Location is great, connecting to the underground path network so you don't have to go outside in the winter. Room was quite nice with a well functioning and quiet heater. Service was also generally pleasant. The part that could be better was technology: the phone was usually not really working when I tried calling reception from the room, and the process for signing up to wifi was quite clunky, requiring me to pay for wifi even though my rewards membership means that I should get it free. The people downstairs explained apologetically that I have to buy the wifi but as long as my rewards number is registered to my room, I won't be charged. This is in fact what happened, but is a pretty bad user experience, hence the one star deduction.

The view from our room was fantastic. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. Room service was tasty. The room was spacious and the staff were great. Close enough to walk to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Fancy and clean, great staff and a convenient location. There's direct access to the underground PATH system with plenty of restaurants and shopping out of the weather. Very comfy beds and nicely appointed rooms.

I really liked this hotel!! Our room wasn't as clean as it should've been but they were nice and accommodated us for that! Otherwise, very nice and clean place in a great location. Walking distance to the mall, restaurants, and clubs. Across the street from the Toronto sign. I would always stay here!

Had an amazing weekend here. The views are great and it's close to everything downtown. Staff are helpful and professional. The facilities are elegant and well maintained. Lots to see and do and eat nearby. We can't wait to come back.

Best service ever. Ian (in housekeeping?) made heroic efforts to accommodate my disabled friend, offering a choice of rooms, volunteering an extra mattress when the bed was too low, taking it away cheerfully when it proved too tall. Housekeeping was excellent. They never disturbed us, but somehow the room was always perfect. And unlike everywhere else we've stayed, they didn't redistribute our pillows from our preferred arrangement. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Nice experience, nice rooms. Its flaw is the pool, which I think is kept pretty bad, like a kind of garage. Located right in the center, a rather bare structure as it is all gray and about 45 stories high. In front of it we can find the famous writing Toronto.

Great location in the heart of Toronto with access to City Hall and Nathan Philips Square directly across the street, and a short few minutes walk to Eaton Centre for some quality shopping. If you are parking, I suggest parking across the street at City Hall as it is much much cheaper than parking at the hotel.

Hotel is good. Room is very clean. My biggest complain the Wi-Fi quality. 1. Its not free and even as a member its a pain to connect to it 2. Its so slow! I get a better internet service in third world countries

I resided in this hotel for 3+ years, I have been a loyal customer since 1986 but have lost interest in this hotel with the closure of Traders lounge & The Winter Palace restaurant

This is normally a great hotel but after I was put in a giant hospitality suite to entertain a group of 8, we got a noise complaint. The front desk put a lady with a baby to a connecting room of a giant suite. Use your brain front desk. My evening was ruined because of some night manager named Brent on a power trip. A horrible front man to the Sheraton name, especially the downtown toronto location. Can't imagine I will be back. The Hilton offers a comparable stay right across the street.

Also was given a very hard time by the Valet. Took 20 minutes to get through the line and then they ding you over 50 bucks plus tip to park. At $50 plus a car, I believe you could afford 3 or 4 extra valet attendants to speed up the process. When leaving, my car is normally ready when I need it because I tip $20 when I come in, normally would get you quick, prompt service but in this case I was 15 minutes. At that time I just decided to walk to my car and meet the guy and I'll take care of myself. Again at the price of parking; 3 extra attendants at 20/hr is only 1 car a hour you loose but you are making your guests way happier. Just listen to the horns from people waiting if you don't know what I mean.

Rented a suite for my birthday and the experience was amazing! The view from the hotel was gorgeous and Eaton Center, Nathan Philips Square etc, were close! :) it was very spacious and the beds were comfy and clean! The price was very reasonable and staff was very organized and nice.

Would definitely recommend and come again.

Highly recommend the Club level rooms if you have two people sharing. Morning breakfast, afternoon hors 'd'oeuvres, and free WiFi make it worth it. The hotel is newly renovated and is now bright and clean (just don't look under the furniture).

Friendly & efficient! If you're a frequent business Traveler they make an effort to recognize you and take care of you as a reward for your loyalty. Have enjoyed many pleasant stays at this property & always look forward to returning!

Great place to stay in Toronto for business travelers. Smacking right in the middle of downtown. Close to Bay Street (Wall Street of Canada), right in front of the City Hall, close to Ontario Parliament and Osgoode Hall. While mostly occupied by business people on weekdays, it's tourists on weekends, especially in summer time. Close to many downtown events. Subway station is with in 5 mins of walking. Streetcar and bus stop is right in from of the hotel. If you an artist (any kind) and looking to stay, this maybe a nice option, because it's right on Queen Street.

Hotel has huge lobby, multiple restaurants, plenty of meeting rooms for small meetings to large convensions & exhibitions, access to concourse level (Toronto's undergroung city within a city)

Nice hotel with good facilities.

Nice hotel with good facilities.
The rates are on the high end, but everything in the area is expensive.
Recommend parking underground across Queen street.
Very close to many of Toronto's attractions and convenient to public transit.

I only visited the Sheraton briefly for a drink with my dad. We went to the hotel's main bar, B&B. We ordered rye & soda and were served promptly. This place is exactly what you'd expect from a downtown hotel/conference bar. Nothing special or trendy, but nothing wrong with it either.

Loved this hotel s proximity to everything! It s right across from my favorite place to eat - the Assembly Chef s Hall. We walked to all our activities: the Tall Ship Kajima, Segway tour of the brewery district, the movie theater, 360 Restaurant at CN Tower, Cineplex Cinemas Yonge-Dundas and Scotia Bank arena. The hotel offered us lounge access upgrade for approximately $30USD per room/per day (breakfast, evening hors d oeurves, water, tea, coffee). Definitely worth it, but my family didn t enjoy the food selection. The food was just ok. But they serve Starbucks coffee so that was a plus.
