It's just fine. It's in the city. I did not have a pool when I went. Are they just a little humanistic rather than well-trained staff? I can meet the staff.

Very good hotel, good location and excellent service! Room not great but it's the job. Fitness A + and outdoor pool. The business lounge at 43rd is exceptional, probably one of the best I've visited in Canada !!

Nice central location. Amazing staff. Club lounge is great.

Meeting room layout is hard to navigate, got lost a few times because of lack of signage but the hotel is very nice.

Location downtown, opposite City Hall, front desk service is very good, security is strict, breakfast is rich

The hotel is good. But they shouldn't be so cheap eg. Charging for local calls and even to call to the front desk, mini fridge delivery charges, WiFi which you need to pay for.

My go to hotel in Toronto. Central, access to the underground, a wide variety of rooms, classy business lounge. My favourite part about this hotel is the full length swimming pool that is open year round. Gym is great too.

The rooms are fairly dated. The club lounge is nice and the location is very good though.

They have a tv in the lobby waiting area that's so potato quality and it is hooked up to free antenna cp24. Guests deserve some HD quality in 2020.

Not very hospitable the staff just stare at you. Nobody greets you there.

Quiet and peaceful. The lobby area felt spacious and clean. It was easy find entrance from street.

Always like Starbucks wherever they are. My green tea latte is a bit expensive. Hope can drop the prices by half or give out some discount or free cup coupons.

Stopped into the bar for drinks after the show. Stagg were great, decor was nice but even with only a dew guests in the place it was loud. Got much louder as guests arrived. Mice, mot quiet.

We were pampered, had a reasonable upgrade which included free breakfast and snack bar lounge access as well, to top it up we got a free movie as a gift , wow ,we were impressed, we will be back ,great place to stay and spend some quality time , cheers

Stayed when I came here for a work conference. Rooms were clean and service was great. Checking in was quick and the check-in attendant even took a couple minutes to chat. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. Need a bit more firm pillows and that would ve made the experience perfect. Great job and would definitely recommend a stay here.

We were in the Sheraton lobby for a corporate gathering and from the brief interaction with the hotel staff I can say that they were courteous and pleasantly greeted the guests.

The rooms clean, the beds comfortable, from the 8th floor onwards very good view.

Terrible customer service by management. The concierge and housekeeping staff were very polite. We were not treated like guests.

Nice room but bathroom had no place to put your own toiletries.

Stay Away!!!! every day there is a fire alarm. Yesterday they have wake-up all the guests at 05:30AM. You will have a horrible staying. Find a place that will let you relax and not alarm you each day. This happened few times.

Good hotel - nice and quiet. The front desk acknowledged my status and upgraded me as expected (doesn't happen sometimes). My only problem was the concierge really didn't know his way around and sent me the wrong way.

Had a snack in the concourse under the Sheraton, it was pretty good, but nothing special.

The Sheraton Centre is a very nice hotel and conference centre. The conference rooms were clean and classy. The hotel rooms looked like they were recently upgraded. The location is great and there is cheap parking across the street under city hall. Check- in took a little longer than I would like, but the staff were super nice, apologized for the wait, and provided me with free internet for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service. Check out was a breeze. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

One of the entrance has automatic rotating doors which was pretty cool. You don't have to push it yourself. The area is pretty big, but some of the rooms where the event was held was pretty small so there was not a lot of space available. The place was really accessible and easy to follow and the washroom were clean. Didn't have any interaction with the service so cannot talk about that.

Great experience. Room was nice and seemed clean. Guest services seemed a little slow (room service, picking up laundry, etc) but everyone was nice and polite. They seemed happy to see you as a guest. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay.

Pro: Very nice looking. Comfy, well-kept room. Beautiful lobby with waterfall. Central location. Con: No free parking, no free breakfast, no coffee maker or fridge in room.

