I would ve gave them a few more stars if it wasn t for the service I received after I checked out of this hotel. When I first arrived they charged me a total of $109. But a few days later a get another charge of $129. When I ve already checked out and back home for the weekend. Contact the property and the lady who said she was the manager hung up on me about 3 times. She told me they didn t have anything showing that they charged me twice. I had to screen shot my mobile banking account and email it to her to show her where they are over charging people. This is a huge inconvenience as it is cyber Monday and my bank account is now the negative. They are taking their time to respond back which is very rude as if it was there money that was missing they would be upset. Plus the price they charged us $129 was not worth the stay. They should lower it. Some places in the hotel just smelled bad, elevator was filthy, hotel looks nice on the outside but inside is not all that. Plus tv that was in our living room area the sound on it did NOT work. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
