I had called ahead to ask when was check in time.3pm the front desk clerk said..however when I arrived at lil after 5pm.i was told there were no rooms.( I had made reservations). And would be out on list behind 2 other ppl and would be called when room can up..i tried to be patient was pressed for time for my event at 645pm..i made to pressure the female clerk to tell me plainly if they had to clean the rooms or what..so after 6pm a room was do finally available and she began to check me in but failed to tell me Before I swiped my card that there is a $50 incidental fee..i wouldn't have been so pissed if she had mentioned before hand. Oh and they don't take cash..long story short..i was very dissatisfied with checkin,I was late for an event, felt like I wasted my time..the hotel itself was beautiful and my room was clean and very nice.
