Hotel was nice had one major problem housekeeping staff could not understand English and housekeeping manager had a hard time explaining to them how to clean and service our room .

The staff was very kind, but the room was musty, worn down and the carpet was just squares taped down in a poor manner. Definitely not worthy of the four points Sheraton name nor the price we paid. Also the restaurant closed early and it was a Saturday night. Just not a good experience....

Very clean. Hotel staff extreme nice. Ladies where very pretty. Rooms were fantastic. With comfortable beds. Pull out couch beds are also available.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. They have a bar and food on site. Good bartender and chef. Will stay again

Although I did not partake in staying at this establishment I had a great conversation with the bartender awesome guy he calls himself The alchemist I do plan on revisiting their bar great customer service there maybe lead to a night stay.

Nope. Never again. All the $$$ that was spent in the lobby and dining area should have been put towards renovating the rooms. They're awful....old and dirty with the smallest bathrooms.

When I was leaving they let people check in at 12:00 noon. When I came to check in, they would let me check in til 3 pm. When room was cleaned, it was halfway done. TV wasn't in working order so you could see what you were watching. Was not happy with my stay!!!

The room set up was nice but the bathroom was small and the shower door did not stay shut. The area that the hotel in is very questionable.

Just stayed with my boyfriend and the girl at check in last night was amazing and friendly. We're definitely coming back once they open the pool.

I had called ahead to ask when was check in time.3pm the front desk clerk said..however when I arrived at lil after 5pm.i was told there were no rooms.( I had made reservations). And would be out on list behind 2 other ppl and would be called when room can up..i tried to be patient was pressed for time for my event at 645pm..i made to pressure the female clerk to tell me plainly if they had to clean the rooms or what..so after 6pm a room was do finally available and she began to check me in but failed to tell me Before I swiped my card that there is a $50 incidental fee..i wouldn't have been so pissed if she had mentioned before hand. Oh and they don't take cash..long story short..i was very dissatisfied with checkin,I was late for an event, felt like I wasted my time..the hotel itself was beautiful and my room was clean and very nice.

The front desk needs to go back to training school!! They need to be thought how to show respect to the paying guests!!

A few inconveniences, they couldn't find my reservation when I arrived after a long travel day, and we all had to stand outside last night for a fire alarm from 1am till 2:20.
But one thing I can say...the food is good and Chef Jeremy and the bartender Adrien are super nice and accommodating..

Awesome hotel and honestly a sleeper! I absolutely loved the way my room was set up. Small living room when you open the door, that included a refrigerator, television, comfy couch, desk. Private bedroom with an awesome bed with huge windows for natural light and a nice bathroom. I absolutely loved my near two week stay here.

Four Points-Sheraton managers went out of their way to accommodate and assist our team while we were displaced due to Hurricane Dorian. The Managers, administrators and even the owners were extraordinary,..even making arrangements to transport our teams every 12 hrs to & from one of our sister hospitals-where our patients were staying after being evacuated. Cannot express our gratitude enough-thank you for stepping up and reminding all of us-how wonderful our America is....as you cared for us while we cared for our patients during Hurricane Dorian.

Room was not cleaned Saturday. When we returned at 630 PM, we were told no housekeeping was available and we could not have a different, cleaned room. My wife had to go to front desk seeking fresh towels. At 815, housekeeping showed up with more towels, wiped the counter and left. Friday, we asked for batteries or another remote control for the TV. None was available but we were promised that it would be replaced Saturday. Saturday evening, I went to front desk to get batteries or a remote. I was given what the front desk clerk called a universal remote that was supposed to work. It did not. We never did get a functioning remote. Hinges of bathroom door were rusted and disgusting. Shower water pressure was pathetic. Blackout curtains were ill fitted and let light in from parking area. We booked Feb 22 for a stay from 26-28 April and were promised "Suite, 1 Bedroom, Courtyard View". Instead, our room faced the parking lot and was noisy. The bartender was overwhelmed with 5 people and kept telling the same inane story of how to flick the vermouth out of a glass once for dry and twice for very dry. Bed was soft and pillows flat. WIFI was intermittent. Etc. etc., etc. We have stayed at this hotel twice with this visit: first and last!

This was a really nice place to stay. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was enjoyable

Very nice staff, very helpful & friendly. I gave it the ratings due to size of the suite & dark parking lot. The parking lot needs more lighting for safety purposes. Otherwise my stay was fine.

