Sheraton Lisle Hotel Review

Meeting room was small, chairs were too close to each other.

Visited with the client bar with clients. Very courteous staff

The most amazing property with a great pool and super convenient location

My dawg stayed here and I think everything was good.
Your vending machines are too expensive though... $3 for a bottle of water is unethical, lol

The hotel rooms are nice.. but there is definitely something wrong with the plumbing. I thought it was just my room but I guess other people had issues too. I was there for a wedding. The space that was rented out for the wedding was nice but I think they could have lowered the ac since a lot of people got uncomfortable as more people came into the room.

We attended a banquet at the hotel. Tried the bar too. Neither were too impressive, but for sure not bad either. The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway. Also close to some large businesses and SOS - we also walked outside for half an hour. Safe and relatively quiet.

went for a wedding, food was great, service and bar service was good. and family that stayed at the hotel said they liked there rooms.

Helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was not very good tasting. The made to order omelette had no flavor. For $15 a head, I expect more.

Unfortunately due to Covid restaurant, bar and snack area closed.

Very comfortable beds here with clean white linens. Several pillow choices. Bathroom was clean and the towels were soft. This hotel is modern and was a pleasant place to stay. Nice decor and rooms.

Decent Sheraton with a remodeled lobby. The rooms feel a little old but not terribly so. The gym is one of the best you'll find in a hotel of this category.

Had my prom here!! Never checked out a room but the ballroom is gorgeous, incredible wait staff, great food, very clean bathrooms. If you're staying here, I know the area and you won't be too far from a few really great restaurants and a beautiful movie theatre. Definitely enjoyed having my event here! :)

A bit on the dirty side with slowest internet service ever!

No fridge, wasn't as pictured on website. Horrible shower pressure. Beds were very comfy so thats why I'm leaving a 2 stars.

Great Architecture and friendly staff. Clean rooms and it is very spacious

There was a wasp in my room. In February. The shower was like a slow trickle while I could probably use the sink for water jet cutting. But hey, it was like $58 on Priceline so I guess I can't complain too much.

Bartender was very rude to us and our family even though other parties were making a scene. He verbally abused us and threatened to charge us more even if we weren't involved and were nothing but polite to him and tipped very well. Overall very poor service from what I would expect to be a 5 star bar. The bartender threw a temper tantrum after having to clean up 1 table that had pizza boxes on it (no trashcans were available for the party to clean up on their own). I would not tell anyone I liked to go here. Avoid this bar and hotel.

I check in early and it was okay, no issues However, I experienced poor service when calling the front desk to make a simple request. Requested an extra towel, 2 times, and it took a 3rd request to get it
Water pressure at the 8th floor (Club level) feels low. Workout room was dirty, garbage and 2 water bottles on the floor next to the eliptical machines, used towels not inside the dirty bin and the TVs were not working. I was very surprised about this. I mentioned this to the front desk and she just thank me for letting her know.
I am surprised the staff at this hotel is not paying attention to these small details. This does not feel like an SPG Property. Management needs to train staff and do something about it. As a seasoned traveler, and SPG Platinum, this hotel left me with a really bad impression.
On my next trip, I will go the the Marriot on Diehl Road.

A great establishment that is clean and friendly. Nice food and workout fitness room.

Many issues with the pool area. Saftey signs were blocked with plants. Also bugs in the shower areas.

I got a huge room with a walk in closet. I had a mini refrigerator and microwave in my room. Room was a little dark and drab and in need of an update on the decor but it was otherwise clean and comfortable. The Wifi was terribly slow. The fitness center was well equipped with cardio and dumbbells as well as a Smith machine with weights. There are racquetball courts in the fitness center.

Bathroom door lock was broken. Rooms were worn looking. Starbucks machine in lobby broken.

Beds are comfortable. Staff seemed distracted. Not unfriendly or anything, but not completely present. No refrigerator or microwave in the room was a drawback. Very little in the way of amenities. Okay place to stay if all you need is a bed.

Only reason I am here is for a convention. Would not chose it otherwise. $$$$$

What a joke! The TV cable didn't work, the shower was terrible. Worst hotel I have stayed in years. So disappointed.

The rooms are nice and comfortable, staff is nice. The restaurant food is awful! I stay at this location several times a year for work and the food is never good. The breakfast buffet is marginal and not worth $12 per person. Only one other dining option within walking distance.

Friendly staff, very modern decor, but has elevator issues and above average prices for food.
