Sheraton Lisle Hotel Review

Too few outlets in the room. Elevators are slow. Could be more business friendly but hey, racquetball courts if that's your thing.

Very impressed with his hotel. More than I expected.

Pros: The room was cozy with the decor being mostly updated. The beds were comfortable, offering a great night's sleep! Nice & warm adjustable room temp. Lower level rec area offered ping pong, racket ball, pool, locker room & fitness center.
Cons: The bathroom didn't have a fan, making venting impossible. Room for a small fridge & microwave but not an offered amenity. While the majority of the hotel had beautiful, elaborate decor, the lower level rec area could use some TLC and enough equipment available to take advantage of unique offerings.

Stayed for our 2nd wedding anniversary 'stay-cation'. The lobby smells like a farm. The 'Entre' restaurant and bar is a bar with extra tables but no wait staff, One lone bartender. The food at the club level for hors d'oeuvres and breakfast was low quality. Cold bbq pulled pork, dried out buns. Oatmeal at breakfast was basically as runny as soup. We ordered room service and it took nearly 2 hrs to get a quesadilla right! the ladies at the front desk shot nasty looks at me as I walked out to my car. The room was nice but overall service and quality of everything else was not worth the amount we paid. I was extremely disappointed.

This Sheraton is kind of run down: not as clean as most other Sheraton hotels. Also, building is kind of old, carpet not very good,

We were at the hotel for a professional event, and it was very nice. I have no complaints.

Delightful Omlet Station and fruit bar. Very pleasant servers and cook.

Hotel was good, not great. It felt like they put lipstick on a pig with the rooms, putting shiny objects over old equipment instead of new stuff. Bed was comfortable. Elevator felt rickity, walls were thin. Breakfast was meh, staff wasn't great at communication. Bar was nice,

I've stayed here a number of times for work. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Great place for a banquet. Food was tasty but some of the pork was not fully cooked. I wouldn't expect them to check all 300 plates, but at least half of them at our table weren't done. The band also wasn't good this year. Same as last year too. They seemed to get worse, not better.

Had family staying here. The hotel lobby, bar and rooms are beautiful!!

Day 1 of a convention, the AC didn't work and they didn't adjust or get a different space ready for us. Day 2 understaffed desk and snack stand. Public bathroom down for hours.

Excellent place to stay. Friendly staff. Eating establishment near by. Good price point.
