Given that my past experiences at other dealerships in the area were awful. I found my recent dealings with George S. at Zeigler being particularly pleasant. Its bad enough that we're going through Covid-19 but to have to buy a car during all of this is even worse. Most dealers are on a online paperwork and home delivery service system but not in this case. Far from it. Problems from the get go to the end. A shopping experience that will be hard to forget.
I worked with Doug and Tyler, and I must say my experience was top notch...possibly the best car buying experience I've ever had. Doug worked with me on the the vehicle I wanted, he made me feel like a friend more than a customer and we just met the day I walked into the dealership. Wasted money on service to only find out they want more money to find out what is really wrong with the Jeep , Not to fix the Jeep just to continue to evaluate it . another 300-400 before they could tell me what's wrong . Also you walk anywhere up front and multiple sales staff start in with pushy tactics even after saying we had come to the service dept for just that SERVICE . Sadly we didn't even get that after wasting 135.00 diagnostic fee
Frank V. was very kind and helpful. He followed up with phone calls regularly and made sure that I left a satisfied customer. I am a repeat customer at this dealership and I will continue to buy Dodge cars from here. The service department is very friendly and I would recommend this facility to anyone.
We contacted Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Schaumburg and inquired about a Jeep that was advertised on their website. We asked for the out the door price and received one by email. We advised the dealership that we would be traveling from another state and made appointment. Once we arrived at the dealership, we test drove the vehicle and it was great. We got to the deal and the paperwork and that s where it fell apart. We were quoted an out the door price by email and then given another out the door price of $2200.00 more than originally quoted. I will NEVER deal with the Zeigler Motor Group again.

As dishonest and fake as most of these reviews. From sales to service these people are the WORST. They lie about what services you need and they lie about what services they ve completed. I brought my van here for service they told me I needed all new brakes. I brought it to my mechanic and he said no way, not even close. They said they rotated my tires, I had a slow leak in one and it was in the same spot after the rotation . Clowns. Top to bottom. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. I ll never buy another car here or bring it here for service.

We stopped in to Ziegler in Grandville one evening to check out a used Altima and a few days later we drove home a new Jeep Trailhawk! Connor was our salesman & he was awesome! He really cared about finding ya the right vehicle. The sales manager, Jeff, was more than kind in helping us keep to our budget. The time we spent at the dealership was like visiting family, everyone was so nice & helpful! We look forward to a long relationship with the Ziegler automotive group & will recommend them to everyone!
First off we went there to look at a specific jeep they had on their website. After inquiring about it online I received phone call after phone call asking me when I could come down to see the car I wanted. When I said Saturday and confirmed again that morning and asked them to reserve it they assured me it would be there. When I get there after driving an hour and a half, they told me the car was sold, and I had to put "money down" to keep it there. I would of happily done this if I had been told. When you walk in you feel like your in a night club. Music is playing so loud I could barely think. Then I got chased to my car and begged to look for something else that I didn't want. This place will never get my future business.
I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership! I received a pre-approval for a car, which i usually ignore, but something told me to go in and give it a shot. So I went in on a Saturday after work and was greeted by Kerry Washburn. I told him right off the bat that I was looking for a red, four door Fiat with a sunroof. Let me tell you, even though he was working with another customer, he took the time to look for exactly what I wanted since they didn't have it on the lot. He finally found one, in Missouri, and immediately secured it for me. It took a few days for it to come in but finally, on Saturday, July 11, 2015, I went in to pick it up. The whole process went super smooth. The finance guy, Joe Grillo, had all my paperwork ready to go. While the Fiat guys were cleaning up the car, I signed the paperwork and left a happy girl. I have had the car now for almost two months and am still madly in love with it. Even went on a road trip out west and it drove like a dream! Thank you to Kerry and Joe for such a wonderful, painless experience!
Says on there website that they help with bad credit no credit bankruptcies and even repossession with no money down so I came in to the dealership and tried and they said I need $1500 down in order to get into a car so their website lies. Also says on Facebook that everyone is approved
I have bad experiences with another Zeigler dealership and was EXTREMELY hesitant on going back to another one, but I did and I have to say i am glad I did. I had an issue with my Ram 1500 and brought to Zeigler CJDR. My concerns and complaints were heard and I was reassured they would get to the bottom of it. My 1st visit saw a new valve body installed only for the problem to manifest in a new way. Upon 2nd visit a tech by the name of Jeff took a ride along with me and was able to observe the problem, but since there where no service lights on he told me to drive it a little longer and let the new valve body adjust to my driving style and if in another week or so the problem didnt go away come back. Well fast forward 1 week later and problem was still there. I returned and now a recall and a module flash has been preformed. I have been told again to wait and let the transmission learn my driving style. I was told if it doesnt then let them know and we will go in the next logical step. Hopefully we got it fixed now.
