This is only based on one experience but this may have the single best hotel experience I've ever had. The valets are friendly and generally awesome, they're not apathetic or just hunting for tips. They earn them. The front desk folks were fantastic and accommodating. The room was pretty impressive too, user-friendly TV and environmental controls, decent bathroom, comfortable furniture, and the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever been in! Room service made me feel like a celebrity and the food was awesome. Don't take my word for it and certainly don't let a crummy airport experience get in the way of having a great time in this place.
