Very Unprofessional STAFF ! I booked a room online...

Very Unprofessional STAFF ! I booked a room online for 109$ taxes everything came up to 125$ something around that price , I THOUGHT i was paying for a balcony room , which coming to the hotel i fount out that i wasn t and it was another upsize charge , i told them no thanks and i would like my refund , which was on the 21st . And that it would take 5-7 business days ... no ! They took my money and I ve made several attempts to talk to a manger to get my money back/ see what s wrong with thier system , but all I m gettting is put on hold for long periods of time and bs
