Good luck sleeping in at this loud hotel!

This is a loud hotel in an even louder area of down town. Protests in the square to the north and construction across the street to the south. Maid and workers regularly yell down the hall. Maintenance was running a gas powered pressure washer inside making the gym unusable!

Turn around and find another hotel in a better part of Toronto (if there is).

The front desk line ups are long. It is a clean hotel but that s all I m giving it. I wish I stayed somewhere else.

Excellent location, friendly staff, awesome pool. Didn't have a room with a view but the view was still a nice city view towards city hall. Would stay again.

The pastries for breakfast were delicious. Meeting room was good.

Wouldn't make the top of my list to return to. The initial price is low but they get you anywhere they can. $15 a day for bad internet, $19 for good internet.

The offered "green services" where you don't get room service and it's green because you re-use your towels. We tried to say yes to reusing towels but just wanted to have the beds made and it was a no. Not so much of a "green plan" but a "less work" plan. Also the room had plastic cups wrapped in plastic.. I'm not confident they have a very green initiative.

The pool was alright but super cold and visible mold growth. The have it half open to the outdoors. If you're going to do this you need to hear the pool.. as even dipping in the indoor side was unbearable.

Plus sides were the gym- it's quite robust with lots of equipment.

The other would be the small cafe in the lounge. It operates as a Starbucks but it's not really. The staff here was delightful and the highlight of the hotel for me.

Location is also good. We were close to pretty much everything we needed. Twenty minute walks max to most attractions.

Great place would really recommend anyone stay there

I booked a room a few months ago for several days thinking nothing of it as I got a confirmation number. I get there after a long day to check in and they have totally different dates months away in their system for me, meanwhile I have my confirmation stating the proper dates. So I have to cancel my reservations in a few months (the mystery dates), and they just so "happened" to free up a room for me but it was triple the price. Checkmate Sheraton!!!!

Amazing pool and great location for a quick city getaway!

Very pleasant experience. Staff was super curtious and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The gym was great in the morning. Would definitely return.

Beautiful. Nice to see the ducks. I'm surprised they are not blue, with all the added blue dye to the water. Is that healthy for the ducks. Pretty to look at, but healthy,? Questionable!!!! Hmmm?

Our bed skirt was dirty and the air conditioning would not cool the room.

Had a parlor suite with 2 side rooms. Perfect amount of space for my family of 15. Other wise known as guys night;) The facilities were great and all was in good working order to provide us all with a great experience. Cheers.

GOOD LOCATION, NICE LOBBY AREA BUT LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Sheraton Centre has a very cool (literally) atrium that brings the snow in... fascinating for those from warmer climates.
The rooms are OK but the service is not really up to *sheraton standard* in my view.

Was here for a conference. The food is good. Ate lots of fish. Tasted fresh. And roasted lamb. That was good too.

Great hotel! I stay often for work events, conference room are well equipped. Rooms are nice. Great downtown locations. When I am here with family they always treat my kids great. It is a great hotel in downtown Toronto.

Great service with such a friendly staff! The pool was a bit cold even though it was a Indore and outdoor pool I feel like it just gets colder every year. Other then that great food and service, I would recommend it to others!

Great hotel; super clean, awesome location, friendly staff, comfortable beds. While checking in with my sister, we were offered to upgrade our one king bed to two queen beds for free which was lovely. The view was also super nice.

This hotel is located near everything. Super convenient to get to the mall and you other sites. Love how there's an underground walkway and mall to get to the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor connected heated pool.

The parking was not included, and I got $100 charged by the hotel, have no idea why (parking cost $50). the lobby is very cozy and the line on check-in/check-out is very long. like an airport not a hotel. very dissatisfied with this experience. Double the price with worst quality. The room has just minimal things like a motel, nothing luxurious about this hotel, maybe just its fame. I'm not gonna waste my money again on this kind of quality for this price. Highly overpriced!

I was at the Sheraton for a conference. The location of the Sheraton was excellent. The food was great. Breakfast was a buffet of eggs, sausage, fruit, ect. there were plenty of snacks provided and I had plenty of coffee, which was refreshed so it was never cold or sour During lunch, food was delicious and service was timely. The only complaint I had was that the valet was a nightmare. A car was left blocking traffic for 10 minutes and nobody could find the keys to move it. We ordered the car in advance but they did not go to get it untill we got to the desk. The guys were polite and were clearly working hard but it was very disorganized.

Went for the Toronto Shoe Exchange. Great location and plenty of parking!

The staff that helped me was very quick and professional in their services. The public areas were air conditioned, but they could have better air circulation.

Great amenities. Staff are good. Some issues with our group bookings but the hotel is great.

Clean, organized, great place for a casual getaway. Great indoor/outdoor pool and lots of free amenities upon request.

Excellent location in downtown Toronto. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was no mini fridge/bar in the room, and no vending machine in the building (I asked a couple staff members). Both mornings of my stay, I was awoken by the loud conversations of housekeeping staff in the hallways.

Went to a day long conference at the Sheraton, impressed by the high ceiling in the basement room. Catered food was not great.

Stopped by the Sheraton bar BnB to meet a few friends for a drink. The atmosphere was quite pleasant and the proximity to Nathan Phillips Square was excellent. The local craft beer selection was a bit sub par for my liking but acceptable considering the nature of the restaurant. The wait staff was friendly and properly attentive. I should note that despite not having children, the children's table looked amazingly equiped with an array of games, puzzles and craft supplies.

Everything was absolutely perfect during our group stay.
House keeping always did a great job.
The room service was excellent.
The hotel itself is located right downtown. There is an underground path system that can get you to alot of places without having to go outside at all!

Hotel itself is beautiful inside with friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is that the pool claims to be heated but it was freezinggg. One of the main reasons I booked was for the pool and on a day where its only 22 degrees out it'd be nice if the pool was actually heated. The waterfall and garden area is beautiful and a nice area to sit and relax

5 nights at work. There is no refrigerator in the room, and it is necessary to bring it on request. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was so low that I had a cold. Location is convenient to be connected to shopping mall underground. The outdoor pool at the Fit Center is unusually 25 meters from the hotel pool and can swim in the middle of winter.

Being part of the invictus 2017 team, our home base is at the Sheraton Centre. We are occupying the 3rd floor convention centre along with half the rooms. The conference rooms are large with plenty of work space. We do get catered food and drinks. While the work space is nice the food and beverages need some work. Coffee and hot water are always either empty or tepid at best. The food are just run of the mill sandwiches along with packaged chips. Will see how catering works out next few days and update

The reason for visit was to admire the interior design of the building. It located in the best place in Toronto which attracts alot of guests and customers.

I was surprised that there are no fridges in the room, you have to ask for them.

Our stay has been excellent. Facilities and room first class. Two members of staff assisted us when I had enquiries to make and were very helpful. Brian was one and unfortunately I didn't get the name of the second member of staff when she checked the phone number I had for our transfer company when I was unable to get through to them. They had given me the number. I will certainly recommend the Sheraton Centre to family and friends.

Almost every year we have a big conference in this hotel and I have a very bad experience of reception. More than 200 people take part in the conference but the way they serve food is terrible. there is a big lineup for dinner but just very small tables of food and dessert which makes a chaos and mess in the hallway and people drop food on each other's head and clothes to be able to get a little food. The waiters behave so cheap and check on people not to drink more than one cup of coffee or tea which is so rude to us. We pay for the whole thing but they are so disrespectful to us. I am so sorry for this way of serving people.
