Clean, comfortable, great nights stay. Helpful staff and looked newly renovated.

I didn't have any interaction with the staff but the hotel was very well kept. Clean and modern.

A nice hotel with pool and exercise facility. The room was spacious and bed was good.

The hotel looked very nice and the staff was pleasant. We booked three rooms for two nights each. After the first night, we were locked out of all three rooms at noon. They messed up our reservation and checked us out randomly. An hour later they let us back into our rooms but then double charged us at checkout time. Avoid this hotel if possible.

I will in all probability not return to the lisle Sheraton. The room did not get cleaned properly. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and I had to call maintenance to fix it. I was really not impressed and will choose another hotel next time.

Water doesn't drain properly in the showers. Others staying here have the same problem.

Breakfast is good.

I have to say, as long as you're a rewards member, they treat you right. The room was more than adequate and comfortable. It was clean, and spacious. A few downsides though; the fan in my bathroom didn't work (I wasn't bothered by it, didn't even ask to have it be fixed) and there was no fridge in the room. The staff was kind and thoughtful. Overall, I thought it was a great hotel.

Great hotel. This has been a few different properties and I've stayed at every incarnation... this is the best version to date.

Very comfortable visit. Stayed here 3 times. However, certain staff members do need to be more organized in terms of assigning room.

Nice hotel along the I-88 corridor, close to many headquarters in the area and close to Downers Grove and Oak Brook.

The Savoy ballroom was very nice but very understaffed for larger events

My stay at the Wyndham in Lisle, IL was the most disappointing experience that I have ever had with a hotel. My sister and I stayed there for a training that she had with her company. When we walked into the facility, it seemed very nice. The lobby is very clean and well kept - unfortunately that is where it ended. Our room was on the fifth floor. When we exited the elevator, the smell of urine was very apparent - very similar in fact to that of a poorly maintained nursing home. Our room was decent, but not what you would expect from a Wyndham as I have stayed in them before. The beds were "springy" and worn out, and all four feather pillows were in desperate need of being replaced. As soon as you laid on them, you immediately sunk to the bottom and the sides rose up around your ears. I sleep on feather pillows at home, and I know that this is what happens when it is time to replace your pillows. The WIFI did not work on my tablet, laptop or cell phone despite numerous attempts. The shower head in the bathroom was very low, although the pressure was okay. I'm 6'0" tall, and while I realize that is substantially taller than the average female, it is my no means a height that is unfamiliar to many (particularly males). I practically had to do a squat in order to get my hair under the shower head.

After getting settled in, my sister and I asked if there was a continental breakfast as we were staying there for a business function. On most business trips, there is a breakfast provided at the expense of the company. They informed us that there was and it was located in the lobby. The next morning when we stopped down to the breakfast buffet, we asked if that was where the continental breakfast was served. The man's response was "We DO NOT serve continental breakfast at this hotel. But if you would like to PAY for your meal, here is the menu." He plopped it down in front of us and walked away. I realize many hotels do not serve "free" breakfast, that is why we specifically asked the night before. We had no problem paying for our meal, but could have used it without the side of attitude it was served with. After breakfast, we went back upstairs to our room, only to find that they had already shut our keys off. It wasn't even 8:30am at this point. All of our belongings were still inside as we had not yet checked out of the hotel. We had to go back to the front desk and have them reactivate keys. We asked why they were turned off in the first place and the response was "well, we gave you the bill." Yes, they did leave the bill by the door while we were sleeping, but we gave no indication that we were prepared to check out. Again, we were treated as though we were in the wrong.

The overall experience in this hotel was poor to say the least. We paid Wyndham prices for a Motel 6 experience. We have also shared this information with both of our companies and they will no longer be using this location for meetings and trainings as it is a poor representation for them as well. They need a serious renovation - both on service and the facility.

Bathroom has warm floors! Soft pillows and really good bed and bedding.

Breakfast is $15 per person and no fridge or microwave in our room. So it's an additional expense for a family to stay.

The ambience is endearing and a great venue for occassions.

For the money they charge. Need new carpet throughout the hotel. Better chairs to sit in from the conference room. Bathroom too small for wheel chairs.

I was staying for a training for the weekend and decided to bring the whole family (husband, 2 year old, and our two small pups since they re pet friendly ). We arrived at midnight after a long drive and the staff was not friendly at all. Not rude but just snooty and disinterested. We immediately felt like we didn t belong there. They don t offer breakfast or provide a fridge or microwave so you re forced to pay for a $20 BREAKFAST... Our son had medication that needed refrigeration that they couldn t accommodate. When we checked in and they saw that we had a two year old and two small dogs (that we paid for) they were quick to remind us that should there be a noise complaint they would have to ask us to leave. You also can t leave you pet alone for any amount of time so that prevented us from going to dinner and my husband and son from doing anything while I was training, even using the hotel pool.
It s a very nice hotel but we felt unwelcome and un cared for. We ended up canceling our reservation after the first nice and moving to the Hyatt House.

Very nice stay. Bridget was very accommodating. The hotel is a bit dated but in a good way. Takes you back in time.

Ended up here when the airline stranded me in Chicago. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. The view in my room was awful. If they knew the airline was paying and I had no luggage, they could have offered toothbrush, etc for my stay to make it a little better. Overall not bad. Other guests were loud and intoxicated and one tried to follow me into my room. Not their fault, but should keep regular guests away from those block booked and drinking heavy maybe.

