Didn't stay over night, had a company meeting. Easy access from 95, the food served was great and service was good.

The pool at the hotel was great, I love that it stays open till 11pm..

Cold shower water my non smoking room smelled like smoke when I arrived restaurant service super slow, even with hardly anyone there, but the food was good. All in all, I just wanted a hot shower

Clean, Nice spacious rooms. Gorgeous views with lots of action. Very nice just to sit back relaxing while watching all the various watercraft coming through

Nice bar scene. Great location to get to downtown and all the Palm beaches from. Airport 3 miles.

I went to meet someone. Front desk clerk was pleasant and the lobby was clean.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff bent over backwards to make their guests happy. They have a free shuttle that picks you up and drops you off at the airport. The shuttle service will also take you to Cityplace, the beach and a few other hotspots around town. The hotel had free desserts and sangria one of the nights we stayed. They have a Nintendo Wii you can use in the lobby. They gave us free bottles of water when going to the pool and the beach. The weekend we stayed there was a number of wedding events. We never once felt slighted and the hotel managed to run the normal routines very smoothly. Highly recommend this place. Friendliest and most accommodating staff you'll ever meet. Never been treated so well at a hotel before.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was excellent and helped make our stay wonderful. We had a issue with breakfast in the bistro. We said something to the manager and he comped the whole breakfast and the food was wonderful. I would stay at this location again. The issue we had with breakfast was that everyone got there food except one. While waiting for the food everyone finished and when her order came out it was cold... so that was enough to say something. The Manger was very respectful and helpful in making us happy.

The waitress was on points, food was so i give you a 5 star

Pool is noisy and dirty with an awkward set up right next to traffic. Lobby under construction so unusable and they had saws set up by the pool for the construction so there was no getting away from the noise.

Beautiful, functional space. Service was amazing as usual. I've been there for business and pleasure and always enjoyed myself.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean pool was great hot tub was excellent. PERFECT location. Roger at reception was exceptional. The only downfall was we did stay during renovations there was some noise and the fitness center was out of order. We had cocktails and dessert and the restaurant in the hotel. Waiter went above the call of duty to get what we desired

This is a gloriously beautiful establishment! The entry area is majestic and the artwork, paintings, sculptures are gorgeous. Rooms are very comfortable. They include a nice sized fridge.

They had nice room for a large group to have lunch. The parking was terrible as there was no signage so people were parking in the front of the building, due to an unmarked gate, and having to walk around the perimeter of the building until you find the door, extremely bad for the handicapped. Food was good but very expensive.

Great location and friendly staff. About a block from City Place shopping center with plenty of restaurants. The breakfast offered in the morning is outstanding.

Nice clean hotel in an excellent location. However, some of the rooms are really small and you have to pay for parking if you have a car.

Very good hotel. Mary at the front desk was wonderfully helpful. Located close to the city center and convention center.

This a a real life Roach Motel. Had to keep suit cases closed at all times,didn't want to take home any roaches. There roaches walking across my pillows. Never again .

This seems like an okay Marriott. It's a bit dated, but conveniently located to the Kravis Centre.

Toilet was dirty when I got into my room. Tried talking with someone at the front desk. Only got attitude and never got the room changed. Then I had a package dropped off by a friend. Had the people at the front desk give me attitude once again because a package had arrived for me. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Would never stay here

I give the staff a 10 out of 5 including the bistro, breakfast staff, front desk, hospitality etc. The only downside is the old building itself. Although recently renovated, it feels like people in the hallway, and in adjacent rooms are literally in your room.

Had a convention there for work and the breakfast was good the staff attentive and pleasant. The rooms were large, clean and the temperature was perfect even with a large crowd.

I was there for a work meeting. Any staff I saw were smiling and willing to assist. The brunch and coffee that was provided was good. They should provide more space to assemble your breakfast though at the serving area; maybe a spare table :)

Really friendly staff with a very nice restaurant. Rooms don't have balconies but are spacious. Hotel is well suited for business travelers.

The rooms are nice, big and clean. Beds are comfortable. I hate most hotel beds, but i was happy with these, they must have a pillow topper on them. The pool area is nice, and it stays open late! Which is a huge plus! One thing that annoyed me is they charge $12 a day to park your car, which i think is stupid since you're already paying to stay there. I dont remember reading anything about the parking free when booking the room. Good location, right next to Kravis center and just down the street from City Place. You could walk there if you were in the mood (as long as its not too hot out).

Beautiful place. Definitely a must visit and must stay. Events here are also great and the hotel's food is awesome

Fantastic hotel with super polite staff. It is relatively accessible for exit to tourist points.

Overpriced, overrated, staff sucked,parking sucked(and you have to pay every time you had to leave and return). Hope you enjoy the scenic view of I95

It was great until the alarm started going off at midnight and no one knew how to turn it off for 20 minutes and then the van driver didn't show up the next morning

The hotel is nice and quiet and employees are attentive. However my room was burglarized when I was out as were 4 others. When I reported the theft the hotel, I had to insist on meeting w someone in management- they never reached out to me. I met with property loss and they were kind and told me the police would contact me. I filed a police report and the police caught the thief, but it was some time and process of getting my property reimbursed. I lost a day of compensation and the hotel never offered any other support. I booked 5 rooms for a week at a great cost. If I spent a few thousand and they treated me this way, don t expect much help

This Hotel is super nice ,a large movie theatre screen at pool all week end. Service is super excellent.i love every details about this hotel.

Convenient to downtown West Palm Beach, great staff, comfy beds, and incredibly high pressure showerheads that leave you feeling like you just got a one hour massage by a professional masseuse.

Met with some good friends for lunch. The food and the company was fantastic. Debbie our server was very sweet and kept our drinks filled.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room large & clean. The amenities were very nice, pool bistro, bar, etc. Prices were reasonable. A great Marriott!

It's really nice, the staff is sociable and the breakfast buffet is included and amazing. The only issue was with the deposit, they took almost a week to put our money back on the card after we left the hotel.

I stay here for company trips. Room is always quiet and well kept.

The staff is always pleasant we stay here at least 5 times a year employee Cliff maintenance/Engineer he keeps the pool and hot tub very clean. He is always pleasant, professional and very helpful we look forward to visiting just to see him he treats us like family you are lucky to have him on your staff from the Pierre's.
