I visited Macau for the third time. I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel twice. The Sheraton Hotel has such a nice location and everything is neat. However, due to the large number of customers, check-in/check-out is basically 30 minutes to one hour, and front staff are unkind.
Nevertheless, I recommend Sheraton.
The reason is that the staff of the guest relations team is too kind.
Josie Bilag prepared everything I asked for before i arrived at the hotel. Erika Mallari also took care of many things during i stay at the hotel so we could have a pleasant trip.
