I am 52 years old and have bought more than a couple of cars in my life.. The car buying experience I had at Zeigler far exceeded not only my expectations but any other car buying experience I have ever had new or used.. I really felt like they had my best interest in mind as opposed to just making money.. if you're in the market for a new car this would be the place to go I guarantee it..

The service I received yesterday during my first lease agreement was beyond impeccable. Theo was very patient with my questions, and really helped me understand the leasing process. I also was not pressured into something I could not afford. I ve been a Ford girl most of my life and will never look back not only because of the cars but because of the great customer service I received.

Purchased a car from Matt Cacheux at Zieglers and was wowed by the great service and low pressure sales pitch from Matt. I never once felt pressured into buying something I was not comfortable with. Matt worked with our budget and credit and found us a great car! I would recommend Ziegler's and Matt Cacheux if you are looking to purchase a car and do want a sales runaround, Matt will work with you quickly to find you that perfect car and get you driving it in record time!

Wish there was something called zero star! The internet sales team keeps calling you until you go to the dealership but after that they don't care. I have had very disappointing experience with 'Nino' - the sales professional, who wasn't professional at all! I'm not sure what his agenda was, but for sure it wasn't selling a car to the customer.

I took my teenage daughter to Ziegler to purchase her first car. When we returned the next day to pick up the vehicle, there was a new noise beneath the car that hadn t been present the day before during the test drive. Ziegler refused to even listen to it, let alone try to make it right. I took the vehicle to my personal mechanic, who has been servicing my family s vehicles for 20 years. His assessment revealed not only a prior accident, but over $3000 of required repair work to make the vehicle safe to drive. Not exactly what I would call a quality pre-owned vehicle as Ziegler advertises.

Avoid this dealership.

Our experience with Mike Willock was exceptional. He did everything he could to not only meet our expectations, but exceed them. Although we were not planning to purchase a car right away, he always treated us as though we were. The entire process went very smoothly and quickly, thanks to Mike.

I had the BEST experience @ Zieler Jeep! I'm not much for reviews... I worked with Michelle Lynn (Carey) and wouldn't have trusted anyone else. She took her time and explained everything in detail. She didn't rush the process and didn't make me feel like I was forced or intimated into buying something I didn't want. I don't like shopping for cars... shooooot I HATE SHOPPING PERIOD! But because she allowed me to feel comfortable with my decision, I left in a 2015 Cherokee and I couldn't be happier with my decision or the experience. EVERYONE GO TO ZIEGLER SCHAUMGBURG & make sure you ask for Michelle!!! She won't disappoint. =D

I was looking for a car for my daughter, and spoke with a salesman named John G. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me a couple of options, and I picked one. He never pressured me at all. Great experience would buy all my cars from him.

A friend of mine who works for another Zeigler dealer showed me a truck that this dealer had and came with me to help make sure it was what I was looking for. Our salesmen Chris P seemed to assume he had a sale from me because he was avoiding some questions we had about price while negotiating and by the time we got to finance we realized that he tried adding additional warranties to a new vehicle which still had the factory warranty. The only good part came from the finance manger we worked with who was helpful in explaining everything and confirming that additional warranty was added to the vehicle. When it was finally time to leave I got into my new truck and the inside of the vehicle had liquid spilled in the cup holders and in the console that were never cleaned.

Unfortunately I have to go back to get ceramic coating installed and the underbody of the truck sprayed but after that I will never be returning to this Zeigler dealer.

Update: 2.4.2020

After calling customer service as requested to do so in their response it took two weeks to get a call back. I spoke with Lindsay and was told I would get a call back later that night or the following day. It has now been two weeks since that call and I have left multiple voicemails with no follow up. Once they get you to sign the papers then you are no longer a priority to them.

I also realized today when I went to go and get my first oil change that they sold me the wrong care package. My truck requires 7 qts of oil and they sold me a package that reimburses a 5 qt oil change which meant I had to pay the balance.

I would not recommend coming to this dealership especially if you are someone who brings your car in for service. In a business that relies on repeat customers and word of mouth referrals you would think they would take better care of their customers.

Express lane oil change is 1 hour 45 minute wait. Second time this has happened.

Quick with routine visits like oil changes and tire rotations, but getting my transmission looked at has been much more difficult. They always just want to install updates to the computer instead of getting an engineer or technician to physically look at the transmission. I'll be taking my 2014 Cherokee in for the 4th time in a couple weeks to try again.

