I would like to acknowledge Francisco, Debbie, and Kim from the restaurant! Each one of them understand how to deliver excellent customer service! Thank you for making our morning great, everyday we were there for our Tony Robbins event!

I want to start off by saying that I have stayed at Marriott hotels all over the world and I know how important customer service is to this company. Which is why I could not believe how unprofessional, the lady working in the morning answering phones, her name is KATRINKA was. She was the complete opposite of what the Marriott brand represents. I was there for work and I became very sick and had to stay at this hotel for a couple extra days. My company has its employees stay here all of the time. Every time I called down to the front desk this lady was utterly disgusting, her attitude and demeanor was completely disheartening. I could not leave my room and expressed to her how sick I was and I was trying to order food and she informed me that I had to come down and pick it up because I didn t have a card on file and that I couldn t pay with cash from my room, ok understandable, but once again I was desperate and extremely sick with no other options, I asked her if I could give her my card info over the the phone because I was extremely sick and could not come downstairs and she responded in a very nonchalant manner as if she did not care. Her words after I responded with "are you sure that there s no way of me getting food besides me coming downstairs? Was "That is correct" no empathy at ALL! So I hung up the phone and laid there sick and hungry with nothing to eat and to weak to go downstairs. I then called back about an hour later because the hunger was unbearable at this point and asked if I could order something and I would pick it up. KATRINKA then responded that my company had not sent over the info to extend my room yet and I told her that I had just spoken to them and that they would be sending the info any moment now. She then responded saying that I could not order any food until my company sent over the information! I was appalled! And way to weak to argue with her. Mind you she called me one extra time after that stating yet again that she needed my companies info after I told her that I was already contacting them immediately. We stay at this property all of the time and she knew that. But to deny anyone let alone a sick person of ordering food was ridiculous! She then told me that once they sent over the info that she would let me know. This was around 11 am or noon. I waited for her to call back and I finally called back down around 3pm and asked if my company had sent over he info to extend my room, to my surprise KATRINKA had already went home and never called me back with any info nor did she pass the info on. Then an angel named AMANDA answered the phone and I explained to her how difficult Katrina had been and how sick I was and I cried because Amanda was extremely helpful! I was able to order food, and she even told me that even though my company hadn t sent over the info yet that she would contact them herself and get my room situation taken care of! This is what Marriott represents! Not that clerk from hell Katrinka. Amanda helped me more in 5 min then Katrinka did in two days. I say two days because like I said every time I called down and she answered, she was a ball of negative energy! I then called the next day to order food yet again, once I had a card on file and as soon as I told her that I d like to order room service KATRINKA immediately told me that I d have to come down and get it! I responded with "Why, if I have a card on file?" Seriously about to burst in tears because every time I spoke to her it was something else. She then responded by saying "Can I give you a call back?" No, oh I m sorry that was my mistake or anything. So she called back a few minutes later and all she said was "I m ready for your order" I wish Marriott recorded conversations because this lady needs some serious customer service training! I would be typing all day if I wrote every nasty encounter I had with this devil. SAM, and ROSALYN were also wonderful. Sam brought me soup once he saw how sick I was.

Sandra and Rima are great! Proof that Marriott still has good people working for them. Their rewards program, since merging with SPG, still leaves a lot to be desired. It's hard to feel special anymore (titanium member).

Very good but not quite as great as I expected. I stayed here only 1 night and part of a day. I want to make it clear that there's nothing terrible about the hotel but merely a collection of small things that weren't particularly great to make it 5 stars to me. The location between the lake, downtown and the shore is pretty great. The staff were very accommodating and the overall design/aesthetics we're good. The pool was nice but I didn't get to the gym or use the conference facility. A few things didn't quite sit right with me. The room I got on the 8th floor was tight and overlooked concrete (luck of the draw); however, there was only 2 easily accessible power outlets which was frustrating. The closet was very small as was the bathroom. It was clearly not one of their better rooms and if so, that would be bad. As a platinum elite member I would have expected something a bit nicer. There was little drawer space as well. If two people stayed in the room it would be uncomfortable. I ordered lunch from the room after a meeting and was slightly disappointed in the food and presentation. Instead of a tray and plate I was provided a bag with boxed food and it felt a little dialed in. It was obvious it's not a full service dining experience, something I usually get at Marriott properties like this. Again, not terrible but not quite a 5-star experience for me.

