Great evening the food and entrees were excellent. And believe it or not valet parking had my car out in less than 10 minutes and this was an affair with over 500 people.

Beautiful hotel, amazing guest experince. They have a nice pool, heated spa. Apartments are big and the bed os very confortable. Restaurant had some great options. Would come back for sure

Dated. Funky smell. Only saving grace in the room itself was the TV (better than the TVs in the bar/restaurant for watching a game).

WPB is a beautiful and clean city! A lot to do and see. I met up with a group to play Pokemon and had a blast. Other than the road work, the city is pretty easy to navigate.

Next property right in downtown, West Palm, located minutes from the beach. The people and accommodations are nice. So stay in and go to the pool, where you can get food and drinks, or go to the beach and enjoy the sand.

A Nice Place, Not to Terribly Far from the Beach.

This Marriott property is solid for what you come to expect from this hotel chain. Clean rooms, nice amenities, and not too far from the beach. The only downside is the beach is not within walking distance, so you will want to drive or take an Uber. I was not able to ascertain West Palm Beach s mass transit, so I have no idea about buses. The other thing is the main entrance to the property is a little tricky to find and you either need to wind around the property on city streets to get there or come in the back way to get to the front. Not a big deal at all, but good to know if you are driving or Ubering in. The rooms are spacious, with good natural light, and what you expect from a Marriott. The price-point was a little high, in my opinion, because I would rather stay at a AirBnB/VRBO and be closer to the beach or other attraction. I was here for a business trip and this property was just fine. Overall, I would recommend this property for a business trip, but would recommend somewhere/something else for a pleasure trip.

Under the current COVID situation, overall, this was a nice place to stay. Quick access to the freeways. Room keyed parking, clean facilities and rooms. Only one negative encounter with the desk receptionist during checkout. Would recommend.

Excellent Hitel and Beautiful View to the Lake ... big rooms

I lived in Florida for 30 years this is one of my absolute favorite places to spend a weekend

Marriot didn't have any vacancies when I went to go look for a room to book, but they did allow me to use their restrooms, wifi, go to their restaurant buffet (for 11.95), and lounge around when I had no power after Hurricane Irma. All in all, good experience although I wish they had rooms.

This place is great.marriot rooms are always clean and spacious.this hotel is a 15 minute walk from the most happening places in west palm beach but will provide free shuttles downtown or to the airport.the staff is very friendly and helpful I'd stay here again

Great location. Comfy beds. Semi quiet rooms. Fridge in room. No microwave though. Otherwise it's a nice stay.

Hard to access the parking and lobby. Also, it would be nice to have nicer plants and flowers around the lobby.

This is the worse hotel i visited i my whole live. My company pays $140 for one night, just one night . And the hotel didn't even have complemetary breakfast wish is an inconvenience. I will never recommend this hotel location to anyone

The tours to the hotel are very elaborate and business friendly.

Well... Nothing special here. Just a hotel. Don't go wandering off property because Tamarind Avenue is Florida's Compton.

Great staff, excellent location. Pool was very nice. The Bistro Bar has a great happy hour and our bartender Christopher remembered our drinks a day later. Little things like that make a big difference. Bed was super comfortable and room was very clean. Highly recommended.

Central location, quality service, building is staying to show its age. Not much sound deadening between rooms. Staff is very helpful.

Do not stay here!!!! Tried staying at this Marriott again. My daughter is a local student and set up the reservation this time. Mary at the desk was extremely rude saying we have the reservation but we need her her with the card. I said my daughter booked with the reservation specialist, &was advised she did not need at check in. She dismissed me and stated well they are separate? I said well here is my credit card and she denied to take it. I also said I m a reward member and all my information is in the system.Then while I began waiting she never asked if there was something she could get me she was completely rude so I stated cancel the reservation I am not staying here ever again with this service. I am currently checked in at the Hyatt they have fantastic customer service, no charge for parking and exceptional pricing!!! Also breakfast included!

The power went of twice during our stay. In addition the shower drain clogged and we asked the front desk to take a look but returned at midnight to a still clogged drain. Called the front desk and let it ring for 5 minutes with no answer, in order to shower had to figure out how to access the drain, because of a trendy slot design, and clean it out on our own.

We enjoyed our view. Felt like a teenager again. lol

Very clean well maintained room service was amazing ordered margarita pizza very late and breakfast bites food delicious & prompt. Conferance rooms and program staff was exceptional!

Nothing exceptional, swimming pool extremely noisy. The all place is more like a big freezer ....

Beautiful hotel located near CityPlace, the convention center, and heart of West Palm Beach. I enjoyed the fact that it's far enough from the downtown so you don't hear a lot of the noise but are close enough to enjoy it all. The hotel offers beautiful rooms, mini-fridges in the room, valet parking, an on-site restaurant. They also offer local shuttle services to and from CityPlace, the convention center, and airport for hotel guests. Really awesome perk to go to Clematis or CityPlace and not have to worry about driving or parking. Rooms were lovely, but the A/C didn't seem to be working properly; since I only stayed one night, I notified the desk staff on checkout. The fact you have to take a parking ticket to enter the lot is a little weird, and I handed it to the desk clerk on check in. Parking was $14/day. Hotel is currently undergoing some renovations so some areas were closed off. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel lobby had lots of books and crannies to sit or lounge in. The grounds and hotel areas were clean and well maintained. I will likely be back.

Visited a friend from out of town. Great place, very polite staff. If I get the chance I would consider stayong here.

We stopped at the Bistro to have dinner. The short rib mushroom flat bread was delicious, I had the New York strip steak, it was cooked perfect, the skillet potatoes were very good, asparagus was tender. My wife had scallops very tender but a touch too salty. Will definitely go there again. Jason was our waiter, he was attentive and had a good sense of humor.

Most of the staff are excellent. You can catch a snarky one here and there

The rooms are well put together and spacious. We went to the Bistro and the food there is divine. I d love to have food there every day if I could. The staff are very friendly as well.

Room was nice, clean. Food and room service was great. Parking was a little hard to access for handicapped. And getting in and our of gated parking lot was a little problematic.

As a regular traveler I would not recommend this Marriott. Is does not offer anything spectacular for the price other than its convenient location to City Place and Clematis. The bathrooms are small needs serious remodeling. I waited about 15 minutes to be checked in and another 10 for a cart because none were readily available. You can easily stay somewhere else for better quality and service. Please save your money.

Rooms are a bit dated. Restaurant food was really good.
