I came for a meeting in one of the office buildings and the staff there were absolutely amazing. Told me where exactly to go... which elevator and everything.

I really enjoyed staying at Sheraton. There was a parfum in my room that smelt so good. For sure I'll go back.

Nice place to come chill and enjoy some a.c., access down the escalator to tons of shops in the path, the water in the atrium is dyed blue for some odd reason, and alot of the trees in there are dead or dying. Could use some work. Ducks are cute though

It was a very beautiful and clean hotel. It s situated perfectly in downtown Toronto, which made getting around the downtown core easily. It was literally walking-distance to my locations. I took out a star, because I felt that there wasn t an eatery that opened late in the hotel, especially for guests, such as myself, who checked-in late in the evening. I resorted to eating from a food truck that was parked on the side of the hotel. In addition, the restaurant that was in the hotel was quite pricey, in my opinion. Overall, it was a pleasant stay though.

Well located, our room was located near the lifts = very noisy, we heard the mechanical system ..., the prices of drinks at the bar of the hotel are very high, the cleanliness of the room disappointed us. The pool is very good with half inside and half outside. The gym is perfect.

Hotel is ok... service like replenishment of room stuff was not good initially but they sort it out once I highlighted...overall ok

They have kept it modern over the years and its centrally located

The rooms are always clean, and the staff has always been kind. The breakfast is expensive however. best off to eat across the street. There are a lot of restaurant options near by

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Centre Toronto. The sauna was my personal highlight, but the food was great also. My friend even bought a charm from one of the small shoos downstairs. the people were all really friendly and helpful. There were some issues with the wifi but the staff managed it to work. The room was clean and quite modern, the bed was super comfortable. Great place, will visit you again :)

Quite expensive even by CA standard but also high quality

I have stayed here several times. This hotel is well located, near the Eaton's Centre, hospital row, Four Seasons Centre, the financial district, and the theatre district. Even though the were three conventions going on at the hotel and the lobby was very busy, the room was quite. Rooms are quite nice.

Arrived to pick up a friend but was treated very nicely by the staff from the door to the lady at the front desk, the hotel seems to be very well kept and from what my friend says the rooms are very clean and comfortable

Have stayed for business and personal visits to Toronto. Location is great, parking chaos happens with the limited parking. Rooms have always been fine.

Very good and very central congress hotel, with underground passageways to various venues. Good for cold temperatures.

Inside was beautiful and well kept. Pool was nice as well

My cousins and I spent the weekend and our experience exceeded our expectations. We were offered an upgrade to club level for a very reasonable price. I was celebrating my birthday and we were given a bottle of wine and a fruit plate. We had a beautiful high floor room that was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff seemed to go out of their way to help from Anastasia at the Bonvoy desk, to Evi in the club lounge who assisted my cousin who is gluten free, to Binium who went and found me a deck of cards. Food in the lounge was plentiful, fresh and tasty. Views cannot be beat. Location perfect to take in a play. Loved Sting in The Last Ship. Sheraton Centre is a real gem in downtown Toronto

Hotel and staff are great. However awareness about eateries and transportation is often incorrect or not known

Beautiful hotel convenient to so many things to do in Toronto. Has various parking lots around the hotel and has some shops in the basement which is convenient.

I always come here for events and the catering is always very good. The facility is pretty great.

Rooms we not well cleaned and there was mold in the bathrooms. The service was not friendly and the pool was freezing cold. No fridges in the rooms and you could tell they were cutting corners everywhere to save money. Disappointing stay overall, Sheraton used to be a brand you could count on.

Great centrally located hotel. Connected to the path system for easy and warm access to Union station or Eaton Center. Lobby area has been nicely renovated, rooms clean, staff courteous. It's a great place to stay downtown Toronto.

Stayed here for my birthday a couple years ago, and other than some confusion at the front desk, everything was perfect! love this place. everyone is so nice :)

Location is great, right in downtown Toronto - just across City Hall. With that, it has great view of Nathan Phillips Square. Service is great too.

I was so happy with this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, it's like a 5 minute walk to the Eaton centre, it's right around the corner from the CN tower and Ripley's, making it ultra convenient for whatever you want to do. The breakfast at b&b was wonderful, we had the breakfast buffet and everything was delightful. The room was very quaint and had floor-to-ceiling windows on one wall, from the 31st floor we could see everything! I don't have one complaint about are stay and would definitely recommend for others!

Awesome location. We always stay here when we come to the city. Love the view of Nathan Phillips Square! Was awesome for new years eve this year.
