They were really friendly. They had the part I looked at at for a reasonable price. They made it easy to get the part without a lot of confusion. I had gotten a gas cap and a switch for 4 wheel drive.

I came to Zeigler looking for a Jeep for my mother. Not being form the area I wasn't sure who to trust. After talking with my mothers neighbors I was highly recommended to stop by Zeigler. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted by Chris White. I am in my early thirties but look like I'm in my early twenty's so most sales men look past me. This really stood out to me. Chris treated me with great respect and realty made me believe that this is the dealership not only I would want my mother to buy from but have her vehicle serviced. Chris White is an amazing person and should be the bench mark to all employees at your dealership. Keep up the AMAZING work Mr. White!

What a difference between this place and the Skokie location! After a terrible experience with Sherman in Skokie, I almost decided on a different vehicle. Then I came across Zeigler and gave them a call. I spoke to You Lopez. I must say.... Couldn't be happier with the way he handled everything. From start to finish this guy and his team made this purchase awesome! He was even there to greet me at the door when I arrived. You would think I got lucky to have him. But then he gives us another guy to finalize our deal. Sebastian. Again, complete courtesy and professionalism all the way. This dealership separates itself from the rest. Especially that garbage one in Skokie. Way to go, guys. You've made a customer for life. Awesome!

Walked in looking to buy a used car yesterday. Nobody was there to greet us or acknowledge us for quite a while. When our sales person, John, saw us, he immediately greeted us and asked what we were looking for. After the initial greeting, John didn't really speak to us, unless we prompted him or had to ask him a question. When I did ask him several questions such as, "Why was this car traded in" he rudely interrupted my question and stated that it wasn't a trade in and was a rental, but in a way that implied I should have already known that.
Fast forward to the test drive, I found an empty water bottle, hair pins, and the interior did not look detailed or cleaned (this is important later). The rest of the drive was fine. He answered the rest of my questions, but more or less with short, blunt answers that rarely went past anything more than a "yes" or "no".
We walked back to his desk where we were to negotiate numbers. I will say he was fairly quick with coming up with numbers which saved time. When he started to explain the cost, there was a $1,675 charge for detailing, handling, and other services. I brought up the condition of the interior to him (water bottle, scuffs, etc.) and he immediately interrupts me (again) to say that one of there sales people was probably driving it. ...Yep, a car that I'm going to pay for and charged for detailing is still getting driven around outside of test drives. I don't mind if it's an employee driven car at the time, that's fine, but to charge close to $1,700 for a detailing fee?! Ridiculous.
We ended up walking because he couldn't hit the number we wanted, which is fine, I'm not knocking them for that. But it was the worst experience I've ever had looking to purchase a car based solely on the lack good customer service, getting cut off with nearly every question I asked, and not being up front and honest with the condition of the vehicle and then getting charged for a service that clearly wasn't being performed.
Absolutely steer clear of this dealership, especially John.
I worked with Manny to get an Alfa Romeo Giulia. I definitely recommend him. He's super easy to work with and not too overbearing like most sales people. He's also very patient. Definitely ask for Manny if you plan on getting an Alfa.

After much admiration and watching countless videos on YouTube I finally decided to trade in my Toyota C-HR for a wrangler. Found several wranglers on the website, my only complaint is that they had them considerably marked down online because they automatically applied the rebates even if you don t qualify for them, and decided to make an appointment. Arrived early but they still accommodated me and had Jordan come out and get started with my appointment. Started of test driving the 2020 wrangler unlimited sport in bright white and instantly fell in love with it, I personally love sitting high off of the ground while driving. Jordan had a good amount of knowledge and shared his shared love of the wrangler and was phenomenal to work with although he has only been selling cars since the beginning of the year. He was knowledgeable, patient, and fought for me to get the wrangler I wanted with a down payment that I wanted. He also fought for them to give me a little extra for my trade in. After much back and forth and number crunching we came to an agreement and on my way to finance I went. Derek in finance was knowledgeable and wasn t super pushy with his add ons , although I did take his advice and add on the longer warranty and the service package to better protect myself in the long run. He shared some of the modifications he has done over the years on several of his own personal wranglers and even went as far as to give me a recommendation on a site to use when buying certain parts/mods for cheaper. Everyone who has purchased/leased vehicles knows that it is not a short process and that it will take up most of your day. Luckily for me I made an early appointment and was finally done right around 1:30pm and was able to make it to work without being too tardy. All in all I would recommend this dealership based on my experience and would recommend you ask for Jordan for you car buying needs.

