I didn't stay at this hotel. I had book this hotel via priceline. Due to the current health concerns. I requested to cancel my stay. I received no support from this Hotel. I'm really disappointed that the health of a child is not a concern to them. Run from this place.

Very conveniently close to the airport. Shuttle is running every 20 minutes, but is not gigantic.
We had a great stay and it was perfect for our lay over.
Positive:
Close to airport
Renovated room
Big tv
All night room service
A robot will bring you necessary amenities (comb, shower cap)

Negative:
Sound insulation is not perfect. At 4am got a neighbor (think it was below) wake up call. 3 times over 15 minutes
Check in could be improved. Had to wait 15 minutes in queue

Global: would go again. Take a club level room to have snacks and fruits available all night long

The hotel is nice. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The service is definitely not in sync with the building. Non-attentive waiters. You are alone most of time looking around for someone to ask for whatever you need. You see them hanging around on the back chatting. A valet leaning on the reception counter cracking jokes loudly while customers are checking in. I am not talking about a 1 am check-in but at 7:30 pm on a Saturday. Total lack of seriousness. Also they changed the tip on a dinner check. It was wrongly calculated but in these cases you tell the customer, you don't just go and put whatever you want. It is probably illegal, too.

Friendly staff, nice spacious lobby/seating area. Rooms look relatively new. Meeting spaces are huge and the break out spaces have natural lighting which is a plus. Pool area is a bit small

It's a very nice and professional hotel--and you pay for it. Not even the in-room WiFi is free. That being said, everyone was incredible, and the food was tasty, if a little overpriced. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Much nicer on the inside than it would appear from outside. Rooms were really nice and spacious. Bar has an excellent selection and staff friendly and accommodating. Had access to lounge in morning which has a great view of LAX so if you like watching planes perfect spot.

Great hotel.

Great hotel.
My family & I had a wonderful stay.
"THE LINK" is the name for their "business center". Nice spot in the lobby. Didn't care for it being close to the bar for my 7 year old.
Overall we had a good stay. Bellmen where friendly, too.

The room service robot was something totally new to me.
They place your snacks in the top of the robot (a lid) and it wheels itself to your door. That was very different.

Rooms were huge. A little cold but that made sense considering it was for a huge bachata festival. The parking situation kinda sucked. Parking was $17-20 with no reentry even if you were staying.

My friend and I wanted to get away and just relax & enjoy a few days in Los Angeles.

The staff appears bias toward Black people.
Not cool. This is 2019 and not 1825.

The manager on duty was of no assistance in (at the least) trying to correct the wrong and the racial profiling we were subjected to.

For security, there are two tall, heavy males who look like bouncers in a club - VERY INTIMIDATING. The guys take it at random to "softly" follow you. - I'm spending MY money here to relax & enjoy the Sheraton. Your security staff causes me to feel like I'm in some store ready to buy some goods and the employee is WATCHING my every move.

Even the bellman "appear" to be soft racist. WOW!
Could not take it anymore.
WE simply up & left on the second of our four-day stay.

We highly enjoyed ourselves at the HILTON LAX.

Family stayed here for the night while traveling through for spring break. Hotwire messed up our reservation but the front desk help and manager on duty helped save the day and get us rebooked. Rooms are super nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is great. Super nice, clean, quiet, decent club room. However the restaurant was pretty bad. Food was mediocre, not even close to what they were charging for it. The service was abysmal, there was about a 1:1 ratio of guests to staff (I went at a slow time) and everything took forever. When I asked for the check, it took them over 20 minutes to complete that simple task. I'd stay here again, but avoid the restaurant.

The main ballroom was decorated for a wedding which was well organized and professionally run. The food was excellent. The cocktail hour was in the main throughway which was very clean and well maintained.

Nice hotel. Clean and updated. The concierge lounge very basic. Was upgraded to a large corner suite. Free shuttle to and from LAX. Gym is well equipped with cardio and combination of free weights and cable machines. Nice pool and hot tub outside. Private area. Front desk was helpful and quick to check me in.big bar and restaurant on 1st floor. Large diverse menu to meet most dietary needs, including vegetarian and gluten friendly. Overall nice hotel very close to LAX.

Nice hotel. Nice room. Starbucks nice for breakfast. But disappointed with 2 things ....who charges for Wi-Fi anymore?? $13/night for Wi-Fi in your room. And no free parking. Huge lot costs $18/day or you have to pay a valet. Lame. Location convenient.

Subpar service. My flight was cancelled to LA and they did absolutely nothing to help transfer my reservation over to the next night or even let me use their facilities to freshen up. Not their fault my flight was cancelled but other hotels have gone much further out of the way to make the best of a miserable situation.

Water pressure in shower SUCKS!! It Doesn't even reach back wall of the shower. I had to wash my Hair in the Sink. Other that It's fabulous And frankly The water pressure is the only thing keeping me from giving it 5

Lacks customer service. Although the location and hotel itself is good, various staff members need training on how to deliver good customer service. I had several negative experiences with staff members lacking basic manners or willingness to help. For example, I was told I had to wait one hour for hot sauce to be brought up to my room - seemed a bit ridiculous to me.

Room on club level, really quiet and comfortable. I really like the new modern look and feel. Club Lounge is very spacious and serves a good breakfast. Also, they have an espresso machine that's always open.
