Sheraton Lisle Hotel Review

Covid restrictions need to be disclosed. No restaurants, room service, cleaning service only if your there 3 days (did not see any cleaning people anywhere), swimming pool not really available, customer service was just ok. For the price... ok it's a room with a nice bed. I expected more.... I am sure it is great when everything is rolling but full disclosure needs to be made while in wait.

Great hotel, they just need to fix their elevator... We weren't the only ones to get stuck.

This is definitely more of a convention center. I stayed here for work and while I was in a nice room, it was very outdated. Only subtracting the stars because of the room and the maid service. They did not pickup any of my room service plates after I was clearly done with it.

I stayed on the 8th floor that had a free happy hour and breakfast area. This was a great plus! There is also a bar very close and a bar inside the hotel. Aside from the room and the maid service it was a nice stay.

Great place. Traveled for a funeral but this place could not have been better.

I won twice for raffle thank u lady's had a great Time .

King size bed with a family of 4 and I wouldn't have even rated it that low until we went to lay down and found the sheets dirty and filled with hair all over the sheets. I will not be recommending any of my clients to stay here for travel

Employees very nice, gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers. Beautiful rooms.

Was there for a wedding and my friends had a room booked which got locked from the inside on its own the people had to break it down. But they gave them a different room so it's all good

The staff was very friendly. The club access staff is as wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable.

Housekeeping needs some work. Unfortunately, we had to keep getting towels. The trash cans were put outside our door but were not emptied until the next day. Alot of trouble with the elevators not working.

impressive hotel in chicago the bad thing is that far from the center an uber leaves 80 dollars but the hotel very good the restaurant I also recommend them thanks

There are a lot of great things about this hotel. Rooms are clean beds are comfy pillows are nice etc. Hotel staff sometimes are a little unaware.

At a conference for 600 people for 3 days. Great room service. Had only 1 banquet dinner their but it was food hot when served

Worst experience ever...don t stay here..they will switch off Ac in the night ..I didn t expect this sort of guest service from a Marriott associated hotel.

The pool was very cold and so was the pool room. Additionally the tile was extremely slippery when wet, my two year old couldn't even walk on it and had to be carried.

My church had a conference on New Year's Eve and although the night started off rough it ended well. They have excellent customer service starting with the event coordinator on down to the hotel staff. The conference room was clean it was fully stocked with water and although they were short-staffed they were very attentive to our needs. We will definitely patronize this place again and host more conferences.

This hotel is beautiful! The staff has handled our large group in a highly professional manner. I am impressed and would definitely comer back.

My family stays here 3x a year and we love how the rooms are set up however, last stay my card got charged twice and this time when we pulled up there was glass in the parking lot, dust on the glass tables, our pull out couch was broken so we had to pay for an extra room for our boys, counters we not cleaned as I had to because there were sticky rings everywhere. The floor in the kitchen was sticky, the robe had makeup on 2 different places, there was 2 brown dime sized pieces of something on the bathroom floor in the counter and endless pieces of something white that lined the floor by the windows in the living room area and to top things off, 2 of my sons got an infection that the doctor said is likely from a infested pool. I explained this to the from desk and was not compinsated in any form. Let down for sure this time around. Won't be back. $800 x 3x a year....whoops on their part.

Nice open concept floor plan typical Sheraton layout. They have a racetbal court, but it looks in diameter repair.

Excellent accommodation. Rooms include recycling options and "green services". Stayed during busy Thanksgiving/Black Friday and everything was top notch!

The conference room was beautiful, comfortable and clean

United Airlines put us up at this Sheraton due to a weather-related missed connection. Service from lobby and hotel restaurant was phenomenal despite being paid for with vouchers!

The rooms are amazing, the food is a little lack luster, but it's not bad. Little expensive

Gave me a military discount which is always nice. Elevators are sketchy but the lobby and rooms were well kept.

Professional atmosphere. Meeting rooms were clean. Good location.

As usual, the service and my stay was excellent. The rooms were clean and nice, with a really cool old time vibe. Happy hour and club room amenities were also available. The breakfast is also buffet style but costs extra and is worth it. The only complaints I have is that the fitness room badly needs to be spruced up. Though the available free weights and smith machines are a nice touch, they are getting a little old. The other items were internet which was really spotty for me. I think this would be 5 stars if they fixed both of these last two items. Solid hotel, nonetheless

Edit/update: I may be nitpicking, but charging $3 for room water is tacky. Period. May as well remove the water from the room. Then there's the gym... It has gone downhill. Towels and cleaning wipes would be a good start

Attended a wedding at this venue. Really impressed by the hotel and guest experience.

Very nice looking and clean no problems there. Also had a pool and fitness center but never went to it. Internet was suprisingly good for hotel wifi but not the best. I needed a cot witch cost 20$ but they never charged me. All in all i recommend this hotel.

I was extremely disappointed that this is a Marriott property. It DID NOT provide a Marriott experience. The place was very, very sparse with customers. The facility was very dirty thoroughout. The elevator, the front entrance of the hotel, outside garbages overflowing, carpet on my floor needed vacuuming and my own room had a stain on my sheets, sink had a large crack in it, the shower light did not work, the ceiling was peeling over the shower and they had no amenities available. Extrememly disappointing , when there is a full service Marriott not even a half a mile away and has everything open and you see 2-3 cleaners on site at all times. I never saw a cleaning staff person nor anyone else besides the front desk attendent.

Rennovated rooms, competetive rates, great staff & management. Did I mention Starbucks on site! Definitely a great option if you're in the Naperville or Lisle area. Will visit again!

Attended a job event here. The hotel was very nice, clean & stylish. I would like to stay a few days and see if the services compliments the ambiance. Did stop two staff members for assistance. One spoke no English. The other lady act like she didn't hear me talking to her. She put her head down behind the desk the second time I walked passed her.

I stay here nearly monthly. Unfortunately my company requires us to stay at this hotel which is right across the street from our office. In the 14 months I ve been staying here, the hotel has deteriorated. The internet is spotty at best, making it difficult if not impossible for me to work. My last visit none of the bathroom outlets worked and the cable tv was malfunctioning. This visit the direct tv service has not been working at all for the two days I ve been here so far. Even a cheap hotel usually gets the basics, internet and tv, right. This run down Sheraton can t even get the basics right. At least having no tv is giving me plenty of time to write this review. My advice is to stay somewhere else. The service is terrible and the staff doesn t care.

Great pool but there is no hot tube. Fairly standard Sheraton.

I was here for two nights toward the beginning of the summer. Beds were comfy and staff was very cordial. The breakfast buffet (and omelet bar) was great!

Its the little things that made tgis a great stay. From the cucumber and orange infused water by the elevators to the rich color scheme of the room I just felt welcome from the moment i walked in.

I have stayed many times in Sheraton but this stay was not pleasant at all. Room 603 had bed bugs. I woke up to terrible itching and could understand the reason when I saw a bed bug on the comforter on the second day of my stay. Changed to another room. No apologies from the management. They just said they will have it inspected. The next day I saw the same room being given to someone else. The other room I was given was dusty especially the lamp and side table between the 2 beds. I tried cleaning with wipes but it would always be dusty. Mattress was lumpy on one bed and bedsheets had stains. Lack of enough lamps/lights. This room had only 2 lamps and was relatively dark. I have never seen a fan working in the bathroom. Toilet roll is very thin and cheap. I felt like going out and buying my own toilet roll. Biggest con : Bedbugs. Some of the employees are nice and pleasant. It is entirely your luck or up to to the employees what kind of room you get. Only reason for my stay is the location which I guess they take advantage of.