This dealership is hands down the worst dealership I ve ever been to. And this is the first 1 Star I ve ever given to anyone. The workers here have ego and pride and they talked to me in extremely rude ways. I asked them for a copy of my contract months ago, never got it. And when I go in to pick it up, the sales team says you can t boss me around to grab stuff for you when the sales MANAGER personally picked it up yesterday and told me to come grab it. The Jeep I have from them has had more issues in the last 1 year and 6 months than all my exotics. The experience here is absolutely horrible. Yes there are a couple of people who are good, but they are in the BACK fixing cars. Not the front where customers actually interact with the faces of the dealership. If I am you, don t waste your time coming here and buying a Jeep. There are other dealerships where people working there aren t egotistical and treat their customers with respect. I am not naming names of people who treated me disrespectfully, but if they knew who I was, they d think twice before talking to me the way they did. And if they can talk to me this way, I can t even imagine how they treat others. I have had over 1,200 employees/ team members in my companies, and I have never been this disrespected

I purchased a new 2018 jeep grand cherokee over the weekend with George Stratikis. He made it a priority that i got the deal that i wanted and was able to afford. He was extremely helpful with going over every single detail of the car and all the packages that come with it. There was never a moment when we didn't know what was going on, he was on top of every step. I've been to several other jeep dealerships in the chicagoland area and this one was by far the best. The entire staff in the showroom was very nice and welcoming. Also Carrie and Charlie in financing department were awesome to work with. Highly recommend coming in to zeigler for anyone looking for a new car. Great people!

For the best sales experience be sure you ask for Mike Willock. He is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares. Everyone always expects to have a stressful and unpleasant experience when buying a car...but you won't when working with Mike! He has been the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Even after your purchase Mike will be there for you. He was a huge help when I had to have my Mazda serviced on several occasions in a short time frame and it was a car he didn't even sell me! Charlie, the finance manager, had all my paperwork ready for me to sign which was appreciated because this process has taken hours in my previous experiences. Visited Saturday after inquiring on a used vehicle. While the atmosphere was great and I felt welcomed, I was very disappointed in their false advertised pricing. The vehicle was listed at $3950 (not including all of the typical fees). No where on the ad (and I found it in 3 different places) does it say you will be charged another $2495 for a Maintenance PKG and another $2300 for a Prep Fee and another fee. Although the Maint Fee is mandatory, they were quick to 'waive' it. For me, I don't need it (I have mechanics at home & Schaumburg is out of my way). For them, dealership negotiating leverage tool. The other fees couldn't be explained. Legitimately.
Prep Fee, I got: all used cars come in with some issues and rather than pick cost apart per vehicle, it's a 'fair' blanket charge. Fair enough, right? But...if that's true, then the issues we found with the vehicle should be covered, right? Nope!
The other fee, it had no valid explanation. I can't even remember what they called it. Both I feel are leveraging tools.
I worked at a dealership, I took my mechanics with me. I asked all of the right questions. I loved my salesman. I knew there would be a catch somewhere and was ready. But to pay more than twice the advertised price is really POOR customer service.
I walked out. I won't return and I'd never recommend to anyone. I'll stick to the trustworthy dealerships I know or even a private owner.