Great staff, nice pool area and outdoor lounge area. Clean rooms, spacious bathroom, many electrical outlets, etc. Only complaint is the room door slams shut but it's not that big of a deal.

Friendly staff, excellent lobby and reception area. The Bistro restaurant is good and the rooms are typical but fresh and updated. Pictured below is the King room. Very nice workspace, sitting area away from bed with plenty of charging outlets.

Recently remodeled, great new lobby, good restaurant. Very good and creative chef. Garden courtyard in the center of the building great for relaxing or getting work done outside, a hidden oasis.

We spent 1 night at the WPB Marriott. Paying for parking was definitely not a pro to this experience. The room was nice, big modern bathroom. Not much lighting in the room though, window was pretty small. Good water pressure in the showers. Huge TV in the room, although the picture was kind of washy. I should add, I had a certificate to stay here for 1 night complimentary. I looked at the regular pricing, and I wouldnt pay $300 a night for a guest room here. Just doesn't seem worth it to me.

Great service... As a platinum member, a breakfast buffet is included... I don't eat meat meat, but they did have other options such as bagels, oatmeal, eggs, smoked salmon... But for those who do eat meat, they had both apple chicken sausage, and pork sausage as well as bacon, for non-platinum members the buffet is only $20, which is still a bargain for a high end buffet

Great location if you are going to the Convention Center - Nearby to City Place with great restaurants. Easy Uber ride to the Airport and the hotel shuttle will take you to many local hotspots like Clematis street (try Rocco's Tacos for a fun night)

Great staff. I had issues with multiple things from parking to check in to the ac in the room to Wi-Fi. Staff was great and accommodating, property and tech ok. Close to shopping, not close enough to walk to beach.

Us in. Less than 2 miles to the beach. Be sure to ask for directions to the west palm beach. Meter parking at the beach. One can walk or ride the bike too

My family and I came in for a short weekend trip. We arrived a little ahead of check in and could not enter our room immediately so we spent some time in the bistro downstairs. Not only was the food phenomenal but the supervisor Vanessa made us feel more than welcome and like we were at home. Such a kind and caring woman, although we hadn t even checked in she made sure our every need was tended to. One of the, if not the, greatest hotel experiences I ve ever had all thanks to her generosity and willingness to assist in any and every way she could. Long travel and little rest was far from our minds with a supervisor like Vanessa. Highly recommend and thoroughly commend the management staff of the Marriott of West Palm.

Very decent place! We enjoyed pool and lounge area near it. Everyone was nice, bartender offered us house cocktails made some fun instagramming drinks with him, man of art they also grow farm greens at yard - looks charming!

The rooms are nice and the location is great. My issue was hindered by the first day. We had requested a crib for our room. We arrived in the evening, and asked if there was a crib in the room. The person at the front desk assured us there was one in there, but when we got to the room there was nothing there. We asked them to please bring one up. It took them 4 hours before they finally brought one up.

Great Hotel, clean rooms, live music in the bar that was outstanding! My only knock was having to pay $14 a night for parking. Not usually a big deal but this location. I feel could offer free parking.

Nice hotel but some of the guests behavior was questionable. One guest spat sunflower seeds all over the hallway on the floor we were staying on, which not cleaned up until the next day. Another group of guests took over the outdoor patio area and had a pizza party complete with garbage everywhere. Not considerate of other guests who might have also wanted to sit outside and enjoy the patio area.

The room was nice though. No complaints other than the people across the hall the first night having a party in their room the first night we were there. Had to call security at midnight to get them to quiet down.

This place is beautiful! Everything is nice and clean, and the beds are absolutely comfortable! I had a wonderful stay at this place. I like the walk in shower with the sliding doors, the water gets really hot and the water massages my back which I like. I'd definitely come here again ! The service is great and so is the breakfast.
