Lots of room! Very clean! Great location! Just wish we would have had a bath tub for our 3 year old.

This four points Sheraton is near an industrial area that does not have the best community around it. no fault of the hotel but make sure your car stays locked. As far as the inside of the hotel it's okay. A little older but they seem to maintain it nicely. My complaint primarily was the inability to keep a group of young people, about a hundred, from screaming up and down the Halls from 10 p.m. at night until 1 a.m. in the morning. While they stated they had a security guard he wasn't really security he was to be a young man walking around. He didn't do a very good job and so the kids ran amok most of the night. If you're going to stay at a Sheraton four points level hotel, I wouldn't suggest this one is your best option

Stay far away from this place. No no no no! Dump. Just dingy please no. Never again.

I received amazing service from the front desk staff. I arrived early and was not able to check in but they allowed me to use the restroom to change, the gym to work out, and even kept my bags at the front desk so I wouldn t have to put them back in much car. When I got done, it was still about 10mins til checkin and Tameka Nichole very nicely offered to go ahead and give me a room. She was very friendly and helpful! She also gave me a great recommendation for a Peruvian chicken place nearby. Your front desk staff seems to go above and beyond, and the property is in great condition! Loved the gym!

I really like that they had wonderful security in uniform roaming the halls. It's not a bad area but I just made me feel safe. I told security if shout them out so here goes. Thank for making feel safe integrity protection services public safety.

loved the suite with living room and bedroom, Comfy beds, and clean rooms. The on-site bar and restaurant was very good as well. It is an awesome place to stay . Hotel Staff was nice as well. I will stay here again on future visit.

I visited here on the first weekend in October. When I pulled up to the place the location was ok. Its not worth the money per night here. I ordered a room with a balcony through booking. com and I think the reservations isn't 100% guaranteed when you check in. The receptionist didn't show good customer service when I did arrive there . I wasn't pleased with her attitude. I can't remember her name but I wouldn't go back there. The room was very nice and clean but its not worth the price for what I've paid for. The water doesn't get hot and the water fills up in the bathub so I wasn't impressed with that.
The only thing I liked was the mall isn't far and there some pretty good restaurants around.

Check in took longer that I would've liked. Staff just seemed uninterested. Hotel lobby was nicely appointed. Room was oddly configured but comfortable and clean.

Spacious clean rooms. Easy check in and out. Room service available. Bar and restaurant in the hotel. Delivery services comes to the room door. Lots of close shopping and eateries.

This Sheraton doesn t live up to the Marriott brand. The pool is nice but the building is showing signs of wear. During COVID the bar and restaurant are closed which look to be the only renovated areas. There was a fire alarm at 1:00 am the night we stayed with no explanation from management on what happened or any guidance during the event. At some point we all just collectively decided it was ok to go back into our rooms. There are random doors that should be doors but are blocked or the panic bars don t work. The pool gate slaps so loud it echoes and instead of fixing it they just added some pads to the metal parts which doesn t work. Smells like smoke and guests were not following the no smoking policy. In our room, the carpet floor tiles were not secured to the ground so they came up easily and were tripping hazards. I found a hair stuck to the door and some suspicious looking brown marks next to the toilet paper. Overall, it s fine if your just stopping in and need a place to crash for the night but it could do much better with some cleanup.

Decent hotel. Needs some work. Older. Although looks like they are trying to make improvements. Staff was great.

Absolutely loved staying here. Spent 2 days here after hurricane Florence, I have just a few little issues. The coffee has such a weird taste and leaves a strange aftertaste, the powdered creamer makes it taste like burnt chocolate lol, bring your own creamer to solve that issue! Second is the thermostat battery was dead on arrival. Apart from the little problems it's definitely a great hotel to stay in . The suite is amazing

The worst part was the cockroach in the middle of the night. At least I only saw one in the 4 night stay

Front desk was very accommodating and friendly, room was just ok. One of the very few places I felt comfortable sleeping under the covers.
All the vents had black dust on them, with a weird moldy lemon smell.

Checked in 9/29/17 early & went to take a nap removing the maids indicator that bed has been changed. Pulled bed comforter & sheets back to find hair on fitted as well as flat sheets. Then summons front desk.