If you have the opportunity to go through another dealership, go! This place was a nightmare to say the least. I stopped here because I was going to be in the area, did my research prior and had my financing already locked in. Assumed I would walk in, tell them what I wanted, present them with the financing and be on my way. I arrived at 3:00 pm and left at 10:40pm. Approached by Skyllar who seemed easy to work with. I told him what I wanted and that I had my own financing. Test drove a Jeep and just had to decide on a color. Picked that and assumed we would be home for dinner. Turns out I was given the wrong information on the car and they didn t have the one I wanted. 4 hours later I leave with a car that I am not 100% happy with AND the last customer to leave. Doesn t end there...haunted 4 weeks later when I found out there were 2 hard credit inquiries on my credit report for a loan when I clearly stated and shared I had already secured financing. The best is when they offered to clean the car at 10:30 pm...I left with a dirty car and crying. I was treated horribly and never even received a call to follow up on my experience. I wanted to share my experience, especially with women, to avoid going through the horrible experience I did

They are friendly and very knowledgeable of thier inventory.. But are relentless at calling about 37 times a week pushing sales. I dont like pushy. I want to have time to compare consider and not feel pressured into a certain vehicle. I do my researh and let them know i will call for test drives after im confident of what i want and. At least 3 vehicles that match exactly what im wanting. Then time to consider the pros and cons of all three. When im confident which i want. I'll then go and purchase my choice. My time.

I went to Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Schaumburg, IL and they tried telling me my Front Differential was low/dirty when I had the inner axle seals replaced two days prior. I made them show me and it was neither low nor dirty. I spoke to Mario and Armando about how unhappy I was about being lied to but to no avail!
Previously I had a very Positive experience! Took my Jeep to service an oil leak. Jeff S., my mechanic is awesome. Don't let anyone else work on your Jeep. After the service the Jeep was cleaned but I waited for nearly 18 minutes for someone to bring it to me. My service advisor said the Jeep was ready earlier but I was never called or notified.
Very friendly and nice staff. Great pricing. Outstanding customer service. My kids loved it when they got to ring the bell and listen to their favorite song in the background. Plus they have a play room for the kids which is amazing. Thank you so much

Francis Loma assisted us in purchasing a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Ziegler Chrysler in Schaumburg. He was understanding of our needs in a vehicle and met them. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, courteous and professional. After the paperwork was done he patiently walked us through all the features and functions of the vehicle and even synced my phone for me. Being retired, we were very impressed with this young man s professionalism and true desire to provide customer service not just run down the check list of what he was to do to close a sale. Childish prick work there name is Phillip. Guy is not honest told me we were approved for loan with such and such bank, which turns out it was a lie because I checked with them my self, but that was fine for me, guy wants to earn my business so I checked their inventory and didn't find car that I was looking for so I've contacted a dealership that had that car. When Phillip called me the next day I told him I checked with those banks and no app was submitted and I'm going with another dealership he told me "Good Luck, keep looking for loan" in very sour sarcastic tune. This child was my first contact so I can't review rest of the dealership and good people who work there. I'm sure you might find few professionals.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Tony Braglia for his above and beyond approach to customer service and satisfaction. In today's world, it's not often you come across empowered decision makers. Tony is just that. As an out-of-town customer (2.5 hours out-of-town) his approach was exactly what we needed.
We had a service need shortly after purchasing our vehicle from Zeigler. We were a little concerned about how it might be handled as we had to take time off of work to travel to the dealership, and we really weren't sure how long the vehicle would be tied up and if we'd need to make a return trip to pick up our vehicle after service.
Unfortunately, we were required to leave our vehicle. When Tony was confronted with our reality that taking time from work to return and pick up the vehicle was going to be a challenge, without hesitation he offered to have our car delivered to us. He also promised to share pictures of the progress of the repair to comfort us and gain our confidence in what Zeigler suggested needed to be done.
Yesterday our car was delivered and looked beautiful.
We are so pleased that Tony was empowered to offer solutions. Tony did everything he said he would do. His communications and follow-up were fantastic. I never once had to follow-up......I only had to return calls or email that he initiated.
