I have stayed here several times over the past year but never took the time to write a review. I know how important reviews are to a business so my apologies for the delay.
I stayed there this past weekend. The staff is good-looking, well-dressed, personable, nice and professional. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. Starbucks is on the premises - a big plus for me!!!! The breakfast buffet was great with nice selections. Our chef (he's going to be mad with me because I forgot his name....bald guy) was very engaging and made our party of 4 some mean omelettes! The club lounge has a great view and is very relaxing with ample snacks.
It's the best hotel in the area....centrally located with brand name stores nearby to shop. I love how the bar area is set up and how it opens up to view outside and you can feel the cool breeze. It gives you a feeling of being outside while inside - great atmosphere. The pool-side cabana's (not sure if that is what they are called) are such a nice touch and allows for some privacy while being in a public area. I love everything about this hotel.
The concierge was a pleasant man with so much patience. The waiters in the restaurant were all friendly. Mark (manager ?) is so down to earth and personable and he made my weekend with the extra touches in my suite for my bridal shower. He went over and beyond. Besos! The supervisor (Sasha) is a beautiful young woman, inside and outside. She is attentive, warm, and engaging with staff and customers. She was pulled every which way and handled each concern with individualized attention. She's always smiling and such a joy whenever I visit. I have never stayed anywhere else and don't plan to. Please pass on to management what a great team he/she has as the face of the Sheraton. They are the first ones on the line and leave the first and last impressions for your patrons. I don't know how much is considered when suggestions are made but Mark and Sasha deserve a raise, commendation, certificate, award, etc....or whatever sort of recognition is done, because they represent what the business is all about - pleasing the guests. They are a big part of why I refer people; keep coming back to your hotel and bringing more people with me. Outstanding job all the way around. Keep up the good work.
