Sheraton West Palm Beach Review

Bar was a great late night meal when arriving in at 9pm.

Went for the crossing guard luncheon. Very good food.

We had a wonderful stay here! This hotel has some extra perks compared to others.
Convenient location with shuttle service, helpful staff, amazing breakfast buffet with to-order omelettes, nice bar, and an all day food menu.
Clean room, nice view of the lake, aromatherapy toiletries, a super comfy bed/pillows, and quiet at night.
We really enjoyed everything that this hotel has to offer and felt completely pampered!

Beautiful hotel with a great location and nice pool.

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed our stay. Places we wanted to visit were close from here and getting in and out from the hotel was convenient.

We stayed new years eve and new years day night...out on 2nd Jan 2016.

Would love to go West Palm Beach again during hot sunny days.

They charged $14 for parking without even telling me, they checked me in and didn't tell me what time is check out. I haven't been to a hotel lately that charges you $14 to park in an empty parking lot.

High end beds! Quiet full service hotel with a nice staff. They had a saxophone player in the courtyard with a fire pit which was a nice surprise.

Modern lobby, clean rooms and great service! Robert our shuttle driver was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Clean with friendly staff, close to the airport as well as downtown West Palm Beach. I enjoyed a short night's stay at this hotel.

Overall a great place. I would give it five but there's a few small things, warm mini fridge, odd cable tv ... but I'm absolutyely coming back.

It was good, nice, clean, and definitely a great place to stay at.

This is my 3rd reservation at this location. Overall the hotel is good. We always pop up during an event that is taking place. Doesn't bother us. Hotel is big enough for the accommodation. For the price and proximity to the beach (straight drive down the street over the bridge ) you can't ask for me. Standard beds, bathroom and set up. However each time I visit there are more stains on carpets throughout entryway and hallways. My room this time (pics attached) showing signs of needing an update.
If you are here for the beach and shopping in Palm Beach and have a budget this is a good choice.

Love it here. The pool is amazing. Very big and plenty of chairs. 11 person hot tub. Great pool side service. Beat gym I've ever seen in a hotel. I will definitely be coming back asap.

Beautiful City. Lots to do and see. The art museum is great!!

I called to simply inquire about early check in and was pretty much laughed at. My best friend booked 10 rooms there and she has had nothing but grief. Over charged, rude and I think they need an upgrade on customer service. Being nice goes a long way, especially when you are in the service industry.

I have recommended this particular hotel to friends, family, and strangers alike. It Is a newly renovated building with a great restaurant and within walking distance to downtown Clematis where there is a thriving nightclub and restaurant scene. Ask about the complimentary shuttles to pick and drop you off at the airport as well as to some of local hotspots. At this time I am not sure if they offer shuttle rides to the beach. They will take you as far as the bridge on Flagler which is only a 5-7 min walk.

Great location with complimentary transportation to the local area. Helpful, friendly staff.

Location is very easy to get to, right off 95. The conference area was very pretty, big space. Only downfall was parking.

Bed smell the room no insulation you can hear your neighbor.
Hot elevators.

The tempura vegetables & squid were insanely bland, and the steamed dumplings didn't have a lot of flavor either. Thankfully their spring rolls were much better.

Staff's service was excellent for the wedding and service for the food. Check in was pleasant and room was ready early. This appears to be an older property. The only room problems we had were the TV was not working, we reported it the hotel and they they would dispatch someone. They called back to say the repair person would be another 15-20 minutes but the never came. The other two problems we had were with a slow tub drain, no working bathroom fan, and light out in the foyer.

Haven't been to the restuarant much. Beer prices were a bit on the higher side one time we did go. Rooms are clean and updated. Staff is nice and helpful. Complimentary drink/tasting in the early evening is a nice welcome. All your standard amenities, though breakfast is in the concierge lounge only. Stayed multiple times and would recommend. Close to downtown West Palm which has many great restuarants and places to just take a walk.

In the heart of downtown. Nice staff. Clean room, comfortable bed.

We had a holiday party there. The food was horrible the service was horrible. The only drink that we got was the first drick which was tea never got refills and the food was either burned or under cooked.

Very nice hotel, service was beyond great, we will definitely be back this this hotel.

Staff was helpful. I would've rated higher, however when I called down for extra towels, it took them an hr and a half to bring them up. By that time, I had already found a housekeeper and hot some myself. I'd still stay there again!

Really enjoy my stay in West Palm Beach. Hotel staff have all been really helpful, as we're those I spoke to at the airport. The weather is great, and there are loads of shops and restaurants.

Cleanliness was an issue, and it smelled pretty bad.

Helpful front desk. Very nice view from the room. Very clean. Ample parking. Room is spacious. New bathrooms. Everything is just right.

As a member at Truth Point, I really appreciate the space and hospitality that they offer every Sunday morning.

Nice hotel and the staff was very nice but prepare to be nickel and dimed for everything. Wifi isn t free (unless you re a member), parking isn t free, and no complimentary breakfast. Things that are typically a given aren t.

Big and comfortable rooms, friendly and courteous staff. Complementary breakfast is awesome.

Great venue for the event I attended. And usually breakfast food is pretty boring, but the omelet stations were a nice touch.

Nice hotel, well kempt, clean, and pleasant service. The free WiFi and airport shuttle are great amenities. The breakfast food at the restaurant was tasty as well (I'd ask for more vegetarian options), and the fresh juice was really good!!

Super everything, I loved this hotel, super nice all the people who work there, very organized and clean .....

Room was clean with full amenities. Access to a cleaning service was convenient. Bistro downstairs had good food. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Didn't stay long but loved the renovated bathrooms and decor. The views from the 9th floor in the morning were amazing on the west facing room.
Great old building with classic photos of West Palm on the walls of the hallways on each floor.
The resturant is fine with local music on guitar and harmonica while you eat in the evening on a Friday. Prices are typical so a burger is around $15 with bacon.
Staff was super friendly and helpful even though a great deal of the lobby is being renovated as I write.
Loving the big TV and free fast WiFi which was easily streaming my Netflix.
Great location for seeing City Place where the attractions are and a straight shot to the beaches on Okeechobee Rd going east if you like that sort of thing. =)

Very nice hotel to stay in, but the location isn't that great. It's like you're isolated on your own island, with anything worth seeing at least a 15 minute walk away...

Conveniently located, the hotel has been updated to offer contemporary feel and great amenities. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly. It does feel more like a business hotel than a beach hotel.

Good Service...Clean and Cozy, pool is small and very crowded most of the time. The breakfast is included. Beach is 10 minutes away only (by car).

Nice hotel.. Easy walk to open air mall. Fairly standard Marriott amenities.

Great experience. Food isn't up to par with the rest of the area hotels (stayed at Hilton and Breakers). I had the jerk chicken wrap and awful bloody mary. Shops and bar close too early at 1130, came back in need of amenities and could not purchase them, ended up having to takke a cab to the gas station. Desk staff are incredible and personable at all hours and shifts. Incredibly accommodating, I could rave about them all review but we'll leave it at that.

Love the hotel and staff. Clean and well maintained. A few blocks away from city place. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
