Sheraton West Palm Beach Reviews

The Marriot is in a wonderful location, with close proximity to City Place and the convention center. The train tracks nearby were not a problem for me. The television selection is acceptable, and the free WiFi has no problems for standard use. The staff is kind and engaging.

Room is adequate for business travel. Hotel is currently being renovated so that will be factored into my review. Restaurant has been ok so far. Bathrooms are well kept and new in the rooms.

No one would answer the phone when we called multiple times to be picked up from the airport. The front desk person was also very rude.

Terrible! I tried to book my wedding here dealing with Triin Pops-Botero and it was miserable. She made me feel like a loser on the phone for not being able to afford their high costs. She's the reason I had no interest in doing my wedding here. Avoid her at all costs!

The location is far from the beach but they offer shuttle service. Also, they could have more food options, but everything else is fine.

Was a hospitable experience as usual until an outside staff member made it a terrible experience this morning.

Location is great, can walk to any shop or restaurant you would want to go too. Rooms and service are great for a hotel but no complimentary breakfast after paying $350/night was a lil upsetting.

Great view, decent but pricy food, nice location. It was clear that my room wasn't thoroughly cleaned (I found all these random objects around the room that weren't mine) but it seemed like management listened when I complained.

Pretty standard marriott, good not great. Has everything you need including an average lounge. Check the expiration date on the milk. Short drive to everything you need. Pool area was a good size. Had a nice outdoor area. I'd stay here again if forced to, wouldn't hate it.

I have not stayed there yet, but I spoke about an accommodation on the phone with Nicholas and he is incredible. Just wanted to let you guys know!

The staff was great, but the blanket on my bed was very stained, as seen in the attached photo, other than that, it was expensive for what you got, wifi isn't free and have to pay to park there, I probably wouldn't stay again by my own volition

Solid Marriott property. Good restaurant and Cafe on site. Wasn't crazy about the cost of parking.

Travelled for business. Wonderful staff, very accommodating. No complaints at all. Rooms were very clean. Food from room service was delicious. Would definitely stay here again

It was a good stay. I was only there for one day and it was raining a bit, I really wanted to take a dip in the nice outside pool as well as visit city place since it's only a 10 min walk there, but I didnt get a chance. However the restaurant inside was great! Recommend the Rice bowl with Salmon it's something to talk about :-) lol. Loved the smart tv in the room, got to watch some Netflix. And the fact that each room has a microwave and mini fridge. Good touch. However while checking out the elevators were not working and I was on the 5th floor and had to walk all the way down with my luggage. I wish there wouldve been signs about the elevator being down or at least a phone call to my room to let me know. I was standing waiting for the elevator for a good 10mins. Other than that a good stay and nice hotel property.

The rooms were old and musty, but the grounds and people were fantastic.

Better than average Marriott with excellent rooms and business support functions. Typical restaurant that's good for asuak meetings as well as larger areas to support formal meetings.

Very nice hotel, was there for a seminar so did not stay there. Easy to get to from I-95. Room that meeting was in though was quite warm.

I feel as though this Marriott is no better than a new Holiday Inn. The Marriott is fine, just failed to meet the Marriott standard. The Hilton is much nicer. The Hilton is also closer to the shopping and convention center.

The west Palm Beach Marriot had a nice atmosphere with an overall mondern look. Right off the bat when walking in you have seating and a bar to your left. Going straight there are rooms for events, which I attended to one. The staff are very nice and professional. The West Palm Marriot was overall a nice place.

If anybody out there is searching for bargain deals for hotels and resorts go over to . reserved a hotel room on there and they had the lowest prices worldwide!

This hotel was absolutely stunning. I could imagine if it was actually open 100% at the time we stayed it would have been even better. The staff was very nice in the night. Some people in the morning staff personalities are a bit stale. Overall great time and rooms were spacious.

Great hotel! Very clean and well-appointed. The staff was very friendly and helped us when we requested more towels, toiletries and even scissors!

Staff is absolutely amazing and so helpful. The room was clean and big enough for a family of 4. Pool is very big and refreshing. The hotel is located about 2 minutes from the city park area and about 8 minutes from the shopping outlets.

A perfect place, all the staff is very friendly, we are in several hotels in three weeks, this mariot is the best clean and comfortable.

Great experience! After being pickup at the airport we were there just a few minutes later. Beautiful place! I love how the hotel is decorated. It give it a great feel. Modern, clean , great furniture and great choice of colours. The staff was very professional and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. Soft linens and great water pressure. Comfortable mattress. Very positive experience.

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday while visiting the beach and sunfest. Honestly I cannot begin to explain how amazing the staff is especially, Lindsay,Shane, Elizabeth, Leon at the front desk. They are so genuine and helpful. They made my trip the best experience I could have had. I highly recommend staying here just because the staff alone but the hotel is beautiful as well. Everything was very clean, coming from a girl who use to do housekeeping. If i could give more than 5 stars I would. Will definitely be visiting again.

