Sheraton Four Points Capital Review

The only thing I didn't like, to pay that much money and the meals wasnt free, that's something u should think about!!

The room was great. Nice 2 room suite and the bed was very comfy.

Surprisingly good. Actually got upgraded for my 10k a year spending with Marriott, nice pool, new TV, and everything works. Certainly better than my most recent Sheraton stays

The room was very outdated. The furniture was not in the best condition. We waited like 30 minutes before the heat started to work and we had to turn it all the way up to 90 degrees. . and my biggest issue was the smell of weed throughout the hotel.

Very big room and has its own separate bedroom, the bed was very comfortable you have two TVs in the hotel room, they do have a refrigerator and a microwave, they have food downstairs and also a bar. We really enjoyed our stay the only thing that I would say I didn't like it is sometimes you can smell smoke in the room.

Great quite, place. Water pressure wasn't great, but overall great.

I would've given them 5 stars, but it was difficult finding front desk staff when we needed them. Everything esle was lovely. I enjoyed my stay here.

Right off of the highway which is a pro in general and a con depending on which room you get. Rooms are modern and spacious. Employees are helpful and accommodating. The reasons this facility loses a star is due to check in time starting so late especially with how many locations allow midday check-ins these days. Additionally the food is not the best, and a bit on the pricey side.

The rooms are great felt like a little apartment without the stove. King size room closed off w sliding door. 2 TVs, refrigerator and microwave. Living room space. Unfortunately pool is close but this place I do recommend.

The surrounding area is a bit run down but the room was nice

Clean hotel. Looks to have a fairly new remodel. My room was a suite and very large. If doing business in North Raleigh don't overlook. I booked on gov rates as I was on business in the area so I can't comment on the rates.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and shower was decent. Granite counter in the bathroom was nice as was the coffee maker with coffee and tea. I didn't turn on the TV in my room but my coworker's TV in the front sitting room didn't work. The dresser drawers were difficult to open. The A/C unit in my first room was really loud and the heat didn't work, in my second room it was just loud but worked. I'll stay elsewhere next time.

Nice place. Lovely view. Rooms were spacious, clean and the atmosphere was great. Room service was fast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was available.Rates were very economical! Love this place! Surely recommend to everyone.

The hotel was very clean the staff was AMAZING... The rooms was very comfortable. Our room did not have a balcony but upon asking for a balcony they upgraded room and late check-out... I gave a four because we paid 10.00 for breakfast that you can get free from other hotels same items... But overall they stay was Great looking forward to returning soon Front desk ladies was AMAZING!!! Try it out if ever in the Raleigh area!!!

Horrible customer service once a problem occurs and you're not standing directly in their faces. Some of my items were stolen and removed from my room and left at the front desk all day for anyone to steal. Reservation was cancelled by the hotel but they played the blame game and never accepted responsibility. Being an spg member means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I will never stay at this or any starwood hotel ever again for that matter because of how I am being treated in the matter of trying to resolve my issue from almost three weeks ago!!! I don't want to give any stars but you have to check at least one to post this review. TERRIBLE

The "Best Brew" bar here earns it's name. Small, but well done. Their bartender is the key... he knows his local craft beers and is a wealth of knowledge. This is the perfect place to watch a hockey game!

Excellent service, comfy beds, good price, nice and clean room, and an overall enjoyable experience.

Rooms are nice. Highly recommend the bar when Adrian is working...he is awesome and really knows his craft beer. Great service!

The lobby, bar, conference room and kitchen area where all clean and up to date. Staff was friendly and helpful. I didnt see the rooms.

Booking.yeah! This hotel is excellent. The room layout is like a luxury suite.

Everyone was very nice upon check in and at the bar area. The hotel was very clean and updated. The bed was so comfy and the shower was clean. There was a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge in our 1 bedroom king suite. My only issue was parking and the area surrounding the hotel. They did have a security guard who walked the perimeter of the building but I had to run out to my minivan a few times at night to grab stuff and I was constantly looking over my shoulder. I didn't feel safe allowing the kids to go with me or alone which normally my 13 year old would be allowed to do.The hotel itself felt secure and we all slept great.

The room was clean. It appears this property was recently renovated. The location was not convenient. The staff was friendly, but they only had one person working the desk in the evening and in the morning.

Great hotel for a quick overnight stay. The room option with 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed is great for the family. The gym was basic, but had all new cardio equipment and TVs. We used points and cash for the stay, and it was well worth it. We had to switch rooms twice because the first room had a funny smell and then the sofa bed was broken in the second room. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating with switching our rooms. Clean lobby and great breakfast.

The young lady at the front desk named Tameka Nichole was fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure that my stay here was comfortable. You just don't find caring people like her anymore in the service industry. Thank you I will be back with my family because of her. Thank you again

Did not give us room we requested. They called twice to confirm that we wanted 2 queens and were told we only wanted 2 queens. When we arrived they gave us a king. Then fire alarm went off. It was a hoax they said. Patrons were trying to turn off alarms not staff. Never going back and left the hotel

Badly in need of an overhaul. Vents are disgusting. Poorly patched holes in the walls. One hand towel and two wash clothes haphazardly thrown on the rack. Immediate area around the hotel feels more than a little sketchy.

hotel, staff, rooms, beds. All excellent. Pillows are to soft. Ask for firm, foam pillows if you need neck support. AC units are loud. Pool is great. Microwave and fridge in room are great.

