I have been to this place several times during the past years, on 08/25/2019 I returned for a day in the pool in total relaxation.
I book the day before for 12 / 12.30, when I arrive on site I pay the entrance and go to the pool lifeguard to get the towel and the sunbed.
I kindly ask him, if possible, to have a sunbed by the pool given the reservation and he exclaims `` eeeeh look only for her I have this '', a sunbed in the second row wedged between other sunbeds with a margin of 25 cm to the right and 10 on the left.
At that point, given the availability of at least 15 other free sunbeds in front of me, I ask if it was possible to move to one of them, which is denied me by the lifeguard since `` they are booked by groups of 2 or 3 people '', ok there can be, I accept the bed stuck.
After less than 5 minutes that I have settled down, a girl arrives alone with a reservation made the previous day like mine, guess where the lifeguard makes her sit? On the free sunbeds in front that were '' booked by groups of 2 or 3 people ''.
Not even the intelligence to accommodate it to those a little more distant in the hope that I would not notice it had.
Now, I don't like to argue, but this is a real disrespect as my booking was the same as that of the girl and I paid the same as she paid (just happened to have a chat), I realize that yes want to favor a woman (for heaven's sake, I agree) but that's too much!
After that I had the unfortunate idea of ordering a burger from the restaurant, ASK, but do you really dare to ask for 20 euros for a sandwich with just the burger inside (No salad, tomato, bacon, cheese, nothing at all) and waiters who exclaim aloud among the customers `` today everyone to break my balls '' ??? I wholeheartedly advise you to review your staff as a '' sheraton '' customer does not accept this type of service.
I don't think I'll set foot in this place again; Given the prestige of the name and the brand, the Sheraton group should review the quality of the work done by its collaborators as it is not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel but perhaps scarcely up to the level of Nonna Mariuccia's pension.