I don't recommended this place at all for taking your car for any Recalls or work done . My brother took in his car to get it fixed and he got it back not functioning correctly , the car wouldn't shift out of park . When you take a car for a recall you expect to have it at least fixed or better functioning, for the owner being my brother's the driver's safety . You don't take it for a recall and have it returned to you not working . Its sad that this dealership couldn't do more to fix a simple recall on the car . This dealership placed my brother in a tough position because the day he took the car in the weather was bad , it was snowing all day , we live far away as it is from Shamburg . We choose this dealership in particular because of its good reviews and that is not at all what he experienced . How can you take a car running and get it back not running , they were suppose to fix it not break it . My brother went back to speak to the manager named John, directly and my brother just got yelled at , and not a word from the mechanic named Mitch when he was called in to the cubicle for his word on the issue . There shouldn't have been any yelling involved , be careful if you take your car here for a recall and don't get it back functioning correctly because if you say something you'll just get yelled at .Now my brother is left without a functioning car and having to carpool to work while trying to look for a certified mechanic that can fix this problem the dealership caused and wasn't willing to fix . After they stopped yelling they were willing to fix it but they were going to charge my brother for that , when they were the ones that put the car in a non functional state in the first place . How can you bring a car in running and then not be able to take it out of the dealership because it wont shift out of park ?? Be ware .

Had issues with vehicle after buying. Made attempts to contact sales agent or manager. Left messages ect. Never got a reply. Prepaid for accessories to be added on to my new vehicle. Made an appointment over a week after purchasing for installation. Was told 30 minutes to install. Waited an hour for them to tell me they don't even have the parts. Was missing items that were on vehicle then removed after purchase. I tried to express all my concerns to anyone there but was basically told sorry with no resolution. Honestly couldn't believe the negligence of some of the staff. Every issue I had they kept telling me I had to talk to someone else about it. Buyer beware.
Not respectful of customer s time. Think twice before considering giving them your business. Submitted a Get Your e-Price on a used vehicle after hours received a call (spoke to Samantha) and email next morning 8 AM to inform me the car is available. Scheduled a test drive for that afternoon after speaking with Samantha again just hours before leaving to inquire about options, availability, and financing. Filled out finance application, emailed Samantha to inform her on my way, she replied minutes after. Fight Friday afternoon traffic only to find out the vehicle was sold the day before. Complete bait-and-switch with no apology from Samantha or her team. Advise you to consider all other options before reinforcing this dealers disregard for potential customers.
I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Gabriel Jimenez at Zeigler and could not be happier. The whole experience was enjoyable and stress free. Gabe listened and answered all my questions, comments, and concerns. I recently stopped in for an oil change and while waiting I dropped in to see Gabe to ask about a Jeep Wrangler. He could not have been more welcoming. He goes above and beyond to help you. Overall, this experience was great and I highly recommend working with Gabriel Jimenez at Zeigler.

I hadn't bought a car in over 20 years. Lou and Avi made my car buying experience comfortable and answered all my questions before signing the paperwork. I didnt feel like I was pressured into the sale and I got a great deal on a 2016 model pick up with low mileage.
I got a used car from here just recently and throughout the process I was told there was a Ziegler protection plan package that goes on all used cars and that it s not something you can take off of the price of the car. This $2,500 line item only covers dings, dents, and a few other things for 1 year with the dealership and also provides leather mats for the car. I realized this $2,500 (weak) protection plan was not included as a line item on the bill of sale so I called back the guy who sold me the car, Sebastian P, to ask why it wasn t and asked him to explain what exactly I was getting with this. The issue is that he quickly got defensive and weird about it all as soon as I asked him about it saying I can t go back on the offer. I simply wanted to know why it wasn t included as a line item but he couldn t give me a clear answer...not sure what they re trying to hide but this definitely makes me question the legitimacy of this protection plan I have. Point being...make sure to ask details about that if you re buying a used car from this dealership.
What can I say here? If you're going to Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Schaumburg to purchase a vehicle Mike Willock is the salesperson you need to see. He is very knowledgeable, doesn't play games, and takes the stress out of the car buying experience not to mention making it fun at the same time. A lot of sales people once the purchase is over so is their concern for you. Not the same can be said about Mike. He should definitely be your go to guy unless you're looking for a less than "Completely Satisfied" experience!
