The awful experience I had at this hotel began the moment I walked in and encountered Jose at the front desk. The way he treated myself and others was the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Jose is extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I am shocked that The Sheraton allows someone like Jose to represent them. If this hotel wants their customers to enjoy their experience and come back, I suggest replacing Jose with personable and professional staff members.
