One big disappointment from a hotel that considers itself a five star hotel! Receiving rooms: an hour and a half wait, breakfast waiting over 20 minutes, sparse supply, where and where (at the next table were other foods than what we were offered) Lack of manpower even though it was very crowded, and the highlight cops knocking on our room door at midnight claiming noise ( We heard music) without the accompaniment of the cab, without a complaint received.
The price is exorbitant without any consideration, not in the service (the insolence of the workers especially from Mr. Mark) and the insensitivity on the part of the girl who was at the reception named Ginifer, for an unusual event late at night.
The citizens of the country who come to rest and forget some of the hassles of the day recommend us to save their money and go out into nature.
Not worth it not in price, not in the level of service and certainly not in indulgences. Considering suing the hotel for mental anguish, freedom we have not experienced !!