I had a great car buying experience here. Chris White was awesome to work with, he was knowledgeable, patient and respectful. He worked really hard to get me a good deal and spent a lot of time running numbers for me so I could land on the option that worked best for me. I never once got the 'pushy car sales guy' vibe from him. Both Chris and the finance guy I worked with were personable and made the whole car buying process painless. If you're thinking about buying a car here, request Chris!!

Zeigler Dodge service representatives are always courteous, explain any recommended service and possible discounts and vehicle is ready when promised. With there many service incentives (oil change packages, tuneup specials), I see no reason to take my vehicles elsewhere.

Just purchased a new Jeep Patriot from Ziegler and the process was painless. We were able to finance it according to my budget which was essential to the purchase. I bought a brand new jeep cherokee and it was the biggest mistake of my life. After one year I found out that routers need to be replaced and it s not even cover by the insurance, the lady from service department told me it s because the car is too much outside Now my axle shaft is breaking with just 25000 miles on it. Car is over priced and it s falling apart and I still have to do payments. I m sooo disappointed. Like I said BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!

Damien did a great job working with me. I highly recommend Ziegler CDJR. My favorite Americanish car. Seriously Chevy and Ford recalls all day long. They don t have a minivan. And we know Chrysler pentistar engine is hard to beat.

Approximately 3 years ago received recall notice on faulty air bag. Concerned I called Zeigler Dodge right away and was told they don't have parts and won't for awhile. Checking in from time to time was always told the same thing. Finally 3years later started to get notices from Zeigler how important and emergent it was to have air bag replaced. "Possibly pressure from government". Finally was able to make appointment for 1/20/18. Took vehicle in and explained what I was there for also asked to have tires rotated. I purchased tires from Zeigler 2 years ago and was told tire rotation was free on lifetime of tires. I have had them rotated a few times at Zeigler and was always asked to pay $24.99. This time made "service consultant' aware that I had purchased them through Zeigler. I was told again it would be $24.99. I had explained again I had purchased through Zeigler and rotation was free. "Service consultant" said oh. About 30 minutes later I get phone call from said "service consultant" saying I needed front brake pads replaced. Not sure if I heard correctly he said $495 for pads. Lol, I said I would get them fixed. Picked up vehicle in afternoon and again was asked to pay $24.99 for tire rotation from cashier. LOL, had to explain again tire rotation was free please just look at damn computer. After I guess aggravating someone, said "service consultant" I had to wait 20 min to have Bill revised . Couldn't wait so I said I had to go, said " service consultant" just gave me keys. Did not get revised receipt. You'd think giving receipt for government recall would be important. This is the best part of my experience. I get my vehicle home and see they didn't even rotate tires! And tried to charge me for it. Wonder how many times I have taken vehicle in to have rotation and not having it completed. If I could remove the 1 star I would. It is a shame to feel like someone is just trying to make a buck off of you! In the market for a new vehicle won't be stopping at Zeigler!

Good sales people , bought my car 9,30,15 .was wondering though I only have 2500 miles do I wait for 5000 miles for oil change? OR GO ON TIME .Still happy with my car 16000 miles on it . No major issues.

He was so sweet and even lined up the cars in order to help me decide. Please go and see my guy if you are in the market for a new car. I promise, you will not be disappointed!!!

We did drive away in a different vehicle but the experience was one that we learned a lesson. We'll stick to the small town dealerships. The music in this place was like that of a loud night club. The sales rep didn't have their own space, you just sit where there's a seat available. Online price for the vehicle we were interested in was false advertising. We drove away with a different vehicle and even the true price of that vehicle wasn't shared. If you want to be lied to, you'll enjoy this dealership.

You have to be really clever to deal with them. And the prices offered online are just a bait, its impossible for a regular person to qualify for their online price, and then add many other fees and services like warranties, handling, protection against rust (offered the very minute before setting the deal) and more BS besides the Illinois tax. You ll end up paying much more than you expect, specially if that s the first time you re buying a car. I won t give one star because I believe I got a good car, and they treated me well.
It feels to me that most of the five star reviews here are fake.

I gotta say, the service I received at Zeigler's matches no other. I have been driving around the burbs looking for my car, but the dealerships either didn't have what I was looking for or provided really bad service.. At Zeigler's we have made an appointment with Nick and he was more than welcoming. He showed us couple cars, presented my options with all of them and was very patient in helping to get me the best deal considering my situation. if you need a nice new/used car, go to Zeigler's and ask for Nick. He's your guy.