Very nice room, great view, excellent location to the venue I was going to for an event, and friendly staff

I found the room service to be very slow. It took right around 45min to get my food. The valet staff were great. My key card stopped working so I had to go downstairs in socks to get it fixed which was definitely a bit annoying. It seemed like you could walk for days without ever getting to the end of all of the stores attached. I found maneuvering through the stores difficult because of how tightly crammed everything was (don't bring kids to the stores). The pool was a lot of fun because of being able to go outside. I, however, did not see a hot tub. The bed was comfortable but not so much so that it's a conversation starter in the morning haha!

The Sheraton Center Toronto hotel was great, they honored my request to have a high floor and CN tower view as well as having a refrigerator and microwave in my room. I stayed there for the Toronto Waterfront Marathon and it is right across from both the start and finish line.

I only visited the lobby to meet someone. However, the lobby itself is quite nice, and the location of the hotel is great.

Sheraton staff are friendly and responsive. Many different areas you can rent out for events. They have an AV team (PSAV) on site for all your needs.
It s difficult to book for events if you do not need a large hotel room block.
Great location, walkable from anywhere in the downtown core.

The set up was excellent and the volunteers were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to find everything we needed. Also, the layout was simple enough and the facility was beautiful. Loved the waterfall in the middle of the hotel!

Nice view of the CN Tower with super comfortable sleep. Unfortunately; Customer Service here is really lacking. Check-in line moved slower than bumper to bumper on the 401 during rush hour traffic -- with only one attendant at the counter. Was overall a horribly slow experience here!

Great location, very nice facilities, pool was a huge bonus on hot summer days. Awesome downtown view to the south-CN Tower and even a slice of Rogers Centre and Lake Ontario! Room was large and well appointed, had to ask for fridge but one was delivered right away. Bed soft and comfy, room temp always comfortable. Very clean overall, with one annoying (to my wife) stain on the carpet. She complained and they waived our upgrade fee ($100!).
They have a very convenient baggage check and you can use the pool facilities even after checkout at noon, then clean up for the trip home. Enjoy!

25 Years ago, when my Son was 8 years of age, he required a serious kidney operation and Ottawa, where we were living didn't have a competent Pediatric Kidney Surgeon, thus, we were forced to go to Toronto. Five years prior my neck and low back injuries, from a rear-end collision on hyw.,17 Trans-Canada hyw.,left me unable to walk any distance and needed a scooter to get around. Being on a Disability Pension, our Family was in rough shape financially, when I called and explained our dilemma to the 6 closest hotels, to The Sick Childrens Hospital, THE SHERATON HOTEL AND THE STAFF, WERE THE ONLY ONE'S WILLING TO VOLUNTEER TO HELP MY FAMILY DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME. THESE PEOPLE TREATED US LIKE THEIR OWN FAMILY, I AM FOREVER FEELING GRATEFUL, YOU WILL NOT FIND BETTER PEOPLE ANYWHERE. THANK YOU'S, ENDLESS THANK YOUS.*****

Room was gorgeous, bed was very comfortable and the tv was awesome. Service was fantastic and the building is well done inside. Would gladly stay here again

Beautiful Hotel with luxurious amenities. Went during a very busy weekend and things flowed very efficiently. The staff were very kind and professional. The food offered through room service was delicious and worth the cost. Get the Mac and Cheese it was heavenly! Will be staying here next time hands down.

Just came for training in one of their conference rooms. It was fine.

This is a great hotel filled with restaurants and nicely decorated rooms. I have stayed at this hotel three times all of which has neat and clean rooms and the staff are friendly. The best feature and reason why I am giving this review a 5 is due to the location and accessibility to the city this hotel has. Toronto's town hall is across the street with a 5 minute walk to Eaton's Centre and also has access to the underground concourse. This hotel is in the heart of downtown Toronto. I highly recommend this hotel to tourists.

Lovely hotel, very well-kept rooms with beautiful views. Is widely used for business meetings.
Good facilities, great breakfast buffet and nice swimming pool and you can walk straight into town.