We planned to stay the full weekend until I saw this myself. Their groundmen must have been laid off and the housekeepers are on constant break. No presence seen since. This is not Marriott standards at all! I am appalled. Our room was not sterilized or throughly cleaned. The room had a weird smell. People walked around the building without wearing mask smoking all around the building. When my wife went to speak to the GM she was rude and gave excuses she would not even addressthe issues. We will not be returning. Given the current status of the world during this pandemic you would think that cleanliness would be their top concern.

Good service, friendly staff, clean rooms. Overall very positive.

Very good place to stay if on business. Well equipped gym which even has yoga equipment and space! Rooms are clean. My only complaint would be not enough coffee in room, lol! 2 pks (cups) not enough and when asked to replenish with extra on 2nd day still only got 2, which Is ok cause they do have it in lobby.

Nice place. First room was not clean however I spoke with the Manager and he had me immediately moved and was blown away and extremely pleased with the change to the second room. That's the only reason I had a 4 star rating here because of first impression. Great hotel. I'm a very visual person so I just couldn't get that first room out my mind but the fact the staff made me comfortable went a million miles with me. I will return for that reason.

Very plain exterior. OK interior. OK cleanliness.

Terrible service. We reported an issue that we had with not having cold water in the sink three times and were assured each time that it would be fixed soon. It wasn't. Instead they somehow decided we would want our safe code reset and that would somehow make us forget about the water issue (they didn't tell us about this either and we wasted the next hour trying to get the darn thing opened).

No apologies. Never resolved our issue.

Will not stay here again.

The staff were accommodating in a difficult situation... Facilities are inviting... Decent bar and pool... Rooms have living rooms with separate bedrooms creating a cool scene... Stay if you have a chance...

Decent room but shower and tile showed age with scuff marks. Good location. No free breakfast.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff. The toilet ran non-stop. Although we requested a crib when booking the room, they did not have any available that weren't broken upon check-in.

Sink barely drained and the heater didn't work the bedroom was warm but the living room was cold

While traveling for work I stayed one night here. The next day I woke up COVERED in bed bug bites. The hotel did confirm with me later that they did have an exterminator come out and that they indeed had bed bugs. I've never felt so DISGUSTED!

Very Unprofessional STAFF ! I booked a room online for 109$ taxes everything came up to 125$ something around that price , I THOUGHT i was paying for a balcony room , which coming to the hotel i fount out that i wasn t and it was another upsize charge , i told them no thanks and i would like my refund , which was on the 21st . And that it would take 5-7 business days ... no ! They took my money and I ve made several attempts to talk to a manger to get my money back/ see what s wrong with thier system , but all I m gettting is put on hold for long periods of time and bs

Nicely appointed, accommodated my room request at check in, all rooms are suites, with spacious bedrooms, separate living rooms, and a TV in each. Mini fridge and microwave in room, restaurant in lobby (I didn't eat there, so cannot comment on the bill of fare). The only knock is it's location requires a rather roundabout trek if you are approaching from the north, and the parking is pretty scarce if you're room is near the east side entrance.

Jeremy and the morning team were very courteous and pleasant even when the dining room was being temporarily relocated.

The hotel is nice with friendly staff but just the small stuff is worth paying attention to...like someone else body hair in the shower and sink...gross!

Not up to standard of Sheraton/Marriott. A lot of chipped paint on room furniture toilet set was very loose. Hallways smelled of marijuana. Outdated

This place is amazing anyone staying here will love it I promise you that!!

Nice hotel, recently remodeled. Every room is a suite, with a bedroom (king or 2 queen beds) and a sitting room (queen pullout sofa). Kitchenette has a refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom is divided so the toilet and tub/shower are in a closed off area, while the sink is in another are. Room is spacious, and pretty clean. Only complaints are that there was a dirty washcloth left behind in the shower, and the pool was closed during our stay because it was being remodeled (so it should be super nice in the future). The staff at the front desk were very friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Room was dirty on check in. Reported to manager. Next day after returning to motel, found both of our room cards had been cancelled. Also saw cockroaches in the halls. Not staying here again.

If I could give it a zero I would, this hotel charge me an extra night after I checked out. I tired to talk with someone at the hotel and was kept on hold for over an hour. Worst customer service ever!!! Stay away and use a different hotel! Don t waste your time with this one!!!