Called for an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and the wipers blades changed on my fiances jeep. A lady told me we would not need an appointment for and oil change and tire rotation or even the wiper blades. I brought the jeep in at 10:30AM nobody came out to me when I pulled in for 5 minutes and walked in the door. There was a lady and a man on the phone and looked busy so I walked to the next man Tom Francissen and asked can you help me he asked me if I had an appointment and I told him they said I don't need an appointment for an oil change and he told me to go out to the blue desk and someone will help me. I walked outside the door to a blue desk and nobody was out there I stood for another 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I walked back in to Tom Francissen and told him nobody is out there can you help me he said he cant help me with my oil change that there should be someone at the blue desk and he violently picked up the phone screaming over the intercom for Armano to come to the express desk immediately and told me hill be right out there and to go stand at the blue desk. Armano then asked how he can help me and was very polite. Tom Francissen is a disgrace to Armano and the Zigler Jeep business. Armano was a great help and I feel bad writing this but it's no knock on Armano. Whoever is responsible for Tom Francissen should be ashamed of his or herself.

I had called on a used car and was not only followed up with quickly and professionally but also didn't get that typical run around that I kept getting from other dealerships. My sales associate Rene quinones had called me right away and helped me every step of the way. Kudos to Rene and to the whole team at Ziegler! Can not wait till my first service to go back and say hi!

People make mistakes. We all do. It is how we handle them when we do that makes the difference. I bought a part. Gave them the VIN. Was given the wrong one. Another mistake was made giving me the credit. But John, the parts manager was great. He listened while I vented. Understood my frustration. Good guy.

Erin has been great and helpful throughout my first independent car buying process. For the past few months he s kept me in mind with updates on potential vehicles. We finally came across one that caught my attention. He was courteous and patient. I did not feel pressured or rushed and he made me feel comfortable with my decision...

The problem I had was with the Cashier named Jessica and the finance manager approaching the situation...

When it came down to paying my downpayment in cash at the cashier i counted my money 2x in front of her. She took it and gave me my receipt for the exact amount.... I went back to Erin s desk to wait for paperwork when I was called back to the cashier and she told me I m short $50... (i paid in $50 bills).... i said that can t be i counted everything i have my receipt and i gave exact change. She was rude and told me well i don t have it why would i take it ..... the finance manager was called up, i emptied my purse and asked him if he has cameras because i wouldn t miss $50 towards my car.... he then said don t worry we ll take care of it ... under the assumption Ziegler was going to help with the inconvenience, i thought that was nice and appropriate....

Later in the evening when i was reading through my paperwork, i see that $50 was deducted from my down payment and my
monthly was actually raised a few cents.... so much for taking care of it?... I would ve brought in the cash the next day if i would ve known that.

Anyway, two days later, Erin my sales consultant calls me and apologizes. The cashier found the $50 somewhere around the desk....

At the end of the day, $50 isn t much to the dealer it but it is to me. However the fact that It was slipped into my monthly payment was sketchy and that the cashier kept blaming me was unprofessional. Erin made the process very clear and translucent. But when it came to the cashier and paperwork there was a bad representation of that.... I have never been accused of stealing until I closed with this cashier. And then i felt like finance stole from me hiding the difference.... Not okay.

This was my first time buying a new car and overall it was a great experience! Chuck Christos was a very helpful salesman and he made the entire experience very enjoyable from start to finish. He understood my needs and ended picking a great car for me! Chuck was never pushy and he was very understanding of all my questions and concerns when it came to finalizing the deal.

I purchase a lot of vehicles for many dealers of my life and the guys at Sigler are by far the best. Honest fair prices and excellent customer. Uncle lou is the best. Normally I hate buying cars from dealer. These guys made the process very easy and painless.

I usually hate car shopping, but Jamal made my experience quick and easy! I m more than happy with the way I was treated at Ziegler Schaumburg. Ask for Jamal.

My wife and I stopped in late Saturday evening after a not so pleasant experience at another dealership. We were immediately surprised at how responsive the team was to our presence and we were soon introduced to Frank V who was extremely attentive to our wants. I purchased several vehicles in the last several years and have had good and bad experiences but nothing like the level of service we received from Frank V and the finance team. If your looking for someone who is looking out for you thru this expensive process than Frank is your man and this dealership is the place!!

BUYER BEWARE. After buying my pathfinder at this dealership I saw it advertised for less on there own website. I felt like I was robbed. Sent a screen shot of advertised price to Lindsey Lastko who sounded concerned.but after proof via screenshot that she asked for,my phone calls are being ignored. Good luck after they get your money
