we will take a look at the 2015, he then tells us, are you sure you are really interested because I will have to go get the van from the other lot. Ummmm.... are you kidding me!!
So needless to say we left and will not be returning since we purchased from another dealership that had much better customer service.
I am giving them 2 stars only because it was a really busy night and they appeared to be selling a lot of cars (each of which they would ring this crazy bell) and maybe the salesperson just had a bad day, but they lost a customer in us, that's for sure.

After confirming multiple times via email and on phone re: price and rebates on a new vehicle, I was told every time that the price quoted includes only rebates that are applicable to everyone so I will get that prices plus TTL (which is of course expected). So I drove an hour from the city to check the vehicle out in person. However the first thing the salesman told me is that he'll be honest with me and that the price quoted is not what I'll get.. I mean seriously!?!?! This was even before we started talking .. He said that it will be at least 5-6k more that what is advertised. And then the TTL would be on top of that. - to sum it up, it was a total waste of time.

I visited Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because of a friends recommendation and I am very glad I did. I worked with John G and he was very nice, answered all of my questions, and was down to earth! I left the first day without a car. John very politely followed up with me a couple times and was able to locate the car I wanted and meet my budget. I went back and the deal was made. Simple, no questions, no changes to the deal. I live over an hour away and will heading to Zeigler Schaumburg for my maintenance because of the great buying experience!

Went into Ziegler knowing my price and what I wanted. Erin Realmo was a straight shooter, honest and thorough. I would highly suggest working with Erin when you go in to buy your car here.

If I could give no stars I would. Don t bring your car here for service! They will rip you off. Nearly impossible to get through to service department to schedule an appointment. Had to wait nearly two weeks to get in. Took them half a day to look at it. Then they said entire exhaust system needed to be replaced to fix a cracked weld on a 300 with 41k miles on it for $1400! Carx welded it better than new for $120 in 45 min.

I was at Zeigler Schaumburg, Oday Omar was our Sales Rep. My girlfriend and I went looking for the right new car for her and I can definitely say he was AWESOME! And Very Patient. He helped us look for Options that worked for us. Gabriel the sales Manager was also very Helpful they made our experience smooth and delightful! We got to take Home the car she wanted and within a flexible payment option. We really appreciate All their Help and Patience. This was her first time buying a car for herself and they made it possible and great to work with. Definitely Recommend this place and everyone there seemed Great! They get 5 Stars in my Book!!!

I've been looking for quite a while for a new vehicle and I've always loved jeep brand, while there I had a gentleman by the name of Ervin Cottingham helping me. He was by far the nicest salesman I've ever come across, I didn't feel rushed, he listened to my wants and needs and I know where I'm going to go back to get my next vehicle, mostly because of his customer service.( also my love for jeeps) Keep up the awesome work sir!

I am always very hesitant when I am looking / purchasing a car due to all those stereotypes you hear about car salesman.

With much hesitation, I went into Zeigler to look; possibly purchase a Chrysler Pacifica.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome by Mike Willock. Mike had a ton of knowledge on not only the Pacifica; but just about every car they had on their lot as well as cars they didn't have.

I never felt rushed, or felt like Mike was trying to get the most money out of the deal as possible. He made sure that I was getting the car I wanted to fit MY own personal needs and wants, not just selling me a car that I didn't really need.

I ended up buying a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from Mike and am very satisfied with the car, customer service, and price.

Mike not only helped me out on my own purchase, he went out of his way on his own time to help my friend negotiate / trade in for 2017 BMW. He really went the extra mile for me for my purchase as well as my friend who bought a new BMW from a completely different dealership that had no affiliation with Mike nor Ziegler.

I will for sure be recommendating Mike to all my friends and family. Thank you Mike and your entire team at Zeigler for making my experience an amazing one.

We went to Zeigler Chrysler looking for a car for my son. Had the pleasure of working with Chris Weglarz. Chris was extremely polite, respectful and informative and took the time to listen to what we wanted in a car. We didn't feel pressured to make a decision and in the end, he earned our business. This is the worst dealership, and the most awful car buying experience I ve ever had. Most of the time, I could hardly hear because of the excessive noise and music in the building. The salesman refused to sell the car for the advertised price, and also tried to charge almost $3,000 for various fees. They also refuse to offer warranties on their vehicles. On top of that, their attempt at financing was pretty sad. Trying to give me an APR rate that someone with a very low credit score would get, and requiring 25% of the total cost as a down payment.They lost the sale, and I will absolutely never go to a Zeigler dealership ever again. Buyer beware.

The salesman named Francis literally read my mind and offered me a beautiful blacked out Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude . I fell in love with the car instantly ! I have to say that I m really pleased with their customer service, every single person at the dealership was professional yet super friendly .

My sister had a bad experience but gave them a chance. BIG MISTAKE. Very dishonest people who will say anything to get you in the door. Don't believe anything they say or any letter they send you. Overheard 2 salesman talking about how a guy came in too early so they were not ready to "work him". STAY AWAY!!