Our expectations were exceeded by Eric Foret of Ziegler Jeep. Eric and the team at Ziegler located a jeep in Iowa after finding very few in Illinois. On Saturday they secured a trade and we picked it up Monday night. We couldn't believe they found exactly what we wanted, gave us a great trade allowance and a good price to close the deal. Eric had just returned from a medical issue, but was very knowledgeable and easy to work with to get us a great price and the Jeep my son wanted. Thanks Eric and the team at Ziegler

I used to love this dealership and have such good service from them. However, they literally stole my money. I took my car in for service in FEBRUARY. They were supposed get me a new rim because mine was all scratched up, which they did, but it was the wrong rim. AND I PAID FOR IT. So the manager took the rim and told me he d take care of it. Well it s September and I still haven t gotten a new rim or my money back. Haven t heard anything from the manager Mario either. Very very disappointed. They literally robbed me.
My buying experience at this dealership was fantastic. I have been searching for some time now for a car that had everything that I wanted. Thought they were good dealer. They would call me everyday and I finally decided to buy my jeep. I was there from 2pm until 7pm. I had told them I had a concert to be at 7pm to get me out before. At around 645 they told me I was good to go. Then they had lost my insurance that my insurance company faxed they couldn't find it. The guy Nino wasn't even helping the sales manager find it. Said was not his problem. Finally was out when they gave me a proof of insurance from them. I get home notice my floor mats are missing when they had them in truck when showing. I called several times for 3 days now and no call back from Nino or anyone. Once you they get u to buy they don't care for you or your concerns anymore. Bad experience, would not purchase from here again.
Brougth my 2011 Jeep in for service( check engine light). The problem was corrected promptly and as a bonus, I got a free car wash. I was surprised that there was no charge since I was past 36 months and over 36000 miles. The waiting room was quite comfortable with free coffee and doughnuts. Overall, a pleasant experience.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience when purchasing our new SUV at Zeigler. Our sale representative Theo was polite, courteous and took all the time needed to ensure my wife would leave the dealership with the perfect SUV she had always wanted. Theo made every effort to determine exactly what we wanted and needed in the vehicle we would purchase, and he made sure to always offer us different options and never forced a model or trim level on us. Theo answered all our questions and was willing to explain every detail of all the available models. Theo never rushed us and his attentiveness to our needs is what finally made the sale. Every member of the staff we encountered was courteous and professional. The dealership had been closed for a couple of hours when we finally made our purchase but it was never apparent to us since the staff was so polite and friendly. It is very obvious Zeigler is not out to just sell vehicles but instead fit each customer with what they want and always offer their customers different options and help through out the entire process regardless of what it takes. I worked with Steve yesterday, in the service department, and I can't tell you how great of an experience Zeigler always seems to make the most pesky of errands. I brought my car in on a whim after experiencing some issues with my tires. Steve came up to me right away, asked me about my problem, and gave me a realistic time frame of when they could look at the car and get the job done. They provided me with a shuttle service to and from work, and when they told me the price, they were able to go above and beyond to help me meet my financial needs! Mario - the service manager is also an amazing and friendly guy. You can tell that he cares and wants to make sure I get the best service out there. Our local dealership is known to play games, which I have neither the time or patience for, so I looked online and Zeigler had a vehicle that my wife and I were interested in. I contacted them via email and worked with Gabriel. Communication, negotiations, and even a ballpark trade-in value (based on photos and videos I provided) were handled smooth and easy via email. My wife and I were planning to make the 2 1/2 hour trip to purchase the vehicle when a medical issue with a family member sidelined the plans. While we have put this purchase on hold, we certainly will be checking out Zeigler when we are ready. Thank you Gabriel for the exceptional service.
My family, between the five us, have owned a total of about 25 Jeeps over the course of our lives. A Jeep dealership on Irving Park Road used extremely deceptive and bullish tactics on me when I bought my Jeep from them about 6 years ago- had to do with the credit situation I was in due to a divorce. They knew they had me between a rock and a hard place and they exploited my glaring weakness from the sales associate to the finance manager. So, doing what families do (blood is thicker than water), we all got out of Jeeps and into Ford's, GMC's, and Chevy's. This persisted for several years and we swore we would never get back into Mopar vehicles again. But then we met the folks at Zeigler. And from my Dad to my Mother to my brother (with the exception of my sister and her husband who should be following suit), we have all gotten back into Mopar vehicles courtesy of Zeigler Jeep Schaumburg. I worked with Erin Realmo, Gabriel Jimenez, Mike Borawski, and Mike Spooner. All very nice individuals, easy to work with, and projecting the integrity and honesty we expected and once lost when dealing with Jeep (thanks to one single dealership selling their product). So, to Jeep I say take notice, you have a very good crew at this dealership and their culture emulates something to be desired that other dealerships should try to model. I have never been more enthused to say, 'here, take my money when buying a vehicle.' Let alone the fact I purchased two Jeeps on the same day. But, that probably has more to do with my Sales Assosciate, Erin Realmo, whose mission statement is, 'I promise to the find best vehicle that will fit your needs within your budget and serve you and your friends and family for years to come.' I can say, without a doubt, dude lived up to his mission statement and beyond. So, to everyone at Zeigler, and Tom in service, I sincerely thank you for making this the most enjoyable car buying experience of my life. Cheers all and I will be seeing you for my next new Jeep in a year or two.