We REALLY had a pleasent stay. It was our 1st time staying at this brand. The rooms are HUGE clean and offer everything that you need. The staff had NO knowledge about the surrounding area due to 3 that we asked in 3 different departments were new to the job but very friendly.

Rooms: clean and updated. Everything you would need in a room. Small gripe that the ac vent was right next to the desk so speaker phone calls we're a bit rough. Location: good location easy to find, near enough to down town and where I needed to go. Parking: plenty of parking was easy to find a spot. Overall Hotel: looked like the bar and food we're good, I didn't have the chance to visit. The grounds and lobby we're clean and updated.

Great hotel. Only 2 complaints wich were minor. The first is the pool being closed on a 90 degred day. And the other was the extremely poor lighting in the parking lot. Not a safe feeling but actual room and hotel was great. Good location great staff. And a clean room.

OK, clean, room is slightly smaller, there is a pool in the atrium to play. There is a washing machine and the service staff is very kind.

There costumer service is so professional I would highly recommend them to train other hotel in the USA. Raleigh has made my vacation wonderful to the point I wish I could take this hotel back to New York and put it in the middle of Times Square and they rooms will fill up so quickly people would be on top of each other s head. even the sheets on the bed smell so refresh and vibrant , clean crisp sheets. the housekeepers everyone that cone and clean my room is so nice and work very hard and they are quick cleaners to. They smile at you here letting you know you are at the best hotel and is in good hands when you check in here. all the immunities you could ask for even a computer section. I s. glad my son knew about this hotel this is an Ace in a million hotel. the hotel and staff fit together to make it complete thanks everyone for your professional work.

Just a little disappointing for a Sheraton property...great staff (professional, welcoming, helpful)...clean, well appointed, nicely reconditioned rooms...reasonably priced for that market...but the public areas are not maintained well (the inside of the elevator door in the car I used had a very poor paint job and was badly dented in several places, the hallway from the elevator to my room seemed very dark, I passed by a vacuum cleaner that was left in the hallway near the elevator I used several times between the hours of 6:30 & 9:00 PM)...seemed jusr a little short of the usual standard for a Sheraton hotel.

Fairly nice hotel just a little dated. Food is good average price . Only complaint they didn't clean the parking lot during the snow storm in January and my girlfriend fell and bruised badly didn't apply salt to concrete for at least 24 hours.

The stay was absolutely horrible! I booked a suite, and boy was I in for a surprise. The room looked dirty, had bugs, and on top of it all, NO HOT WATER. I had to go to another suite to take a shower. If I were you, I would run. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

A man in a brown hat and dark shirt attempted to walk into my room at midnight over Labor Day weekend to tell me the system says my room should be empty and then asked for my first and last name. I am so thankful for the latch on the door. He would have walked right in if I didn t. I yelled for him to leave my door and called the front desk. She was laughing when she answered the phone and didn t seem alarmed and said she tried to call me first but she never called my room. I was scared and thought I was going to get kidnapped. Lady at front desk said it was a mistake . Later on that night around 1am we had to evacuate and walk down the stairs cause of an emergency . People and their small babies were outside at 1am and later because of the alert over the intercom telling us to evacuate and it was a very uncomfortable experience. I will NOT be staying here again.

Pretty good setup. If I'm nitpicking, ice/vending was tough to find, and no free breakfast. Everything else was great.

When driving up to this hotel, you get a little skeptical because of the area but it's really not bad! My boyfriend and I were welcomed by Tameka at the front desk and she was very kind and informative about the hotel. Her customer service is excellent and she was happy to help throughout our stay there. We stayed in a one bedroom, queen bed and the room was clean and spacious.

Recently had our 51st Family Reunion. We chose this Great hotel for our Family to stay in. The Manager was excellent and went over and beyond to make our stay memorable. Rooms are fantastic and so was the staff. wish every hotel stay was as nice as this one was.

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. For a completely full hotel, parking was not an issue. One improvement: Better sound proofing between rooms.

Staff was less than happy to be at work. Bed was hard, but didn t sleep terribly. Pillows were like pancakes. Definitely not up to the Sheraton standards expected. I was a bit surprised by the $20 charge for amenities . There weren t any amenities in this hotel that you can t get at a Marriott included in the price of your room. Wouldn t recommend as there are several better options located nearby.

Great room including a sleeping area as well as a sitting room. TVs in both rooms. Restaurant attached with reasonable prices. Pool right outside our window.

Arrived and no rooms available. Staff made no effort to assuage the situation. They were unavailable to provide any information regarding an estimated time that rooms would be available. While the staff were friendly, they were far less than helpful. I was basically just told to wait.

1st time here and i must say i like it. The only reason why its 4 stars is because they no serve breakfast but other than that no complaints

We stayed here this weekend for the Dixie deer Classic at the fair grounds. So convenient for us! The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and made sure we had a great stay. Rooms were beautiful & the beds are extremely comfortable. Will definitely return next year :)

Great hotel and a good location close to a lot of restaurants. For the price this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

Front desk is awesome! Adrian the bartender made my experience so much fun learned so much beer! The best part about our trip was breakfast! Chef Jackson is awesome gave us awesome food and the service was excellent Sabrina was amazing! Clean and inviting! Made feel at home SportCenter for the Kids and New and Weather for our Road trip. Would recommend if pass Thur!

Hotel needs updating. People working here very nice.

Recently renovated and every room is a suite which made it a pretty good bang for you buck.
