Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Center Review

Nice hotel. Was there for a work event. Hotel rooms and conference center rooms are nice. Friendly staff.

Great hotel. I was fortunate to visit many in Toronto and surpass all others. Chic, clean, helpful and inexpensive for the value of the service. I highly recommend.

Was there for a conference and everything was set up professionally and proficiently.

Location is good, the free parking great, but the breakfast food is the typical low quality you get at every hotel. Bad 'scrambled' eggs, fatty sausages and oily bacon. Maybe the omelette were good... The coffee isn't even good either even though it's supposed to be 'starbucks' coffee

Great hotel, fantastic breakfast buffet, but having to pay $15 for parking was a shock. Downtown I could understand, but not here.

Great neat and clean room, room service was on point.

The hotel was a bit aged, hallways were stuffy and our room had an earwig in it. The ac didn't fully cool the room down.

Rooms were freezing cold, but the space was well organized for multiple conferences. I didnt like how they separated the meals for each conference, it was confusing and lead to food stealing from other areas.

Great place to stay, very clean and the standard intercontinental breakfast was very good. After checking in I did not have bath towels in the room and the refrigerator was not working, you they promptly fixed both issues.
The only thing I can complain about is paying CAD 24 a day for parking.

I was here for a conference not an overnight stay. So my review is based solely on that. Plenty of parking but long lines to pay for your pass. Tip there is machine inside near reception. Next lovely coffee and Tazo tea. But the "breakfast" was gone and never replenished. Then the snack had a such a long line and again not enough for all participants. Lots of washrooms and sinks so perfect there compared to other conference centres. Room for improvement. In the conference room good lighting and sound. Seats comfy.

Attended a convention, great hotel with polite attentive staff

Good location for anime North events, but the elevator music was annoying for the duration the panel.

Had a work Christmas lunch at the Olio Restaurant. Staff was great, food was good, a shame the pool table was removed, but the added couches and tables were a nice touch.

Clean and beautiful meeting spaces. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place for Profesional conferences and private events.

Room is nice and big. Coffee provided is Starbucks. Planes can easily be heard however.

Was only around in the lobby for the event, but it was clean and well air conditioned for a hot day

Comfortable hotel. close to the airport. Big windows so you can do some airplane watching if you like. Free shuttle to the airport and reasonable prices for park-n-fly. Good option.

The food at Olio was very good. The staff was friendly and quickly corrected a mistaken order.

Was there for a conference room was great and service

Currently staying at this hotel. I called twice yesterday evening for a robe as none is in the room, I still have not received a robe to use. I valet the car yesterday, go to claim the car, had to wait close to 20 minutse as the front desk staff was unable to locate the valet attendant. I called for maintenance this morning as the air conditioner is not cooling the room. The agent said someone will be up to check it. No one has shown up top check the air. I called back again for someone to check the air conditioner.

This is my favorite hotel in the airport area. Very comfortable, helpful staff and good restaurant.

Clean, large rooms, conformable, location is OK for those who is looking to stay close to Airport and Mississauga. The parking charge was high compared to other. It has to be free for hotel guest. We are not in downtown!. The sound of Airplanes was annoying and noisy.

This was a nice hotel. The beds were comfy with lots of pillows, and the windows really blocked the airport noise. We were surprised how much.

The water is hot with good pressure, towels were stiff but clean. The bathroom is tiny - two of us could not brush our teeth at the same time without bumping into something - but the makeup mirror was a nice touch.

The pool was over chlorinated but not so much that it burned, and the locker room was very nice. It could have used a second shower, but we made do.

The wifi worked as advertised once we were clued into the settings, and overall it was a good experience. We booked through Trivago, and our value for the money was very good for Toronto.

Gorgeous, clean, and spacious. But a little over priced.

Went to the hotel for the Anime North/Conservative Party of Canada conference weekend and this hotel had lots of interesting events to go to during that weekend. I really like it that the Sheraton holds all the video game events. The hotel is very accommodating to events like this!

Really accommodating and helpful staff for our conference. They helped with sourcing new tables when we needed them in a pinch. Professional, everyone helped with a smile.

They were able to accommodate my requests in extremely short notice. Room was spacious and well kept.

I was at the Sheraton Hotel for an AIESEC conference. The staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were always maintained very clean. They were extremely accommodating of our large delegation.

Convenient location, but be forewarned, the jets wheels scrape the roof of this hotel. Well sound proofed, but the first time you see a jet flying towards you (especially if your in the top floor), it may freak you out! Airport shuts down at midnight.

It is ultra clean, staff are professional, the conference itself is super interesting. Nice place for events, but remember it's not in the city center! And remember there are 2 shereton next to the airport, try to know which one you stay at

Parking is very expensive like downtown but good food.

I stayed there July 2015, it was a great hotel, all the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The facilities are very clean and well kept. Ate at the restaurant had the steak dinner A++ on the food there, also breakfast was amazing with the eggs any way you want them station ( i had the omelet, was very good). The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. And pillows were like sleeping on a cloud.

One of my go to places for when I m in town for work. Has a phenomenal breakfast buffet that I absolutely love to have early morning.

Helpful staff, clean spacious rooms and a pretty original round shaped pool which I enjoyed a lot. Parking is 20$ a day if I m not mistaken which is pretty pricy.

I was attending a welcome event for my new job at the hotel. The food at the reception was undeniably good. The meeting was at one of the banquet hall. It was very spacious.

Attended annual convention Anime North 2017, regular occurrence. An unusual thing this year was that the public washrooms were open to both genders.

Went for an event, very nice hotel, clean and helpful staff

A super comfortable bed, what's to complain about. If you book on Hotwire you might get lucky and get the Sheraton.

Lovely hotel room. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Faucet for the shower was a little broken and didn't enjoy having to pay $20 for parking in a lot that said there are frequent break ins, but the overall stay was still worth 4 stars. Only stayed one night, would definitely stay again.

Great location, very modern nice facility for meetings/conferences.

Great location at reasonable price, especially if you're transiting to the airport. However, noise coming from the plane can be daunting at times.
