Sheraton Lisle Hotel Review

Very nice and clean hotel. Very up to date. Pool was warm to my suprise. Fitness area was very nice. I booked through a 3rd party so was very happy with the price. They do charge an additional $50 in case you order any type of room services but was told I will get it back in 5-7 days. I was not happy with the staff. Very unprofessional. One young man with a bun who works nightshift was on his cellphone so I had to wait to be checked out till he was off his personal phone. I had also called and someone who didn t speak clear English answered and didn t understand any of my questions. Over all very pleased, I would book again

The hotel was clean and nicely modeled. Unfortunately the pictures did not match up with the room types so you do not know exactly what you're getting and would have changed rooms if known. Refrigerator and microwave are not provided which is shocking based that even lower grade hotels have this as a standard, we requested it for the room and was then not told that it is a first come first serve basis based upon check in. We brought items that were needed and were expecting to refrigerate but then were not provided with it saying they were out and we'd have to wait until tomorrow. Had to call staff multiple times all night long and kept getting put off and different answers until the end when they said they had none. Forced to cover things in ice in the bathtub rendering that useless. Wi-Fi was decent not great, was able to stream, but quality would go out and buffer. Pillows were uncomfortable and squishy. Shower head came out of middle and not top of wall making it hard to shower and wash hair without breaking my back bending backwards. I would not stay in this hotel again. Over priced for the little you get.

The room was great and we got a really good deal. The bed was extremely comfortable and in general service was great. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The faucets leaked a little and the elevator seemed to be in need of some repair. The room was also very clean, and I'm a bit of a germophobe haha. All in all, I would for sure stay here again, especially if I got the same deal on rates.

Food and catering service was great, very friendly and attentive staff.

Great ambience, good quality Hotel rooms although felt a bit tighter. Easy access to and from highway. Free Wi-Fi. Excellent ball room and common areas, great for major events.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. My room was really nice and the bed was super comfortable. It was easy to get a good night's rest after a day of travel.

Was there for a professional event in the ballrooms. Lunch took forever to get served and ended up pushing the afternoon speakers back. Food was pretty good. Everything else was good otherwise!

Very clean. Many amenities including bar, restaurant, pool, racquetball. Fair pricing.

Beautiful lobby, decent rooms, very good continental breakfast.

The IT team could have been a little more readied. The chairs provided didn't seem to have a lock function to prevent them from reclining back.

This place was amazing.... I really enjoyed my stay here.... I want to go back....

Greg the bartender was an incredibly friendly man. Made our drinks and dinner a great time.

Room is clean and staff is friendly. you would hope though that they have Free Coffee bar in the lobby but that is not the case.

Everything is well lit, friendly staff and inviting atmosphere.

Facilities are clean and new. Nice hotel but nothing extraordinary. There are a lot of good restaurants not too far away.

A beautiful lobby and nice staff but very dated rooms that need some tlc. We will look somewhere else next time we book

Pleasant hotel. Staff are nice. It's recently renovated but still seems old. Restaurant is sub par.

The hotel was clean & comfortable. Thr staff was friendly too! The only negative was the breakfast buffet. The buffett was very expensive for the basics. Yes there was a person making omelets to order, but the rest of the items were nothing exciting.

They Made reservations in February 2019!!!
For a Handicapped-accessible room..... unfortunately it was unavailable on the day that THEY arrived!!
They were Placed in a smaller room!!!! And had a Very difficult time using the facilities......With wheelchair .
. Also Last year !!!!!!
They had a convention there!!! My MOTHER'S handicapped Wheelchair was stolen!!!!
She was left with someone's OLD wheelchair. It was report But NO RESPONSE or did any thing about it!!!

My parents still enjoyed their visit. With friends! !!!

A little bit of construction by the main entrance, but it gave us the opportunity to walk a bit through the hotel. Everything was clean and it smelled kind of amazing. Phil checked us in and he was great. He checked us in quickly and he was very accommodating. Our room was nice and clean, the bed felt amazing, and we managed to hook-up our dvd player to the tv without too much trouble (which we really appreciated). All in all we had a great time and we will definitely be back soon.