It's a nice place, i can't complain, even has cafe for us coffee acdicts, him surprised that's not illegal yet... I guess in due time

Prime location, just a few minutes walk to the convention center. Friendly staff and surprisingly good food at the hotel. Try to avoid rooms next to the room service stations; my room is next to one and the service elevators can be quite loud when passing floors.

There for an event and numerous gl asses had lipstick on them. Carpet had duct tape in meeting room. Not what you would expect from a national chain....

They charge $14 a day to park your car! When I was there yesterday the large parking lot was not half full.

I am a traveler and also, offer service in the legal field. It is unfortunate that this hotel for the second time demonstrates the low service they have. I have stayed here with my friend, for some Tony Robbins conferences (talking about adding great value). I stay here because is close to the event, but the service is the worst, specially at the front desk. I do not think the employee, Leon Brown belongs to the hospitality business, if so, he needs to be retrained and reminded of what is the purpose of the industry. Tonight, when I tried to check in, he said from the very beginning he could not find me in my friend s reservation, after an hour he showed me a document with my name on it and said it was my fault because my name was mispelled instead of Rivera was Ribera , when they were the one misspelling. In that hour of waiting, I tried to show him my reservation and he would not look at it, he kept stuck in his story, that I was not in the system. It is not until the third party agency explained to him, that everything was a prepaid and I was in the reservation that he finally finds me, honestly do not know how (probably I was there all along and he could not see the name). He treated me with such a desdain from the beginning to end, and with not even an apology, that my frustration escalated so much, that brought me to write this review. You know how some hotels they apologize for inconvenients, unfortunately, that did not happen here, instead of those I received blames and excuses of why.

Also, I came in with my service dog, and immediately indicated to security and front desk that fact, and security said it was ok. Nevertheless, 25 minutes later, the security lady knocked at my door asking to open the door that they wanted to ask about the need, training and service of the dog. Obviously, they have not been trained for this issue and do not know the law; they cannot ask those questions, they can even be sued for violation of privacy. I felt threaten and invaded so I decided not to open the door, but did respond, hoping she will go away. She did.

Now, as I say the bad I will say the GREAT, the COOK (he serve me all 6 mornings during the past event a month ago), in the breakfast buffet is the most caring and attentive employee they have here, he is always high energy, trying to serve you and content; he will brighten your mornings and days during your stay here.

I am a buisiness owner too, and I know the importance of an employee and how a bad attitude and lack of understanding of service can entire organization. Therefore, I hope this Marriot review his operations soon and retrain and/or replace the employees that are harming its operations.

Unfortunately very noisy plumbing , you know when your neighbors upstairs or beside you take a leak or take a loooong bath at midnight. It is a pity a the service was very kind and attentionate. Time for a reno....

Beautiful location, close to a bunch of local attractions

My parents always stay in this hotel when they come down and visit me. Its super close to where i live so its more of a convenience then anything. The breakfast buffet is really good, but its not included in daily rates.

Palm beach downtown scene is very good, lots to do. The downtown area is well kept and most the businesses are too. The hotels are beautiful and close to great shops and food.

The conference Hall is quite spectacular. Comfy seats, nice chandeliers, and good acoustics

Nice enough and friendly staff. A little antiquated and no bath tubs. Never got my wake up call two days in a row.

Attended a trade show and was quite impressed with the facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stopped into The Bistro for appetizers and drinks and had an enjoyable experience as well. Look forward to visiting again.

I visited the Bistro 1001 restaurant for Mother's Day. The food wasn't all that. It was cold and unappetizing.

There's a high expectation when you book a Marriott. This hotel let me down in almost every way. The shower has no pressure at all. The room decor looks like something from the 70's. They charge $14 a day for parking and no free internet unless you're a bonvoy member. The elevators smelled terrible. One smelled like a dead body. I booked for 4 nights and suffered. This hotel was more like a red carpet than a Marriott but the price was definitely NOT low. I will say the Lady who cleaned our room did a great job. So disappointed.

I didn't get a chance to experience everything the hotel had to offer but what I did experience was the bistro. The food was excellent. Distaff was extremely friendly upon checking in and also checking out. The only complaint that I may have is the parking situation. The fee for overnight parking I think is a little bit High and I could possibly turn people away but other than that I had a great experience.

Rooms are cozy and clean. Seems a little understaffed at the front desk and in the restaurant. It took a long time to get service but the staff was friendly

I stay here any time I come to West Palm. The staff is great and rooms nice. The restaurant is particularly tasty and I often eat there.

There was no water the morning of my departure and this hotel staff should be commended for their ability to make their guests as comfortable as possible in this circumstances. Kudos!!