DON T GIVE THEM YOUR TIME !! WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU THERE! EVEN A RECALL! ve given this dealership several chances to make up for the horrible experiences I have had with their service department. They asked I come in for an air bag recall, said they would have a rental for me ready even though it s a couple hour job (I needed to get back to work)... I called 4 times to reschedule due my crazy work schedule and each time I confirmed that not only would I have a rental but I would not be charged for it. Thank G-D I called again to confirm the rental would be ready because... I got a service coordinator, Dawn on the phone (1.5 hrs before my appointment) and they did NOT have a vehicle held for me! Then she questioned me on who I spoke to because I would be charged $35/day. Then OOPs.. I m sorry it does say here you can get a one day rental at no cost. I ll get one ready for you , says Dawn. I didn t see that here...but because you are asking us look at why your wheel is shaking while it s here, you COULD be charged for the diagnosis...we won t know that until AFTER we check what s wrong with your car , stated by this service coordinator. I explained how I literally asked that very question before I made the recall appointment because of all the bad experiences I have had with them charging me for things covered by my extended warranty I have through Ziegler. I understand I have a $100 deductible it that may not be much for some people but NOT one person in their service department told me this when I had asked several times. My car is a 2013 that I purchased with this dealership and when I needed a bracket for my exhaust and okayed the fix, I got a $3,000 bill! Said they needed to replace the whole exhaust AND part of those charges were towards them scraping the exhaust Yeah right! It s a 2013 and at this time it was 2016! Not to mention that they told me the payment can be made through applying for a loan with them. Come to discover after making the agreement over the phone that this was a Chrysler Credit Card with an APR of 28-29%!!! CROOKS!
They took a brand new exhaust system from my 2013 Chrysler 300 and charged me for it? No idea why I didn t add a review then. But after today and the incompetence their service department has when they all give you different answers and don t want to better your experience with them...I am never coming back to this location! They are scam artists at their finest! YOU WILL BE GIVEN FALSE INFORMATION and INCONSISTENT INFORMATION JUST FOR A SMALL RECALL or FIX!!! Mind you...I am the 3rd person from my family to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and I was looking to purchase a new SUV for the winter once my car is paid off in the next year. We ALL had issues with their customer service and service department and now I understand why they went somewhere else to purchase the next 3 Dodge trucks from a separate dealership. Thank you, Dawn for asking me who I spoke to in your service department. Because it made your name stick out when you introduced yourself with an attitude and no apology for the inconvenience your dealership has and for you trying to make it sound like I didn t know what I was talking about during the same time you made an incorrect statement regarding my no cost rental...while the 3 service ppl before you actually were right and you wanted to get them in trouble?!? Wow!
Sierra was rude and unprofessional. I asked for a quote on lease specials and he would not give me that. After the run around and explaining my frustrations about my experience and letting him know I am no longer interested. He actually felt it was professional to "thank" me instead of making the issue resolved. Called the manager and he had no idea why he answered my request in the first place.
Buyers beware. I suggest that any potential customer should stay away from a place of business that is not willing to spend to time to educate the client on lease specials or find their client the right car to get into their right month payment. Super sad.

Stopped in Zeigler by accident, last minute decision, as I was on my way home from work when I noticed it was a jeep dealer. I was thinking of purchasing a jeep ragtop for some time. I met Mark Newman, he was very friendly and truly listened to what I was looking for and provided excellent service. I did buy a vehicle that day at Zeigler and I am so overjoyed with my new car! Mark definitely steered me in the right direction. His good character and honesty is what impressed me. Zeigler did a great job helping me get the car I wanted. I worked with Kevin B. as my sales rep and he was extremely knowledgable on the vehicle i was interested in. He worked diligently to get me the price that fit my budget while meeting all of my demands for the vehicle. After we signed the papers, he even stayed past their closing hours to go over every detail and nuance of the vehicle, including buttons, functions, basic maintenance, features etc. to make sure I knew how to best take advantage of the vehicle and its features - when he easily could've just handed me the keys and sent me out the door instead. Also, throughout the process he had an answer for every question i had for him. - a lot of salesman should take notes from him.
I left the dealership with no regrets and no worries, I never felt rushed and I felt like I was in good hands for the entire purchasing process. Would highly recommend this dealership and Kevin B. as a sales rep!