This hotel is much nicer than it appears from the road. The staff is pleasant and attentive. The sheridan club has a nice breakfast with many options. everything was clean and neat. This would be a great place for a networking event.

Was very impressed by Alan. He did a great job making our stay more enjoyable.

Needs some updating. During a convention for some dumb reason the restaurant wasn't open enough hours to accommodate the guests.

Was there for conference. Everything went smoothly. Nice room and staff. only issue was temperature in meeting room. Was very cold and they had trouble adjusting it

The hotel was very nice and clean, the food they served us was okay, although the service was not very helpful.

Had week end long function there ,a lot of transforming large rooms to different configurations, handled well. Staff very nice and helpful. Only pitfall at Saturday night banquet someone quit leaving a block of tables with no food while others got dessert.

I want to the Sheraton for a job orientation. Looks great inside.

It was ok. I've stayed at better Sheratons with friendlier service. Not really accommodating with either a early OR a late checkout. TV wasn't working as it should have and AC ran loud all night.

Attended a professional conference. The facility was great, the food was good.

Got upgraded to a full suite. Stayed after my wedding, and was well treated by staff. Great place, great price.

Nice Hotel. The bar was expensive and the featured drink that was not quite made correctly which was a let down.

Room was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast area was very spacious and there was a great selection of food.

The lobby is quite deceiving! It leads you to believe that your room will be glamorous and CLEAN. Wrong! The room itself was fine. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned, cleaned...thoroughly. It looked like someone just ran a rag across the surfaced. The lining of tub's tiles were crusty and moldy! YUCK! You can also see residue all on the sink's knob.

There staff was great and would receive 5 starts but there was a room key issue that should have been resolved much quicker.

Our church had a conference at this location. The rooms were filthy! There was garbage in the ice room that appeared to have been there for at least 2 days by the smell. We had to clean our own rooms and the ballroom because the hotel only had 4 people on staff for our entire ball. The food was catered but delicious. The two ladies at the front desk did their best to accommodate us. However, the sales person we booked with (Cristin B.) lied about what we were to expect, lied about refunding money for bad service and has yet to call back to address our group issues. This place is not worth the money spent. However, if you are interested in a place to walk your dogs and cats - its highly recommended.

High class location that is easy to locate. The location was most likely recently remodeled. The staff were polite and friendly. My only complaint is that the restaurant staff can not handle a crowd.

Easy dog-friendly establishment. We were here for a wedding and they made it so easy to bring our dog. There is a fee and set of rules (including not leaving them alone in the room) but we had no issues. The rest of the hotel was as expected, no big frills but no real complaints. Nice hotel very good service the only bad thing is that you have to pay for breakfast that it other than that is cool place to stay with family.

Rented it out a portion of the hotel for a wedding and the manager wouldn't turn on the AC. Outside was over 95 degrees and the room was filled w/ hundreds of people. Not a fun time.

Decent, suburban hotel designed for business travel 1-2 nights to the local offices. The suburbs of Naperville and Lisle are pretty nice and the hotel is OK. I wish it had some more access walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores, etc. but at least they provide a shuttle van nearby and the location is very convenient for business. The Starwood lounge on the 8th floor is a good space to work or have small meetings - the snacks and breakfast are adequate for unattended-lounge-food.... but they are really skimpy on the water bottles (incl. inside the lounge, lobby store and room).

Beautiful hotel. Nice rooms, well kept and polite staff. I did find it a little ridiculous that I was turned away 15 minutes early from the check in time, after requesting for early arrival. Other than that silliness, it was a pleasant stay.

It wasn't the best Sheraton but it was pretty good. The rooms are a decent size and the bathroom is okay. I was there for a wedding. Their bartenders were pretty nice for the most part, however there were some extremely rude ones. Some judged you based on what you ordered. For my cousin and I, I ordered Shirley Temples. She put Sprite and Grenadine like you are supposed to in mine. But for his (since he is younger than me), she put a teaspoon of grenadine and tonic water mixed with a little Sprite because apparently, "you are too young for these corrupted soda habits and you don't need it so I'm going to dilute for you." Helpers for food and table clean up were phenomenal and were lightning fast. Most of the staff was very approchable and friendly.

Building updates are amazing. Now looks like a Sheraton!