Okay hotel but not very clean. Nice staff but poor maintenance. Small refrigerator was broken, requested it to be fixed and never happened.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. I was a guest there for 2 months and never had any major issues. The rooms are nice and the housekeeping staff was good at always keeping it clean. There's plenty of space to keep your clothes so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. The breakfast is a bit lackluster without much variety and the breakfast staff seems a bit overworked so you could be left waiting a while if you need something. The restaurant food is surprisingly good and the bartender is very knowledge and attentive. The location isn't the best and it tends to feel a bit unsafe if you're walking around after dark, but there's a lot of places to eat within walking distance as well as a grocery store.

It was good for hockey tournament and I had enough fun I slept well the beds are so comfy and fell asleep so fast

Our room was filthy when we checked in. Sticky desk and remote. Carpet tiles coming off the floor, broken blinds. We got 1 bed when I booked a room with 2.

Front desk clerk was sympathetic, wrote down my concerns but did nothing to address them. Just explained the hotel was very old.

I checked out after 1 night and moved to a Hilton. The place felt unsafe and reeked of vape.

I m shocked this is a Marriott property.

The staff is friendly and the service has been wonderful. The location is a bit shady but itd right on the street with plenty of restuarans and attractions. Definitely a place to come while visiting.

For the price it's great! Room was small, and you could tell building was old. Bathroom was really small. But it was still nice with Sheraton-quality comfy beds, etc. The front desk was super nice and upgraded our room. There is a smaller all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet with all the basics plus a few things. (Bacon, eggs, sausage, home fries, fruit, etc) and the price was $8 if buy ticket at check-in and $10 if buy there. Great deal! Big pool and huge outdoor lounging section.

Great new hotel! All rooms are suites and the staff are great! Did the MAGC program while staying here .. haven't received my points yet, but other than that everything was great. Staff handled a situation that occurred with my families reservations during check in very well. The inside view of the pool is great !!

The beds are super comfortable. Pillows are soft. Spacious room with balcony. Room service available. Convenient to all sides of Raleigh. Will stay again

Front Desk crew were spot on and very friendly. These women were on point. Bartender was friendly an professional qw they come. Nice rooms.

Wifi was non-existent. Clearly a running issue as when brought to the attention of the front desk, one employee walked away quickly (classic oh god not another person complaining about this) while the other employee told me they are resting the router. Still no wifi. Recently renovated, so pretty clean from that standpoint, however there were parts of the room that didn't get cleaned, such as the dusty railing above the bed (with previous guests fingerprints visible!) and behind the bathroom door and previous guests hair on the inside of the shower door. Check-in was easy, friendly front desk employee. Room was quiet.

Don't be deceived by first impressions! My initial thought was that I had made a huge mistake booking here.. After getting checked in though, these fears were quickly put to rest.

The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing (I did not catch her name). She was very professional, but at the same time really made me feel like a friend, and not a customer.

There are plenty of amenities including a nice pool (still closed but I imagine it's nice, it looks nice :D) a restaurant, bar, guest laundry and fitness center. I am most disappointed with the fitness center, if anything. I'm sure it would be more than adequate for most, but does not suit my need. This is no fault of the hotel, but a result of my lifestyle (bodybuilding).

The bartender (it's such a disservice to refer to him in this way) was incredible. I believe he may be a bit of a beer savant, to be perfectly honest. I rarely, if ever, drink but enjoyed a nice draft and was provided an exceptional amount of detail for my drink. It was not the kind of conversation where you wish they would shut up and let you drink, I was being treated to his wisdom which led to recommendations locally.

Really there were only two issues for me during my stay. The first day, the hallway smelled like someone farted and it would not go away (not the case on day 2 and 3) and one of the vending machines robbed me of $2..

Plenty of local eateries in the area, and not a bad distance from the airport (30 minutes during 5PM traffic). I look forward to visiting again.

I do not have any complaints about my stay ! The staff was great! If I can remember correctly the front desk lady Uniqua was very very kind and helpful to me. I was not at all familiar with the area and she was there to answer every question. I ate inside at the restaurant the server I believe named Lexi? was very polite as well. She was very busy in the morning but still made sure the guest had everything they needed plus more. I highly recommend this hotel! Also housekeeping was on point!
