Don t visit this property during COVID. They have given up on trying to offer anything value to their guests. Everything is closed. No points when they can t offer breakfast. Customer service was a huge drag and only one person working. They seemed frustrated that you bothered visiting their hotel. Hotel room was filthy. The room was barely cleaned. Sticky substances all over the counters and fridge. One of the most disappointing Marriott stays I have ever experienced. This Sheraton has given up and it shows.