No fans in the bathroom. Had to call the front desk to have our room cleaned 4 times because they didnt two days on a row. Elevators didnt work right.

I was at the bar on a Tuesday. It wasn't very crowded so I liked it.

No Fridge no microwave. No kitchen. Its hard to find food

A nice property. Quiet, updated rooms and friendly staff. More modern decor than the Hilton across the street.

Hotel is great very nice rooms. On the day we arrived there was a very loud party in the lobby and the staff didn't seem too interested in doing I think specific about it. Children were running around the hotel unsupervised and screaming. I would have liked to have seen them address that issue for the benefit of the guests and the safety of the children.

Good hotel for area. Staff was very accommodating for some non standard issues we provided. Good room options for unique situations.

As a government meeting planner, this hotel as a regular for us. Sales & Catering and front desk staff are terrific to work with, meeting space and guest rooms are well appointed, and overall I highly recommend this hotel.

A bit pricey. Had some issues with room availability and out of order rooms, whatever that means. Not as good of an executive lounge as asian counterparts. Bar closed at 11pm on weeknights.

Nice stay. Nicer than door other options in the area.

It was clean. They have a cool looking restaurant in the hotel lobby. They also have a huge conference room that can be used. I've been here twice. The first time the shower wasn't giving really hot water so I took a cool shower. The second time I stayed there that wasn't the case.

Great friendly service, very clean atmosphere ... food not the best... burned bacon... blt over cooked, no refund considered although food not consumable

This place was atrocious. From the smoke smelling non-smoking rooms, to the multiple fire alarm episodes, to the elevator that we almost got stuck in on multiple occasions, to the insanely overflowed trash can that first greets you as you enter the hotel, it's clear the staff here were in way over their heads and it showed. Go across the street to the Hilton.

This place may have had the single greatest bed I have ever slept on. It's been several months since I've stayed here and still talking about it!

Walls are pretty thin and there is no fan in the bathroom but the rooms are clean and the service is great.

I had a interview in the executive area up a few floors from the lobby. Great area. Comfortable and quiet, with great refreshments and coffee too.

The room was plain, the cable barely had any chanels and the signal was horrible

Very kind staff, hotel is a bit older the most. Rooms need a bit renovation in my opinion and didn't feel super clean, but overall very nice stay! Customer service was great, hotel was very quiet (probably due to COVID). Overall, good stay!

Visited for a workshop so cannot speak to accommodations. Meeting room was somewhat uncomfortable, as it was too cool. Otherwise a great meeting space though. Also noticed the lobby, restaurant/bar, and other common areas were very inviting and clean.

Our family group stayed here for two nights while on a short trip in November. This is a nice hotel with friendly staff and is only about a 28 min drive to O'Hare airport and downtown Chicago. The staff was kind enough to let us use a large table for our group to eat some pizza in the lobby and offered to keep the leftovers in their refrigerator since there aren't any in the rooms. I do have a couple of things to note though, one of our rooms was not very clean - it wasn't super dirty, but it just wasn't as clean as it should have been, especially the bathroom floor. We had rooms next to each other and in one room you could hear what was going on in the bathroom of the other room through the bath exhaust vent which was annoying to the members of our group in that room. And lastly, we needed an infant crib for one of the rooms and when we requested one they said they didn't have any available. That seemed odd as there were clearly not very many guests in the hotel that night, the parking lot was practically empty and we only saw one couple check in during our time spent in the lobby. Overall, a good place to stay for the price we paid (during Covid19), but I think there are some better options that I would consider on my next trip to the Chicago area.

Arrived late at night from O'Hare airport. Nice hotel, bathroom was good. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was available to make omelettes for guests, which were tasty. Good TV channels. Was not able to connect to the hotels free WiFi.

Nice hotel, old pool and no hot tub. No free continental breakfast, was asked to pay $15.

I was recently at the Sheraton Lisle Naperville Hotel for a wedding reception. I have never been to this hotel before, but I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and Ambience of the hotel. There was plentiful parking and numerous staff greeting guests at the various entrances. The venue itself was extremely spacious including both the ballroom and the outside areas. The decorum and decorations and architecture and furniture were all very cohesive and complimented each other very well. This ended up being a great venue in a hotel for the wedding reception. My friends and I had a wonderful time and were very impressed by the cleanliness and upscale nature of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Beautiful hotel in lisle. Remember this is lisle IL and for the location it s one of the best you could stay in.

Fine accommodations for a night. Room was clean; water pressure was a tad bit low. More coffee cups would have been helpful. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was satisfactory but not much better than what you'd get at a Best Western (aside from the omelet bar, which was a bit inconsistent). Customer service was great.

Attended for event: Lobby was pretty nice and so was the ballroom.

Only visited the lobby and ball rooms. They looked nice but did have that slight "we built this opulent place 15 years ago but haven't touched it up since" feel to it.

Beautiful hotel but not may standard perks. Expensive coffee, not much of a light weight snack bar. Rather pricy. Just a very expensive restruant.

Don t visit this property during COVID. They have given up on trying to offer anything value to their guests. Everything is closed. No points when they can t offer breakfast. Customer service was a huge drag and only one person working. They seemed frustrated that you bothered visiting their hotel. Hotel room was filthy. The room was barely cleaned. Sticky substances all over the counters and fridge. One of the most disappointing Marriott stays I have ever experienced. This Sheraton has given up and it shows.
