We came to Palm Beach for a wedding over Presidents day weekend and stayed here. Bravo to the GM and the entire staff. From the second we walked into the hotel and checked in the professionalism and curteousness of the staff was world class! Every person we encountered from the omelet chef, to the hotel manager and the servers treated me and my family like we were the most important guests there. I noticed they treated everyone like that. It really stood out and I travel quite a bit. We will definitely be back!!!!!!

Did not like paying to park...why? $14 a night? Food in Bistro is pricy & so so, we checked out on TV but when we got home we saw they charged us more in credit card than check-out bill stated, will be calling them tomorrow. The room was clean & staff helpful, nice pool and gathering areas outside

The food was phenomenal, and the service was by the staff made me very comfortable. Every detail of the event was taken care of, and desert was served afterwards by an ice cream catering company.

Oi Vey!

Oi Vey!

What I thought would be a professional and courteous hotel stay turned out to be anything but.

Plagued with bathroom problems and a rude manager. On our first night, our toilet failed. We immediately spoke to staff members about our problem but at no point during our stay did maintenance fix the toilet. We were forced to manually flush the toilet each time, a disgusting experience. YUCK!

later in our stay we had the hotel manager barge into our room, unannounced, stealing our property and yelling at us. My lawyer is very angry after hearing this. More will come

This will be the last time I ever visit a Marriott.

We checked in after 8pm and there was no drinking water in the room - not complimentary nor for purchase. We had to go downstairs to get a bottle of water. I expected more from a $250 hotel...

The room was spacious, but the mattress was very soft, which gave me back pain. I believe the mattress is too old and due for change.

Furthermore, the front desk Staff was obnoxious and not helpful at all... Our family will not come back.

$130.00 ? I thought this would be a nice safe place? They charge $15 extra for parking and my wife had to park in back by the kitchen. Out dated rooms They show nice pictures on line but what your really getting is out dated. Never again!!

Excellent hotel, service and the location is amazing. However, the rooms were average based on the price and location. You could stay here a week and not visit ebery restaurant in walking distance.

They redecorated the building over a year ago. Looks great except for the restaurant that wasn't touched. The restaurant has had 3 executive chefs in the last 2 years. Their track record on chefs wasn't any better in the last decade. The staff does not answer the phone in a timely manner. The restaurant never answers the phone.

This is a beautiful, full-service hotel. Of particular note is that there is PARKING on-site (unusual sometimes for a downtown location such as this). You enter the parking through a gate and the cost is $14 per day. The lot seems very secure since there is a fence all the way around it.

When you enter the lobby, it is gorgeous. Beautiful floors and furniture and there are all kinds of meeting rooms for conventions and such. There are several "sitting" areas around the lobby and a nice business center area. The courtyard out to the pool is beautifully landscaped and the pool is very private and surrounded by lovely gardens. The gentleman who checked me in was very nice and professional.

My room was on the 3rd floor. It was a big room with a SUPER comfy king sized bed. There's a nice closet, as well as some shelving for my stuff. There's also a desk, big screen TV and a cabinet with a safe, coffee pot for 1 with supplies, and a microwave - everything you need.

The linens were beautiful and white and clean and soooo comfortable. Thee were lots of plush towels in the bathroom. I loved the cloth shower curtain in the bathroom. The bathroom was very small, but also very functional with enough counterspace to store your stuff. There was a little shelving underneath the sink to put your stuff or keep the towels.

The location of this hotel is superior. It is downtown and walking distance to the "City Place" shopping plaza. Plenty of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. I was here for a concert at the Kravitz Center and it took me about 5 minutes to walk there, which is EXCELLENT considering the traffic coming out of the place after the show. It was nice to just walk back to my hotel quickly. You have to cross 1 busy street, but there is a good crosswalk. A quick drive north on Australian puts you at a HUGE outlet shopping center (includes more restaurants and a Whole Foods grocery store).

I will mention this, but I believe I received this perk because I am a Marriott Elite member. In the evening, there was a very nice light dinner in the concierge lounge. It was wonderful - not just some chips and crackers, it was a light really nice meal. The woman in the area was WONDERFUL, so nice and pleasant. That was a cool perk. I also went there for a great breakfast - oh, it was soooo good. It was a different woman, but equally as nice and efficient. Again, I believe I got this perk for being a Marriott member. It was complimentary. There is a full service restaurant and room service also (just not complimentary)

So, that's the pros. Here's the 1 con: This hotel is expensive. For the date I stayed 4/3/2019, the rate was over $200. The rate varies between $200 a night and close to $400 a night. (I used Marriott points, so I really shouldn't even be whining about it!!) Even though I used my points for the 1 night stay, I still had to pay the $14 parking (usually, a parking rate is included when you use points, but it definitely was not here - again, I shouldn't be whining about $14-bucks). This is a high-end hotel, which I don't usually stay in; I stayed here for the location. I was definitely out of my league - ha ha!

Oh, oh, oh, the BEST! I was so excited to see "recycle" bins in the lobby and by the ice dispensers on my floor. I do not see a lot of recycling services implemented when I travel, so I'm excited when I do. I love it! Good for them!!

If I come to another show at the Kravitz center I will definitely stay here again -- I'll just dress a little nicer! Ha ha.

We are very loyal to Marriott and usually stay in Marriott exclusively and have never had an issue until now. The Marriott West Palm Beach on the inside is very nice... however NOT a good place to go with children. The smoking section is IN the kids game area AND Pool area. My kids were unable to participate in any of the kids areas or go swimming in the pool because there were people smoking all over the place in those areas. When we spoke to management about it they said they couldn t do anything about it because those were not non-smoking zones. Very disappointing and misleading. We never would have chosen this hotel if we had known.

I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had staying at a hotel! From start to finish there were major issues. They double charged my credit card fraudulently and I am disputing those charges. There was major construction going on More

I love West Palm Beach, live here and plan to buy a home here. There is a broad range of demographics including Age religion ethnicity Etc. It's just a wonderful place to live except for two or three months in the summer! It's just very hot unless you're at the beach.

Amazing stay at the Marriott during my stay in West Palm. Definitely not the most upscale I've been to but the service, friendly, and accommodations were superb. Theres also pick-up and frop off shuttles provided to the shopping center and airport which are both nearby. I couldn't wait to give them 5 stars

No coffee!?!?..One would think that after you spend so much on a room that they would give you a cup of coffee before you head out... instead they charge $3.14 for a small cup...on top of that there was NO water to shower in the morning...they did apologize, but no $ off..

I searched far and wide for a place to stay, there were many contenders but after looking through each hotels pictures I was unimpressed, that is until I came across the West Palm Beach Marriott pictures on Google and saw it....they had a picture of an Oregano patch in their garden. An Oregano patch, why was it there? What is its purpose?! These questions were driving me mad! It was at this point I realized why all of these vacations throughout my life were incomplete. For to be able to wake up in the middle of the night and randomly frolic in the oregano patch left my mind elated as to the wonders of this oddity that the Marriott chose as a focal point.

But touche Marriott, for I cannot stop thinking about the Oregano patch, as its presence is haunting me now....
