This place was atrocious. From the smoke smelling non-smoking rooms, to the multiple fire alarm episodes, to the elevator that we almost got stuck in on multiple occasions, to the insanely overflowed trash can that first greets you as you enter the hotel, it's clear the staff here were in way over their heads and it showed. Go across the street to the Hilton.