As property was recently renovated all furniture was new. The room was fresh and clean. Suites are equipped with small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I would ve gave them a few more stars if it wasn t for the service I received after I checked out of this hotel. When I first arrived they charged me a total of $109. But a few days later a get another charge of $129. When I ve already checked out and back home for the weekend. Contact the property and the lady who said she was the manager hung up on me about 3 times. She told me they didn t have anything showing that they charged me twice. I had to screen shot my mobile banking account and email it to her to show her where they are over charging people. This is a huge inconvenience as it is cyber Monday and my bank account is now the negative. They are taking their time to respond back which is very rude as if it was there money that was missing they would be upset. Plus the price they charged us $129 was not worth the stay. They should lower it. Some places in the hotel just smelled bad, elevator was filthy, hotel looks nice on the outside but inside is not all that. Plus tv that was in our living room area the sound on it did NOT work. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Nice grounds, nice rooms with an office area and separate bed area. Staff is friendly. Coffee is good ha.

The hotel was a complete surprise. We booked it last minute through expedia for $75 a night. I didn't expect much, but I was blown with the customer service and the condition of the room. It was immaculate in every way. I really enjoyed my stay, and I definitely will stay again.

The pillows were super soft, and the mattress was as firm as a brick. You can tell the hotel has been renovated, but it already appears somewhat worn. The cleanliness of the room was ok. I could smell someone smoking weed in another room at some point. All of the staff seemed pleasant enough. I probably would not stay here again.

This place is a diamond in the rough. Great staff and drinks! Our was clean and well stocked.

Room next door was watching war movies all night long until about 5:30 AM. Contacted front desk two times. Nothing could be done because guest would not answer the door for security or answer the phone. Suffice it to say they could not do anything and my night sucked.

Everything was wonderful...the staff assisred us in our accomidations, but missed the bedding for the pull out couch bed! Make sure you locate the bedding bag for extra bed space.
The food here is very good! All you can eat, somewhat limited in what was brought out!

They were renovating the pool when I was there. Wish they would have told me ahead if time. Rooms were very nice though.

Just missing an indoor pool. Great location near midtown. Easy access to multiple points within Raleigh. No exec lounge amenities. Too cold out for the pool which looked awesome. Loved the two bedroom suite with lounge sofa setup. Overall everything looked neat and clean throughout the hotel. Accept for one washcloth that had a lot of short hairs stuck to it... happens.. looked laundered. Little fridge, nice wardrobe closet, plenty of drawer space. Comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the hotel.. just don't forget your toothbrush! LOL.. when did hotels stop carrying them? Great restaurants within the area and very close to a mall. Access to the hotel was a bit annoying.. entrance is off a split road, so easy on hotel side to enter, a little more difficult from the far road. Had to drive a mile t do a u-turn. Crazy traffic on the road! Not for the meek! If you have or need milk for coffee, bring your own! We used star points for the stay. Did not avail ourselves of the bar or gym.. I think the bar serves food also.. we didn't eat at the hotel.. 10 dollars for scrambled eggs or two eggs and toast seamed over priced. Though a lot of hotels where you can dine in are getting crazy expensive like that. Not sure why.. that's why we prefer hotels with exec lounges.. Actually makes you feel like a preferred guest! Oh yeah! Ladies running this place are soo helpful and friendly. CUDOS to the management.. would recmoment to stay..

This hotel sucks for real! They denied my application because I'm black & I recently put a application in and they called me in for a interview and remind u it's only Hispanic workers work there n remind u again the general manager Hispanic. Knowing they can't speak English! The thing is the black lady at the front desk said just to let you know they don't hire black people.. Smh y is that!?

The place has some age on it and has been renovated, but the bones are still old. The morning breakfast was disorganized and would be better as self serve for beverages. The team seemed overloaded.

Beautiful Room, I stay on the side with balcony with pool view. The whole hotel is beautiful.

Old filthy Hotels that was repainted and had miscellaneous other attempts at face lifts.. the carpets are loaded with gross stains EVERYWHERE! this is an UNSAFE LOCATION Combined with a way overpayment for the night..

The room was so comfortable. From the softness of the bed to the spacious shower. They offered a buffet styled breakfast that you have to pay for but it's a reasonable price. The staff were more than accommodating. I'd definitely visit again.

It was really nice. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Despite the hotel being full there was more than enough parking. We expected the room to be a studio style with a pullout couch but we're pleasantly surprised it was set up like a one bedroom apt. It also had the convenience of having two TV's allowing the kids watch one and the adults the other. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Four Points Sheraton was perfect for our Raleigh visit. It was very clean. Staff was very helpful. We were allowed to check in early, before 12, and stayed in the pool area all afternoon.
