Hotel sold the room we booked and paid for leaving us STRANDED!! We booked and paid for this hotel 2 months prior to our intended stay. We specifically booked at the airport with a guaranteed late check-in as we had an overnight layover. After a 21 hour international flight, we arrived at midnight to a lobby of approximately 15 other guests who were all told the hotel had OVERSOLD THEIR ROOMS! Some had already checked in online! Hotel only offered a lower rated hotel a cab ride away. The airport shuttle just stopped picking up passengers leaving guests stranded! We didn't get to sleep until 4:00am. BEWARE! They will SELL YOUR ROOM OUT FROM UNDER YOU!!!
